Hi all,

This issue was reported to the administrators as it was slanderous scam allegations, nothing more.

It would be great if this community all banded together to stop this type of malicious behavior from some members!

The problem is many players they dont calculate risk of delaying plus some technical matters on any site . When they deposit or withdraw they want everything immediately to be resolved. They should wait enough and be sure before start writing against any site which is online for long time. I think we all should behave maturely when we write something.

1. OP stated that BetVip doesn't have a withdrawal page. BetVip has a withdrawal section on their first page for all players that has always been in place.

2. The OP posted in multiple threads that BetVip is insolvent. This is very irresponsible whether it is one hour or six hours and can be damaging to a business.

I deposited okay made withdrawal of .11 and its been over 4 hours and I haven't received it yet does this happen frequently to other players or is this the norm.

Betvip had all necessary data to credit my account at the very first time, but they wanted me to send all known data again and again.  First time  my deposit address, next time my email address and the deposited amout , 3rd time the transaction hash , then i said "i hope there is not exists other question that you can delay my deposit more time "
This 3 rounds was very fast ONLY 2,2 hours  From 13:06 - 15:23.

and sent a new email to betvip with the above link at 20:58
and woala betvip finally credited my account only after this email  at 21:08   after they got 3rd time all data at 15:23, this is 8 hours from my deposit and 6 hours from 15:23

(I was wrong that betvip have no withdrawal option,  but their menu s....xxx  and after 8 hours worrying if you see a messy menu and cant found something in it then you can make an error)

Even our employees have to sleep at some point!

You made allegations against us that we are insolvent and that people must not bet with us. We replied to all your messages, we are obviously on different time zones so we apologise for the delay. The wallet deposit functionality has been fixed now.

We have many issues we have to deal with on a daily basis and our development team is very busy. We are sorry that you find the odds messy and dont like a few things on our site, we are attending to these I can assure you. There are many other more important issues we need to attend to that are business critical.

The moderators felt that your allegations were scam accusations so they moved your thread, not our decision.

If you dont like our site, then please stop using it. I can return all your funds and close your profile for you if you like?

We have always been open and honest with all our customers and everyone on these threads. All businesses will have issues they have to deal with on a daily basis such as DDOS attacks or wallet functionality.

I think this happen to all players, I requested a withdraw small amount of .02 from their new Poker client app.
And its been more than 8hours, and I don't received it yet.
What shown when I made this withdraw was "the withdraw will be processed in a few hours, in max 72hours"
