I recommend a private VPN. Much faster then a shared VPN service

No love for Mullvad? https://mullvad.net/ They accept BTC as well - no signups.

Most reliable way is to rent an VPS node (for example from DO by $5/mo) and setup OpenVPN in several minutes. You get gigabit channel and guaranteed no logs.
I can assist if you need.

Using an own VPS as an anonymous VPN ist likely a bad idea: - You get a dedicated&static IP which makes you unique throughout all your internet sessions no matter how often you delete your cookies. If you use an anonymous VPN, you get a shared IPs.
- Most VPS provider aren't specialized in anonymity and thus they don't protect their customer as good as an anonymous VPN provider could. Some VPNs asks personal infos, some VPNs have logging in their policy - avoid them. Some VPN promises "no logs". It's right: You can't check if it's true, but they have something to loose if some day a case is made public which exposes the "non logging" VPN as a liar. Some VPNs have nice tutorials&tools which aids the user staying anonymous.
I prefer Perfect Privacy. It's not the cheapest but a good choice for someone who can afford premium. Many locations & reliable. Only email, nickname, password - no other personal information asked, accepts bitcoin.

PIA (Private Internet Access). Good Mac OS X and Android (And probably other) clients + lots of location options + they take BTC.

Hi,
no need to have millions of IP adresses, you just need to have a highly secure VPN. IMHO I use activp.com the only VPN which have a bug bounty security program and the most secure VPN...

Been using CyberGhost since August 2014, well I'm not a geek about network but I think it's good. They're available on Android and now they also accepting Bitcoin. But I won't say CyberGhost is the best.

Yes avoid free VPN and buy a private one for absolute anonymity, privacy and security. You can find out the VPN that accept Bitcoin if you have an issue in paying with other sources.. check out https://www.bestvpn.co to get the reliable vpn providers for Windows, mac, iOS etc that accept bitcoin
