My wallet runs fine, but the sync speed is very slow... it seems like it is just generating  blocks too fast to keep up.  It does eventually catch up, and then fall behind again.

When it stops, check how many active connections you're showing.  My guess is 0.

I'm staking, 6 active connections and last generated block 37 sec ago..working perfectly  
But not at C-CEX, I deposited there yesterday and still the coins are not arrived and not answering from the support.

Penny Pincher, did you empty everything else out of the appdata paycon folder?  If you move all the other files but the .conf file, it will re-download the blockchain.  And by temporarily removing your wallet.dat from that folder, it makes sure that the problems with staking will not interrupt before you're synced.

Change to the minimum POW Difficulty after the end of POW

Change to the rewards as 100% per year down to 50% depending on difficulty

20 Coin max Stake reward per Block

Fix to the IRC and connection to Poloniex chat

Use of Minimal Coinage option

Mine is working fine.  I had a withdrawal problem at c-cex, but I'm still buying.  We're about to get the latest update to fully ensure the network won't have problems in the future, so IMO everything is on track.

Looks like things are working better now, total stake weight is now less than the network stake weight, instead of being 200,000 stake weight vs. .2 network stake weight.
