if I merge Amber into one wallets, will I get dividends for 2 wallets in Q2?

Sure.

For example if 10,000 AMBER were in Wallet #1 from 01.04.15 to 30.04.15 and then were moved to wallet #2 you will get dividends for a month on wallet #1.
We are monitoring all regisrered wallets balances several times a day. So do not worry

    So Amber Trade LTD is registered in UK. Company registration No. 9246220.
    Official information from the UK government can be found here http://wck2.companieshouse.gov.uk/

2. We have passed the ProofOfDirector, ProofOfAccountant and ProofOfFunds during the company registration and openning a bank accounts.  
    You should pass a ProofOfEverything every time you need to recieve any document.

    Unlike the most of coins we have a working industrial company behind a coin. So POD fades into the background.
    But I think later we will consider the question of POD.
