There is a legitimate cloud mining before, it's cex.io . But since in early 2015 ago they announced to paused the service due they realize their cloud mining is not profitable anymore.

Well i didn't experience legit cloud-mining before that's why i don't trust any cloud mining sites until now.
Also i never heard cex.io before. Now a days many cloud mining site held month by month and they are all scam . if you remember scrypt.cc i scammed by this site and some other cloud mining site like eobot and other cloud mining sites. i always heard that they are scam.
Honestly you can't say any legitimate cloudmining site if you are just invest money in online. Because if you're scam in any sites you have nothing that you can do.. because this is online the only way that you can do is to spread your news about the site..
