Hi

YES, They are added and go in time order from the date. SO saturday's will show up 72 hours before the tourney starts.

I wasnt upset with the mails, but I think you can improve the design and the text as well  Smiley

Has the "Forgot Password" issue been sorted out yet?
Last time I attempted to retrieve my password it continually would state "Invalid email".
Tried support and received a invalid password and have to go through the same circus again to most likely get a invalid password.

I bring this up because I am sure this is not just happening to me and could be costing you players that could be contributing to the rake.

Not sure if its the email address that is the issue or the whole process of retrieving the password.

Not sure why you are so keen on insulting prospective customers, but the people who are upset with the constant spam mailers are upset because they don't want the mailer.  So it doesn't matter what you have in there, as long as there is an unsubscribe ability.

So, in order of things I would most like from your spam:

1.  No spam to begin with

2.  An unsubscribe feature

3.  I don't care what is in it as I don't read them because it's unwanted spam

Not sure why you are so keen on insulting prospective customers, but the people who are upset with the constant spam mailers are upset because they don't want the mailer.  So it doesn't matter what you have in there, as long as there is an unsubscribe ability.

I've been on the internet for 20 years.  I know how "click here to receive our newsletter" works.  Do you think I'm going to make such a mistake on your website?  That's illogical.  Do you have the option at sign up now?  I don't know.  You say you do.  Did you have it when the site launched (when I signed up to see what games were running)Huh

I clicked, and was successfully unsubscribed.

BUT THEN on August 1st it seems that you switched to sending emails from noreply@fastpaypoker.com and I was added back to the list.

So yes, you should have known that people who unsubscribed wished to stay unsubscribed. 

You should not say things like

You ask me to publicly reveal private info about myself to be taken off the mailer, but I already told you that I won't do that.  Even privately, I'm uncomfortable with linking my account here with my private email address.  You've already proven yourself to be untrustworthy and insulting, I don't want to risk further insults or indignations by linking all of my accounts for you.

All I want is for you to leave everyone who has already unsubscribed unsubscribed.  Doesn't seem like that much to ask.  Since you were unable to do that, I ask that you make it easy for people who wish to unsubscribe to do so privately.  Thank you.

Thank you for the apologies, but they will ring hollow until you put a plan into action.  I'm not attacking you, I'm merely replying to your questions and comments.  You don't have to respond to me, since it's pretty clear that you don't understand what I'm saying, but if you do choose to respond further I'd like to know why people who were already unsubscribed were added back to the mailing list when you switched mailing list companies.  And do you have safeguards going forward to prevent this from happening again?

That should say to you that we are working. And next mailer you see like I promised you last week will have u subscribe. Which is why I don't see why were all upset here.
