iit means its X <- whatever you want multiplied for 0.75 100*(0.75)=75% in your case 100 USD for 0.75 = 75 USD, if you use DebitMe you might have to pay 1% fees to DebitMe |

If you are referring to an Amazon gift card he has sold them to others but only in large values because you can't buy a gift card with a gift card so he must sell it to you without activating it himself. If you are looking for any other retailer gift card I believe it was stated that that is entirely possible. |
