There are a lot of reason to distrust the site, the identity of the admin is unclear, the business model is highly dubious etc.
There is also a huge reason to trust the site, it continued paying for a very long time now. And as I mentioned before, for simple mathematical reasons it is unlikely this is a Ponzi site, now that all investments are about the same speed, it got even easier to verify my argument for this.
Still, there is no guarantee besides the promise of SNavy that this site will still exist in the future, therefore an investment is a risk. There are also other risks like a possible huge drop of the Bitcoin worth before you get paid out (totally unrelated to SNavy and his site).
Everyone should understand what he is dealing with and then invest an amount he is willing to risk. If you invest something and start to panic just because the percentages don't grow in a constant speed, you probably risked more money than you can effort. This is not the SNavy's fault. The site exists long enough that someone with the user-experience of Borgminer should know, that it is totally normal this site does not work with consistent speed. It is also normal that this site is unreachable for half a day sometimes. This holds also the other way around, you getting some of your payments does not proof I will get mine, it just proofs Doublebot is paying until now. Keep calm, please. Your emotional ups and downs might freak some people out.

For example: you should sent your money to PayPal and than write in your popular blog and in a twitter that paypal is sucks. I can bet you will never see your money again. Just imagine that somebody saying that your site is not safe/scam/untrustworthy, while it is not. And he is making money because you did a lot of work before. If you will want to pay the guy who insults you and your job, you are a tolerant man. I am not. If somebody will slap me, I will not turn to him my other cheek. I will hit them back.
