Does the conf file have to be named something special? I've added everything and still won't synce\?

cant get wallet to sync  create a conf file press "start" search "run" type"appdata" go to "roaming" then look for litedoge folder in that folder create a new txt file and add these nodes addnode=45.56.117.191 addnode=212.71.254.189 then save it as "LiteDoge.conf" or rename it after you save it then restart the wallet |
