My personal all-time favorite is 'Ghost in the Shell' (1995), but another one I liked was a sexy (ecchi) series called 'Queen's Blade' (2005-2008). Both Ghost in the Shell and Queen's Blade had later adaptations which I didn't really care for. I also like the Death Note series. Check out this older thread to find some great anime and manga. Can't believe just a few people answered the poll. Dragon Ball Z seems to be favorite, btw, there are lots of missing Animes, like Evangelion and Samurai X.

Yes, Neon Genesis Evangelion should definitely be in the list - it's probably my favorite anime. FLCL is also pretty good. Out of those in the poll, Death Note and Code Geass are the ones I liked most. |
