How does the campaign work in regards to accounts ranking up? I am going to be Hero Rank within a few weeks, if there are no open slots will I still be able to move up to Hero rates? Or will I have to maintain Senior member payrates until a slot opens up that I can fill?

For now if there's a slot for Hero member then you can take that slot otherwise I will ask Wanxinxi about this Q

It seems that you're join to other campaign. And this campaign actually need some poster that replied on preferred section ( See OP) so In this case you're beaten by cellard

I predict a lot of people leaving, specially when you have to pay a fee to withdraw from your exchange. The old rate was good, considering the price of BTC is lower now. Just because the other campaigns are paying next to peanuts you shouldn't follow with that practice. Good luck tho.
