maybe question 2 is a trick question as it contains 2 locations.
George Harrison, the lead guitarist of the Beatles. died 29 November 2001.
He was cremated and his ashes were scattered in the Ganges and Yamuna rivers in India, in a private ceremony according to Hindu tradition
[Edit USA is not an answer anymore]if not that then maybe John Lennon who's ashes were scattered in New York City's Central Park, in the area now known as Strawberry Fields.
[edit 2] a guess at the code. the only 9 lettered english word I could find containing ACCB is accumbent - 'lying down; in a position of comfort or rest' so it kinda fits the graveyard and dead thing.

I like your thinking. Long way to go though.

Believe it or not but I have practically given away the answer in some of the previous posts... well sort of. The best way for more clues is to ask specific questions that would help everyone, guessing will take forever so it has to be narrowed down. PS. Regarding the Beatles - there is still a chance that you will see There will be an answer, let it be

I am reading some far-fetched theories about yellow submarines Berlin, Germany where Hitler died Cracking answer, I am sorry this answer doesn't hack it either. It's actually the complete opposite. If it's the complete opposite from the place he died, maybe it's where he was born: Braunau am Inn, Austria-Hungary
