Hello,
I have a big problem. So a week ago I lost my 2FA bacause my mobile had a virus. So not a problem to now. I logged out and can't get acces again. I have already send a ticket but not a reaction. Please help me!!

I am really frustrated.. I bought some GENE and I have been wanting for more than 5 days to withdraw it and it still says "Wallet Status: Maintenance". I was going to sell it at another exchange and make 50% profit but now the price is down and i can't even sell it at Yobit since the price is 30% down there too. So I'm stuck here waiting for them to finish this everlasting maintenance. I tried contacting the support but there's no answer.. Very disappointed.  |

Can't you use other recovery method? I'm not really sure that the same thing applied on yobit, but on other exchanger that i have, there is an option below 2fa column that says something like lost my authenticator and you'll be asked to provide sms verification. Never tried that, though. |

Can't you use other recovery method? Never tried that, though. Whenever you start to use 2fa I would advise that you take a picture of the code or write it down. You can later use it to retrieve your 2fa by just putting in the code as a manual entry in 2fa! |

Blacksmith/warden can we see proof of amount of LISK you own and decided to trade on your exchange for the coin that has no mainnet launched yet?
I'd like to see some proof as well...smells rather fishy to me. Personally I wouldn't touch this with a 10 foot pole at the moment either. |

Why do we sill have to always pay 0.0002btc fee when most of the time you send with only under 0.00005btc fee? Why we need to pay you 0.00015btc extra to make withdraw  |

We paid for a coin to be listed on yobit, the took our BTC and have not listed the coin, we were told 2 days, its now been 2 weeks, the will not respond to the support tickets and have not refunded the BTC
This is clearly a scam site.
EDIT: we have now been banned from chat for asking for an admin, and our IP's block from their public and private API's

OK, I have never used perfectmoney so I didn't know if transactions on it are supposed to be instant or not. If they won't answer to your support tickets, try to contact them in the yobit chat. |
