yes, transferring history can't be checked in account history, i checked deposit and payout history in 1 week , of course shows nothing, because they are different from transfer history, only admin can see transfer history, he showed my the screenshot, if you are not familiar with this site, don't mock a victim, or i would think you are the hacker

I think the hacker has already withdrawn my btc, if he didn't do that, i think bigfish would transfer that money back to my account.

That is why Im asking him this, he said that he will cancel all transfers but does it include yours or all future transfer. To prevent this from happening again. Internal transfer should be validated with email confirmation as well so even hacker has access to the account , he will not be able to transfer it if he doesnt have access to email

Future transfer player to player with in the poker system will be disabled in the next few days.

It was player to player transfer is all we can say. I show the email to fox. He saying he got hacked. Im not goin to go back and forth but from my end we saw a player to player transfer and being that this is bitcoin I cannot tell or call and see who the person is. Also if the person did not cash out or did cash out…. Do I have the right to get his BTC based on what FOX says ONLY?

You dont have to disable this actually, please read the previous post that I suggest you instead of disable it you can make extra layer of protection for the player to player transfer by sending email confirmation to enable the transfer everytime someone wants to use the transfer feature

The problem is that alot of malicious guys create a new account with different ip, he tip himself, play if he win, he just withdraw it, if he lost, he just say it was hacked waitting to get a + plus back.

im not accusing you fox from doing it, just saying some guys do it (i saw it alot of times in gambling websites)... so i understand the luckyflop admin mind

at the end, no one can know if a user is trying to exploit it or if he was really hacked.... so its very hard to a admin decide what to do... thats my opinion about it

I never asked OP to compensate me, i just give him some advice to prevent such things happen again.

And I have 2000 USD month savings after deducting taxes, food and living expenses, so I am not poor and it is not necessary to cry about 0.12 btc, only my one day salary.

Ya…. we are trying to create smart FOLD BOTS so basically they sit there and fold until another player sits then they get up and so on so they can fold enough hands to get some early players there so ring games will start. they will NEVER RAISE YOU! We are working on it….. Mean time I see more players in ring games

I thought so. But if possible, you could make them more advanced, so they could actually play on easy level (not folding good hands etc). Otherwise they're too easy to abuse.
