My 2 cents, the feedback sent by this account to candystripes account is in good english and maybe not like an Indonesian would post, no offence to Indonesians. This is very fishy behavior, leads me to believe this account still belongs to candystripes and he wants to get the -ve feedback cleared before either selling it or using the account to scam. I may be wrong though!

That doesn't prove anything either. Could be trying to clear your account of bad feedback. I'm not saying that you are Candystripes, but the others who have given you negative feedback need something solid to work with to be able to remove it.

Yes, its no prove that ikydesu is not an alt of candy. It only shows that the person that was in control of the account at a certain point in the past is still in control. Either that or the address was compromised as well, but that would be unlikely.

I would suggest you change all your passwords and use different ones in every place. Maybe use a password manager[1] to help you use strong passwords.

The older the address the better yes, but I think we witnessed a new behaviour by hackers. Instead of immediately changing the password, which alarms the legit users, they keep the password unchanged and try to engage via a different account. When did you last check your "send PM" folder? I know I dont check it often, only sometimes when I am not sure if the message was send or not.

An admin might verify that the account was accessed from a different IP-Address, but thats no proof either as one could easily use Tor or other methods to hide the IP.
