Dev, can you just quickly explain a small technicality before proceedings go on. I am sure there is a good reason for it or maybe just a technical error or just me that don't understand the ICO and launch properly. In the top wallets on the block explorer the total coin supply seems to be double the 250k of the ICO approximately 477k. I was under the impression the ICO was just 250k as per the OP and that total coin supply by now must be 250k plus the few mined since launch. I went through the thread to determine if there was another allocation for some reason e.g. additional coins for a 2nd phase ICO etc. but I couldnt see any. Who controls the other addresses? Apologies if it is just me that is misinterpreting this particular block explorer. If it is adequately explained I will delete this post so that it is not fud and unfounded.

Huh

I'm pretty sure that this block explorer is a little wrong Cheesy

Run getinfo in your wallet:

"moneysupply" : 253645.00000000,

Yesterday i already start paying out ICO investors. They ask me to pay in small blocks and not directly in one payment, so maybe that is why above screenshot looks strange. I'm currently not behind my ICO laptop, just want to react on the message. All ICO coins will be paid later today, as i'm currently at a biking race, so no worries. I'll be home in 10 hours.

Thank you

Block explorer are having sometimes those issues. When you move coins to another wallet that it still say that the coins are still in the original wallet and the other wallet looks ok, so double the amount. Always run 'Getinfo' in wallet to be 100% sure Wink

Thanks for the reply Placebo. Can the owner of the block explorer please explain the difference between its "version" of the the state of affairs based on the blcok chain and the wallet's "version" of the state of affairs based on the block chain? A block explorer is supposed to be an independent audit tool whereas a wallet is coded by a dev. Lets hope it is is the block explorer that is broken.

I looked at the source and it looks clean:

   if (nHeight == 1)
   {
        nSubsidy = 250000 * COIN; // ICO

It may be a syncing issue. I will clear the database and re-sync it.

Escrow rules:

1. All money will be locked till there is a working block explorer and the coin is at least 2 WEEKS old.
2. Buy wall on a exchange will be done by Escrow (me) and this for 35% of total ICO amount and will stay on the exchange for 4 WEEKS!!.
3. Buy wall will be set at a price that doesn't allow miners to dump on the buy wall and run away with profit. Buy wall will be adjusted based on mining cost.
4. DEV will receive 65% of ICO amount after 2 WEEKS!!.
5. Investors can withdraw or deposit more money till 3 days after the launch.
6. If the price is variable then the coins will be distributed based on the ICO amount three days after launch.
waiting by to point my miners. So considering the coin doesn't make it on exchange for a while, how will that affect your plans Placebo?

ICO money will stay locked and people that join ICO will be able to refunds their coins. But i believe that it will hit a exchange, but indeed in the worst case scenario if there is no exchange then DEV failed to deliver one of the points that are needed in the escrow deals, and people will be able to ask their ICO money back in return of their coins of course..

As told before,  ICO based Coins launch are changed....
 thanks to placebo including one of the most important rules of mine escrowing ICOs. Escrow directly set-up buywall.
Even price based on mining cost.
Rules nr. 2) Fund managment, direct control by escrow
        nr. 3) Buywall price variable. It is important to understand if price is down BEP, no miner will dump his own coins

good job, i like the way escrow is going
thanks

It is nof mentioned in OP Escrowing rules any Twitter giveway.
it is not fair taking giveway from buywall, best for early investor if you take it from rest and leave 35% of ICO amount to buywall (as in OP). Either Escrow fee

@PLACEBO

GREAT NEWS!!!

DEV have launched a giveaway that will be controlled by me:

https://twitter.com/freedom190000/status/578271429726208001

1. Join WarOfcoins
2. Post your BTC address under https://twitter.com/freedom190000/status/578271429726208001
3. Winner will be selected at the end of the month if there are 100 people joining WarOfcoins

PS: I will check the twitter accounts to make sure that there are no scammers.

Must be better if you clear with dev about these giveaway rules.
Prize of 0.35 btc should be taken from 65% ICO amount

What will you do if ICO has to be refunded? who will be charged to fund prize? Dev? Escrow? who?
thanks

The source looks clean. I took the db down and rebuilt the explorer. It gives us the same conclusion with no definitive answer to the inconsistencies. I've taken it off the main page and will look into it further some other time when i am less occupied.

2. Buy wall on a exchange will be done by Escrow (me) and this for 35% of total ICO amount and will stay on the exchange for 4 WEEKS!!.

Buy wall is in place!!! Currently 1 BTC is placed at 2000sats. Why so low? I'm afraid that this was the price that people paid for their coins during ICO. I hope that the ICO people are smart and don't take a easy profit and look at the bigger picture what this coin maybe can become. With a hashrate of more then 200T most of the time, it was one of the most active SHA-256 coins that is being mined at the moment.

People already sent me their WOC address, so there will be no refunds at all. Also in the situation that everybody was having a refunds, it will never be me that pay it, it should always come from DEV. Currently i have put the 0.35 BTC as part of the buywall as this giveaway will run till end of month, so... And i'm pretty sure that the ICO investors will not dump their coins when you check the hashrate at ICO price.

Yes, the code is clean, people should just run 'getinfo' to know the number of coins available. Pretty heavy coin to mine, but BTC is also heavy to mine. Cheesy
