Typically, they demand a ransom in Bitcoin. I can't think of a way you could pay the same amount in cash and be more anonymous than when using Bitcoin!
For porn on the other hand, in theory you could pay cash by mail, assuming the selling party doesn't mind sharing his address. This way the buying party is almost entirely anonymous, much more than when he pays with Bitcoin. Then again, when he watches his porn, he's most likely using his own IP-address, throwing all his anonymity out of the window.

Ah , that matter but i think there's no difference in other porn sites unless its totally live to be paid .also the fact that many porn is also everywhere which you can chat on . Well, it's easy for a porn site to adopt a bitcoin become their payment, Maybe for next time, Many porn sites will take a bitcoin become their Payment.  Because for many people fee based on CC it's tough and need more requirement or personal data, it's different with bitcoin you only need to sign up on bitcoin wallet and finally you can use it for this time.

Just because you are using bitcoins to pay for your accounts on porn sites doesn't mean you're not track-able because the sites have the ability to check your IP and know your location from where you are accessing, unless you're using a good VPN.

Bitcoin has been accepted in the adult industry for years already. Its even discussed on their forums as well.

I think that the potential in the cam section is not used by far.
I know only a few smaller sites that accept bitcoins, while the larger players are still focussed on credit cards.
If that would change they could reach out to a much wider range of users.
