I think it is a live broadcast at all because most of the sites now is you should pay in USD and i cant saw a site that accepts bitcoin. Well this one is not a standalone site, it's a subreddit but I guess you could say it's unusual. You get raw homemade porn tailor-made for you  And you can tip the girls in Bitcoin. But, I believe some sites are providing HD quality porn contents. So, only due to lack of knowledge about such site people are still spending money for this purpose. But I'm not sure they are targeting a particular porn star, whose works may not available for free.
