I guess OP should start pushing for a exchange

The community needs to make that push.

Everyone starting tweeting to Bittrex and C-Cex to give it more attention.  Make a wtty tweet having to do with beans, i know trex likes those kinds of tweets.

Might need a block explorer, i think a couple exchanges require it.

I will donate towards a bounty for a block explorer if someone wants to get involved.

thats what I was thinking at first, but is the coin now BitBean and not BitBeans?  dont matter either way

just figured it would be nice for the community to have a place to gather, discuss getting block explorer and other stuff...

It seems PoS blocks are going to reduce total PoW coins by a lot. Maybe 300 million less total coins when PoW ends. Not a bad thing, just a heads up.

do i just need to add nodes in the peer folder

Search %appdata% then find the bit bean folder in roaming and create a text file called bitbean.conf

Copy and paste the following into bitbean.conf

server=1

rpcuser=user

rpcpassword=password

rpcport=22461

port=22460

maxconnections=25

addnode=node.minerpools.com
addnode=90.205.32.146
addnode=97.94.208.17
addnode=86.108.64.113
addnode=109.92.74.145
addnode=96.52.55.51
addnode=109.192.127.133
addnode=100.4.165.154
addnode=95.215.44.248

Save as "all files"

Make sure you close down your wallet and then try restarting it.
Should connect with the config file at this point.

It's early for me, I may have missed a something but I think that should work.

Best of luck.

Good luck!  I'm also still having problems, i'm not new to this either, i've done the config file many times on different wallets.

Mine is now connecting about 3 times a day for about 10 minutes a time, the problem is with your nodes.... Please get some good ones.
