No. As you can see you can hold coins even 1 day. 
But the more you hold the more you'll get.

Now we distribute the company's profit for Q1 (01.01.2015 - 31.03.15).
You became a shareholder on 06 April. So you will get your dividends from company's profits for Q2.

there is difference between shareholders
the shareholder who have 10k,they got dividens 39,47
then other shareholder who have 10k they got dividens 40,26,then there is 35,82 etc..
can you explain to us about this

"In the Q1 2015 the system will work in a simplified mode. On 29, 30 and 31 of March we will make a snapshots of wallets’ balances registered in the company by this moment. The average value will be considered as a wallet’s share in the company in Q1 2015. The wallet registration date will be considered as well. For example, if the wallet was registered on March 15, and its balance is 100,000 Amber, then the total share for Q1 2015 is 0.1%, and the total dividend payment will be 1/6 of the estimated amount for the Q1 2015 (15 days / 90 days)."

Look at the "Ratio" column in the table. It shows a part of quarter a shareholder was holding a coins (shares).
Every 10k shareholder you have asked about has a different wallet registration date. So dividends amount is different too.

This kind of calculations took place only in Q1 while our DMS was not working.
Now "Actual share" is being calculated much more accurate because we are constantly monitoring all registered wallets' balances automatically.
