NO, the negative trust is considered when it is rewarded by a default trust member, untrusted can be fake.

You're right, but trust from someone in default trust can also be fake or exaggerated. I don't know if that happens here but when I was searching for a new campaign I read of some that don't automatically refuse you because you have trusted negative. They look to see if it is really because of scams or not.

Nice catch but I think he did not forget to switch the account he just forgot the change the details on his application (name & coinut username). He want to join this campaign, so he is correct to use this account decoded because this campaign is only for full member and above while his alt Sir_lagsalot is still a Member.
