Its not about passing and going to another site.. I contacted their support, agent keeps saying "how can i help?" even after I asked the question. In one case he replied 9,5 hours later!.. And his reply didn't even answer the question.. In another case they replied 4 hours later. If agent is offline, support chat shouldn't show on site. SIMPLE. after trying to talk for 4th time, I insulted and quit, never to visit again.

Removed the insult from my original post even though they deserve it, won't even lower mywself to their level

That's a bad experience and I understand why you're very frustrated with them. This is for Onehash to make their support better because there are customers that wants to have interaction with the supports as quick as possible. But, they're not always like this and maybe you just have dealt with the wrong timing. I hope that Onehash will take action and reply on your concern regarding this delay of reply that you've got from them.

At the very worst there is always a bit of onehash putting money to both sides when they are listing something on their website so it is never really zero. However it is close to zero, so you are not getting anything if you have nobody putting money on the other side. That has been one of the biggest challenges this website has seen as well, they are having trouble finding people to wager on both sides of every single bet.

Look at the most important games, there is ALWAYS someone putting money on both sides, for example lets say we are in regular days and there is el classico going on, someone will put money on Madrid and others would to Barça for sure, there will be a lot of money, yet lets think real sociedad villereal playing a game, you may not find anyone to wager on that, you MAY find someone wagering but more often than not its gonna be zero.

You have to realize that they are not really out there trying to just knowingly not answer peoples questions, I mean what would they get from it. There must have been something not so ideal on their end as well to have a problem at this level and they will definitely work on that next time as well.

Normally the live support is actually live support whenever I contact them and never really made any troubles for me, I have talked with them multiple times and never had a single issue and others here said the same thing as well, which means what you had to go through is probably a one time technical issue that wasn't really expected and definitely not the norm here for the website, they are definitely a lot better at support than this issue but this will help them get even better for sure.

Hey, that must be a very good read on esports industry, thanks a lot for sharing. I was imagining like esports industry will get double the revenue than it was predicted with pre-pandemic circumstances but honestly I did not expect its revenue decline due to lesser sponsorship on slow economy conditions everywhere. Still, there are plenty of time left on this year and covid19 seems to stay with us, it means esports industry may grow rapidly by exceeding all our predictions.

Esports must be on its historical phase right now and we can expect it will keep growing and dominate other betting industry in future even after the covid19 caused pandemic will be settled down. Because, once gamblers get used to something then they may not quit it even after their familiar things open up. I am personally seeing esports are equally exciting and thrilling me like live sportsbetting. So, esports may stay attractive like others here after forever .

I know that esports is starting to be good, however organizations pay the competition prize as the tv rights to you, normally lets say a team plays in premier league, they are basically going to make money depending on where they end up, but for tv rights, yet they are going to make money from each game as well, and they are going to make extra if they go to European cups, and they are going to sell some merchandise every time they have a match as well, like sooo many ways to make money.

Esports basically only has that competition prizes but that's about it, all other incomes are quite small to matter.
