What a shitty thing to do at Christmas on the skin of poor hungry children! I think you should leave him a -ve trust feedback if Woodcollector or Dabs cannot confirm a donation tx of 50% of the Raffle earnings.

Edit: I left him -ve trust feedback; however, I'll remove it if evidence will be provided of him returning funds to donators/ticket buyers OR him donating 50% of the Raffle earnings to Dabs' charity.

The WC scam drama has gone on for much too long. Can we not just come to the conclusion that this guy is not going to admit defeat and agree to disagree on if he was actually scamming (there would be no reason to remove any negative feedback this guy has gotten)

Not 100% of the forum is used to exchange goods/services for payment. So banning them makes little sense.

I agree, the best way to deal with scammers is to neg rep them so others won't fall for the scams, as admins won't ban them

But who ultimately decides who gets their posting privileges taken away from the marketplace forum?

If it is soley based in negative feedback then that can be abused if someone wanted to have another user banned from posting in that section by simply giving random negative feedback to any user.
