Diff is very low, blocks should be flying, this is not normal, maybe you messed up the diff when changing the default starting diff for block 1

This is why you should TEST a coin before launch .. at least to 10-20 blocks.. See if retarget works etc.

That's the risk you take when you invest in a newly-launched coin. Either accept the risk, or wait a while (at the risk of not getting in while the diff is low and/or the rewards are high). It's all a game of chance...
