Is location museum of some sort?

Some might consider it to be, but no, it is not. This use of this location was only legalised 5 years after building was completed.

No, but the person the location relates to has been mentioned already in previous posts too, although nobody specifically asked if this was the person that the location relates to.

The Alan Turing Building, named after the mathematician and founder of computer science Alan Turing, is a building at the University of Manchester, in Manchester, England. It houses the School of Mathematics, the Photon Science Institute and the Jodrell Bank Centre for Astrophysics (part of the School of Physics and Astronomy). The building is located in the Chorlton-on-Medlock district of Manchester, on Upper Brook Street, and is adjacent to the new University Place. While under construction the project was known as AMPPS : Astronomy, Mathematics, Physics and Photon Science. The building was shortlisted for the Greater Manchester Building of the Year 2008 prize, which is awarded by the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce.[5] The manager of the building project was awarded a silver medal in the Chartered Institute of Building "Construction Manager of the Year" awards.[6]

So the Alan Turing Building?

a stretch of the A6010 road (the Manchester city intermediate ring road) was named "Alan Turing Way". A bridge carrying this road was widened, and carries the name Alan Turing Bridge

Well I think I just exhausted all the Wikipedia leads that seem possible  Cool
