Ok so 500 INR amazon vouchers are available in stock but i don't understand why there validity is 8 october 2016?
Amazon vouchers have 1 year validity and as 500 INR vouchers were out of stock so they must be in stock from new ones which should have complete 1 year validity but they are showing validity 8 october 2016.Why?

It might be a bug Will have to look into it. It should have exp date around end Nov or start Dec.

Also normally once you buy vouchers you should immediately add it to your Amazon wallet.

I paid full 100 bits transaction fees but zebpay sent the tx with low fees due to which there is not even a single confirmation even though 2 hours passed.
I needed to have that transaction confirmed as soon ad possible but zebpay did this

EDIT 2: After 6 hours the transaction got confirmed.Very slow and did not filled my purpose if though the fees i paid was full 100 bits but due to zebpay sending it with less fees it took so much time.Please take care from next time.

Please accept our sincere apologies on issue you have faced. The issue is we do not calculate fees and let underlying wallet do it with recommended fees settings. We deduct 100 bits fixed fees and it does not matter if we pay less or more. If you will check for lot of transactions we normally pay higher fees too, because we dont control it and simply set it to recommended settings.

Today overall we and lot of other people facing issues with pending transactions.

Once transaction is broadcast through network only miners have control over it and it really depends on lot of factors if its not confirming. In any case we have noted your feedback and will work hard to make our underlying platform more robust and responsive to avoid issues like this.

Thanks for satisfying Response but sometimes the transactions from zebpay are of (medium priority less then 0.0001 fees) so it would be much awesome if the fees is atleast 100 bits for every transaction in your wallet recommended settings,I agree to pay 200 bits fees too as long as it fills the purpose coz sometimes we need to have atleast 1 confirmation as fast as possible,I hope you understand

There may be security fixes with the new app. Every update is done for a reason, don't update yours, then later on don't blame Zebpay for any losses incurred.

Disable auto updates if you have problems with regular updates and update manually when you want to.

@buysellbitcoin in app changelogs will be nice or a web page dedicated for that.
