At this point, I believe that this matter SHOULD be investigated further by proper authorities, as I may not be completely educated about the Law in the United States, but as far as I can recall, Identity Theft IS a crime.

For me it makes no difference if BCX is Maddox or not.

If they are different people, then Maddox has just managed to get some idiots who played a VERY bad prank in a lot of trouble as they should get in trouble for it ... if it is true ...

Its highly likely that BCX is just posting under Danny Maddox looking at the current information and making baseless statements like that to redirect attention away to more serious "fake" issues.

Personally think DannyMaddox may well be BCX, however:

If it is true that somebody called him up at work and threatened him with a car bomb, you are a despicable individual.

If it is true that somebody called up his daughter and made threats, you are an even more despicable individual.

If it's all smoke and mirrors to try to get the board infighting, don't go for it. Leave it to the police.
