The 2btc tx is over the limit and was kept as a donation, so I am not liable for that, but I will still attempt to pay it back if a trusted person helps me get your money back. The 1.5 btc tx was chosen to not be paid, because if I chose to pay back 1.5 I could only refund a couple people, only the big whale and a few others. 0.03 btc is a lot to some people, and I would rather be able to pay back more people than only a handful. The 1.5 btc will be processed next though, when I obtain some more funds.

I would say that would still be arbitrary. If the 2 BTC transaction was not allowed then it should have been refunded (minus a TX fee) as soon as it was received.

It is also possible that you knew this was coming and invested your own money at a certain time so you could refund as much as possible to yourself

I would say that would still be arbitrary. If the 2 BTC transaction was not allowed then it should have been refunded (minus a TX fee) as soon as it was received.

I honestly did not know that this was coming. We state that all txs ABOVE or BELOW the limit are treated as DONATIONS, meaning a direct payment to us, thanking us for our service.

Are you kidding me? Just look at the blockchain, it never lies... Some investors funds in the first weekly weren't registered correctly and thus not paid out when they should've been, just read the thread.
I was one of the first investors and wasn't paid, though I was promised 10+ times to be refunded within a day, asap and so on. Will you deny that.

Yes we a acknowledge that you sent the funds, we are working on a fix for this (some funds are skipped). We are using your payment as the "test" and when yours is sent back we know that its working.
If we dont get it back within the day we will refund you.
