I toke a look at the soft you are running. If you really wanted to develop something nice that would last you would have not used that modified script :/

What do you mean? DaDice was developed from scratch, using bootstrap templates only: http://getbootstrap.com/examples/signin/

No need to make something pretty, that is only supposed to be for the administration.

I have absolutely no idea.  I put in a random username to check out the site.

These restrictions were put in place to prevent users from abusing the site.
For the time being we will lower it to 15 minutes, just to give people a chance to test out the site a bit.
