It does not need a rollover because chips in poker sites cant be implemented with rollover and yes it can but the minimum withdrawal is 20 m BTC and it is not like a promotions that can be abuse easily though  . In other words you will not be able to withdraw it directly unless you multiply your chips by playing at the tournaments or the ring games |

u can get the free 5 chips
then u have some choices :
1- try to play the 2.2 buy in 20 gtd ( if u r a good player I'm sure u will do great in the GTDs)
2- u can play some fixed limit ring games where the BB is 0.06 so u will not risk the whole amount + u will make some lucky points and they will qualify u for big freerolls
