I had a 1/2 running one. I'm scared to think it's the same machine that kept floating around hoping it would work. Another person had a machine that was down by at least 10%, got to experience that miner too as a temp replacement. It's a nice burn-in service here that weeds out the bad units.

hi li,
i've got at lot of offline hours reported against my account for this month even with 5 days left in this mining month. i think you provide compensation for any hours exceeding 14 hours downtime during a mining month. can you explain what the process is for claiming that compensation.
thanks.
we are planning to compensate customer on 1th each month I got my host bill last night and I'm wondering if you could give us some additional details how we are suppose to handle the Offline History hours when we prepare to send payment.

we have recorded all the offline hour on our system(from 1th to 30th usually). we will pay compensation according record by then i am considering to collect the host fee also on 1th next round, so we can calculate the compensation and deduce it directly from the bill of host fee

It's a good idea to record the offline hours in your monitor system. It sounds like you will take care of the deductions in the future but can we deduct for the hours listed in the system now?

If you want to switch to a billing cycle of the 1st to 30th/31st, why don't you make this bill run from March 20th to March 31st and we pay the new bill right now. Then you can send out another bill on the 1st for April 1st to April 30th with the offline hours adjusted. It would be logical if you are thinking about changing the billing cycle. This way, we all understand how the offline hours will be dealt with going forward.

I've been still waiting to hear this as well. I think the numbers are for one machine, but I'm not sure.

Hi Lee
The Bitmain price is back down to $340 are you going to change the OP and topic title to reflect this or are you sticking with $419?

Lee,
I was wondering how the offline hours are calculated.
One of my miner has been down for like 6 hours now and 2 hours are in the offline register. (Current Maintenance)
Also had a miner down for like 2 hours last week and was still showing Online in the monitoring UI but the "last update" information wasn't updated and the unit wasn't hashing This has not been reported in the offline report.
Thanks you ! :-)

Yes it's confusing, but I think I'm understanding now. It shows this for me:
NeiMeng-1 2015 3 24 12 NeiMeng-1 2015 3 23 10
I have four miners in that section, and apparently it roughly counts everything together. As it is past 3am now in Chendu, the 12 really makes sense, since it's 4 miners times 3 hours. The 10 hours means some rounding is occurring to make whole hours. So the problem started at sometime around 9:30pm Chendu time.
I do hope it's fixed soon.

My miners have been down at the NeiMeng site for over 12 hours. Put in a support ticket but have not heard anything. Anyone else having a similar problem?

Can you post what you see in the miner monitor offline history for the 23 and 24th, along with how many machines are down to see if you were also affected at 9:30pm their time? It'll be going on six hours since the first reported time down in several minutes, no idea if that's correct though. EDIT: That can't be done now, the monitor site has an error. The original section miners are still going. EDIT2: Miner Monitor site working again. I now show 13 offline hours for tomorrow, but I think it should say 14, maybe it will catch up in another half and hour.
