OP, I find a bug of PC client, I forget my password, so I clicked "forget password" and I got the email, and I changed my password, after I changed my password, I can't login PC client, it shows invalid login.
Created a account a well back and tried to retrieve it as well.
Got unknown username till I found the right screen name. Then came the password,nothing worked so I clicked "forgot password".
Type in email and receive this message:
Please enter value for the "Email Address" field.Contacted support and explained the issue in response I got:
"User Id?"If they are unwiling to acknowledge a issue on their end I have little time for this kind of support. Besides they seem to be sleeping when I am on. If I run into issues I would have to wait half a day to get a short response reflecting the issue I am inquiring about.
p.s On a mac so its all around issue
