Found some serious bugs plus my laptop screen was broken, hence the little delay.

- Upper navbar does not have any visually blocked elements

- Future bets will show the better name (will not work for past rounds, the bug caused the names to not be recorded in first place)

As long as the affecting factor is broadcasted primarily to the race or WITH the race, it should be still fair. Consider it like the difference between casual gamblers and professionals who factor specifics into their "system"
