Well, you just answered your own question. Porn is not really a big issue with bitcoin as porn has a very high demand by the public. What's more threatening is when people are asking about drugs and some are entertained. Although the forums had been very discreet about it. |

it's mostly anonymous, but you'd have to use a mixer or something if you wanted to actually have some anonymity when it comes down to it. Sending from a main wallet would just result in you giving out your wallet information, and then anyone who wanted to track you could. It would have an... interesting impact on the market, but overall you're probably looking at something like mediocre acceptance. |

Bitcoin and porn is just a perfect combination. I am not married yet but I do have a girlfriend like anyone else I suppose. Of course I like to watch porn and mostly free porn when she is not around but if I had to pay for porn the medium which I will use will be without a doubt bitcoin. It leaves no traces and as long as I clear history after I have downloaded HD scenes and put them in a secure folder where my girlfriend cannot find them I think I am good to go. Same goes for gambling with bitcoins , it leave no traces there too.

we are looking into some of this. We live and operate our sites from a county where there are steep penalties for running any adult site. I currently do not do that because of the laws here. I have tried using servers in other countries and only accessing the backend of the sites from the office and stopped because I would hate for the funds to be seized and hurt our stock holders. Bitcoin may be the solution. As I said, when running these sites I only access the backend from here and never touch the media itself. But our credit card accounts and bank accounts could be attacked none the less. |
