You canceled and money returned luckyflop account 2 hours ago. why you canceled  withdraw request if no problem? it wil been 24 hours a few hours later. I also played bitcoinpoker tournament last night and they have sent amount after 2 minutes when i requested cashout. I am right here.

That plus the negativity above is enough to put anyone off playing here, why would you cancel his withdrawal? Why do your withdrawals take 24hours when they should take no longer than an hour or 2? I to played that and concur you should play there if you don't want to wait for your winnings.

it's not that much to wait 24 hours
many other bitcoin sites do the same thing

and about the request delete
I think it was a technical issue

Big Fish has never missed a payment
and he said he will pay after 24 hours
so please guys don't judge on one situation

Lucky Flop is here to stay and the giveaways are the best proof of that

Yes 24hours is a long time to wait for "your" money, when i win money and want it i want now not in 24hours, no not many sites do the same the average is a couple of hours some are instant.

Yes of course it was a technical issue, where is your proof for that please, seems a bit fishy he was speaking to the guy like he was ten years old then the guys money gets returned to his account! Don't ya think.

Where did i say it wasn't here to stay?

It may well be but if things don't change that won't matter how long it is here for.

I understand both of you guys
just calm down a little
first of all
the 24 hours time frame to withdraw it's not big
if you want i can PM you the names of the biggest sites that requires more than this
+
it's not their fault it's the rules there , so you may like it and you may not ,, but that's the rules

and i said i think it's a technical issue cause it's the first time happening here
don't make it a big deal

and jack i told if you don't receive your payment tomorrow i will make a deal with you and I will pay you the amount when you send me the chips

all I'm asking is to calm down a little

Yes I did cancel it Bc originally you stated that that you never got payments. So I added 45mbc in your account then I went to my cash out request section and saw there was also an additional 45mnc pending.

See.... None of this would of happen if you give me 24 hours to do my job. Then after I explain all this to you, you still 9 am ask me for pay out. I'm going to cash you out in 2 hours and delete your account since my pay out out to you is not fast enough.

Thank you and good luck elsewhere. I will pay out total balance.

My experience with LuckyFlop: It's probably one of the best bitcoin poker sites to get free money. There are a lot of freerolls and the skill level of the players is imho lower than at other sites. The software isn't perfect, but isn't terrible either. In my opinion the Windows client doesn't add anything to the HTML5 client.

One of the biggest downsides of the software is that it doesn't show the right "Lucky Points" balance. In the Windows client it shows a balance that is like 600 points higher than my actual balance, it looks like points used as buy-ins for freerolls aren't deducted from this balance. At the homepage there's another balance, this one should be accurate. But for me it is really impossible to get the balance live updated. Refreshing is required, but it only helps me occasionally. I've played for hours in the past without any change in my lucky points balance (and no, I am not stupid, I know which tables and which hands qualify for points). As this whole balance thing is very confusing I've contacted support a few times.

The support of LuckyFlop is definitely below par. I am not sure, but it looks like the sole owner is doing the support as well. He's maybe a good coder, but client support is something else. When I'm having issues I get replies like: "it does work I know it works" and "works for everyone". He's treating me like I'm retarded. When this is your mindset things will never improve. The owner isn't interested at all in my issues, he didn't ask which browser I use, he's self-righteous and doesn't believe me at all.

As I want to have my balances live updated and don't want to wait for hours until it's updated, I'll quit playing here. Too bad the owner doesn't listen to his users when they are having issues. I am not interested in a long technical discussion here at btctalk. The owner knows the problem, but isn't interested in solving it. LuckyFlop definitely has a great potential, but I think the mindset has to change drastically.

Thank you so much for you kind words but I really do know what my software does and does not and I really appreciate you bumping up my post here so let me comment on this.

1-I gave you support so how can I be below par when the support was instant at the moment and a same time I went into your lucky flop account and we played a few hands and I SHOWED you that the points went from 181 to 198 which I HAVE THE FULL CHAT READY to post if you deny it.
2- How I am not listening when AGAIN I logged into your account, played 10 hands with you and showed you it works???
3- When it does work and I showed it to you what do you want support to say??? TO say that your right , SORRY it does work and you saw it worked and everyone else knows that the points are showing on the HOME PAGE works and NOT in THE LOBBY which I said your correct and that we are removing that.
4- Please don't use the term "Retarded" bc that is very offensive to me and maybe others as well.
5- My mind set is set to help and answer every email but I can only do so much as you can see even when your lucky flop points work people still will complain.
6-THe owner does listen bc I just explained to what I did when you asked me to help you and again if you deny it I can post and show every single thing that we did from table chat to every hand I can show. SO the Owner is interested in solving issues as I have been solving issues since day one. You playing here or not is 200% your choice but please don't say I don't offer support because I guarantee you my BTC to your donuts that your one of very few who will think that!

"There are a lot of freerolls and the skill level of the players is imho lower than at other sites." Are you sure? Players play in LF also playing other poker houses, freerollers are playing everywhere. Sandal_hat won the 3rd of betcoin 10btc freeroll last week, and got 0.8+ btc, in LF there are good players.

About the PC client, at least LF client doesn't have connectivity issue like SWC, no lag, good enough for me.

I don't think site support is below par. The site owner is the support, so you can talk with him in the lobby when he is online. Every other casinos claim their support is 24/7, but none of them is real 24/7. I don't think that kind of fake 24/7 support are better than LF, at least you can talk with site owner here.  Cheesy  I have sent support tickets to BETCOIN.AG and some other FAMOUS BTC casinos some weeks ago, but still no answer from them.  Sad  IMO, LF support is above par, at least he is not ignoring you.

Thank You FOX!

He is calling all the players which are the same players at GAB and BTT.ORG below skill level? I see a lot of good players which I can list that make top 5 in the bigger tourneys that we have. Im straight forward and I try to fix the issue fast and sometimes people might think my attitude is not perfect but Im 100% here all the time and I 100% answer EVERY EMAIL with some kind of response in a timely manner usually with in minutes if I'm online and if I'm off line and you email me I will answer with in minutes from mobile unless its a WD payment question before 24 hours.
