I really hope this project works on what it says it will.  Opening up that region to cheap financial transactions would be a huge benefit for the coin but it also keeps them in the mix regarding technological advance.

I am aware that western societies take advantage of their resources but stuff like this could help.

Is there a detailed plan on how to integrate...the process thereof?  I am watching and looking forward to more detail...it's a great premise and one I hope can be followed through on.

I'll certainly be working on those areas. I agree that this could be of help in keeping the continent in the mix with regards to crypto and other emerging technologies. Bitcoin is making big strides in Africa.

I believe that the African economy has it's own needs that might not be addressed by simply importing technology. Who would have guessed that Africa would lead the world in mobile financial services? Where are the 'templates' for offering those services? Instead, it looks as though successful African mobile services are now the templates which are now being exported to other continents (Mpesa is exported as Mpeso). I think it'll be a very lucrative market for the companies that offer specific solutions to specific African requirements.

New services have to be thought up and implemented. I do have a plan (and future products in mind), but it's just that. A plan. Anyone who knows me knows that I'm very pragmatic and conservative. I'd like to see what happens at launch first.

It's more about "all that will be needed is a phone with a kobocoin wallet "
And...
"Nigeria is Africa’s largest mobile market with more than 125 million subscribers and a market penetration of around 75% in early 2014"

I'm hoping the majority of the network (after PoS starts) will be Android/iOS. No need for a PC if anyone want to use kobocoins. So many people in Africa use Android phones (yes, those village people you see on TV carrying stuff on their head - they have an Android phone out of view). They'll be able to download the kobocoin Android wallet from Google Play from day one. I can confirm that the Android wallet will be available at launch.

iOS will hopefully be available for PoS start.
