Well, as to the current situation of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies especially the news respecting the fact that Google will ban ICO ads, I think then the best we can do to propagate or disseminate ICOs is through social media -- although I do not know how social media giants like Facebook and Twitter, accordingly,  will act on it considering the fact that they, too, have decided earlier on to ban ICO ads. Maybe if we put the same on statuses, captions, or through private messaging, advertising ICOs would be possible. But then again I do not know the repercussions of this as I have already stated earlier.

We can always opt to advertise ICOs but I do not think it is necessary for the time being, given the so much negativity/backlash it is receiving brought about by network bans. Also, advertising it will not do so much to your investments. Just think of it this way for now. Anyway we can always deal with the bigger picture when we get there, and hopefully when governments have finally decided on what to do with ICOs.
