Yes same error on my side too it give me same message insufficient balance maybe they have internal issue or any bug there so that is the reason of this error.

Hey, there's a minimum bet when you bet on three horses (0.00013) to prevent people from sniping it with 1/100 sats and claim the jackpot. You can bet any amount (100sat minimum) on 1 or 2 horses
