Honest answer? Tiny apartments near massive, stable job creation locations bought during a recession. At larger scales, industrial real estate. And in my personal opinion, Bitcoin (very long-term). The rest is tricky and I personally try to stay away from other investments.

If you have money on the side that you can without then invest some amount and forget about it. Like deliciousowl has said, this is a very long-term investment that's about 50%-50% at the moment but with a huge potential well worth a risk in my opinion.

This doesn't have to be a big amount, but get some.

I think that real estate in strategic locations can be very profitable. You really have to do your homework on that one.

Bitcoin is in theory a good investment but I suppose we do not know what will happen.

As for the UK, property could give you decent return in relatively short time. Aim for cheaper houses (< GBP 100k, affordable for first time buyers), preferably repossessed by bank, located within less than 1 hour drive from the town centre of any major city. Don't do any major work on it, just refresh the look, give it a proper cleaning and re-paint.

If you're lucky, you can pocket out 30-50% profit in few months. If you struggle to sell, you can always try to rent it out.

As for Bitcoin. Definitely too risky to invest large % of your wealth in it. But as someone said on this forum: you have to be clinically retarded not to own some, just in case.

Bitcoins, everything else is pretty much and attached directly to the fiat scam system. Everything is prone to crash in the next decades and Bitcoin will be the ultimate edge to protect against this crash. Whoever still doesn't see this will not make it.

If investing in real estate, I wouldn't necessary go for houses because you have to do all of the renovations and it's difficult to keep that up while profiting. But good advice aiming for cheaper houses. Starting out with apartments in general may be better because you don't have to usually renovate the actual building itself.

Property can be horrifically illiquid.

Fair point. I guess the main idea would be collecting rent on many small units. But it's important to keep in mind that all investments are risky.

The market is becoming tighter nowadays so it is hard to say what is the best. Bitcoins or altcoins can have huge potential gains within the next few years.

I'm looking for both short-term and long-term. I'd like to start out with the shorter term until I'm comfortable enough to move onto longer/larger investments. Not focusing much on risky ones with higher yields, just something that can give me a stable source of side income however small it may be.

I would say real estate is mostly always a good investment, (especially near tube stations or Universities) but then again im not a homeowner myself yet, Bitcoins, imo i would say yeah invest in Bitcoin too because if it takes off, its going to reaaaally take off, if it doesn't it doesn't but you dont need to invest very large amounts unless your pockets allow for this (never invest more than you can afford to loose as they say)

When you say less than 100k i dont suppose you mean anywhere in or around London? if you do, if you don't mind pointing me in the right direction =) would be appreciated lol

also, how would one go about buying repo'd properties? auctions?

Property is good if you are smart but it is also a ton of work and is not a passive investment.

Best strat imo is to invest in good real estate markets and then keep leftovers in metals/cash/btc, no reason to fuck around with stocks or gubmint bonds.

Land.  Why?  God created land once.  He's not creating them again.

dont risk land..
bare land is bare for a reason.
contamination, dedicated greenspot (no development allowed)

it takes alot of research and council meetings to change the purpose of the land.. however buying a property(building/apartment), your already 98% there. u just gotta buy cheap and sell higher.

most people can have very quick success.. if at auction, you see a handful of bidders competing against you, simply get your competitors contact details. and give them a call a couple days after u win the auction.. add a couple £k to your win value and then offer it to your competition for that new higher price.
usually all bidders give up £10k-£20k below their total budget if they think the competition (you) has it in the bag. so if u won by being just £5k higher. you have £5k-£15k of wiggle room in their budget for you to use to your advantage.
quick flip with no work done, easy money in the right auction house (enough competitors names&phone numbers)

if not, then just do what other suggest and tart it up a little, and resale to someone else.

i think,t depend to who you are,and how much you will invest. lets see about bitcoin, you had to looking for many predictions source, atleast it will make you know that you have to invest on fluctuative thing. and about real estate, its a big investement, you must have a big money, when you lose it,you have lost big amount of money. but if you patience for a long term investement, not hard to be rich man!  ;)

If you are good at them, stocks and shares can earn you a lot of money. If you are not too good with using shares and stocks, just use Bitcoin. Buy bitcoin at low prices and sell it at high prices. You will make a decent profit.

The best investment is the one that offers the greatest return for the least amount of risk.

Since none of us can predict which investment will give us the greatest return in the future (for the least amount of risk) it's wise to spread our investments around to multiple asset classes.

I'd recommend investing a bit in stocks, bitcoin, and real estate (in the form of real estate investment trusts if you can't buy property). Bonds are trickier. We're at a unique time where interest rates are at their lowest point. This means if you buy a bond today, it will not be worth as much as other bonds will at some point in the future when rates rise a bit. I'd stay away from bonds all together right now UNLESS you're buying the bond and holding it until maturity (definitely don't touch bond mutual funds!)

How about bitcoin ? It is in it's early days, and the extent of success are limitless. imho every investor should hold atleast part of his/hers funds in it.
It's not that hard to see that with years bitcoin is only going to rise in both power and price.

30% savings, 30% real estate, 30% low risk securities and 10% BTC.

I am with you on this one, real estate is a great way to invest your money.

The good thing about real estate is that you get rent paid every month and you still have your money, but are not able to spend more than a fraction at a time. This also limits spending sprees and encourages you to be frugal. And after 8 - 12 years its 100% profit, while you could still sell the property. Just don't buy at the peak of a bubble.... If the apartment is small AND fancy in a popular location, you can rent it out on a weekly basis to tourists for much higher amounts.

I think in Hungary there are currently lots of options to buy small apartments for dirt cheap ($30,000) at the moment. A real estate mogul friend of mine told me it would be a good idea to invest in that, but I haven't researched or looked into it. Please don't take my word for it, and do your own research. These are just ideas. He basically said it as a fleeting comment so I don't even know whether he looked into it that much or not. Someone else told me Hungary is too expensive for real estate... but that person didn't know shit to be honest.

What I thought was hilarious is that a friend of mine in the UK lives in fancy hotels throughout the entire year because with deals, negotiation and all the services provided it is much cheaper for him than to rent an apartment. He does own a property but he doesn't plan to live there, so it's rented out for a higher price than he pays for hotels. Ridiculous...

what i would not do though is sell bitcoin to invest into fiat for real estate..
so if you only have a huge pile of bitcoin.. keep it..

but if u are starting off with fiat.. then for me id say split your funds.
50% real estate
50% bitcoin.

as for the time scales.. well you can flip a house in under a year, and bitcoin has the potential to double in under a year (thanks to reward halving)
so its not so easy to say if its a short or long term investment.. it just depends on the environment and bitcoin/real estate market conditions.

Commodities is mainly suitable to be invested by institutions. The commodity price is cyclical, ordinary people cannot grasp the peak and bottom. The main benefit of commodity investment is a hedge against inflation.

For stock investment, if you find a good company, you can hold the shares for very long time and benefit from the price rise.

The best investment according to me is patience...
I know it sucks when you need to remain silent on few things, but you will need to currently wait and watch the markets as I feel if you are into Bitcoins and want to invest in it, better stay away from it currently as you don't know what will be the lows these days...
You should wait till the first 20 days of November, then you can go ahead and get some good amount of BTC at lower rates because that's when the real manipulation game starts... ;)

There is no universal answer to this question. It depends on:

1) Risk aversion or risk tolerance
2) Can you afford to lose the capital
3) What returns are you looking for

Without this information the question is unanswerable.

If you are just looking for high returns the answer is anything with volatility. Anything. Penny stocks. Altcoins. Anything. Then time the wild swings of price correctly and you'll make a lot of money. Time the swings incorrectly: you lose.

Real state use to be very good, but then with the crisis it is doubtful that a big profit would be obtained. Futhermore, you need lots of cash to buy real state.

Bitcoin can go wrong (risky) but looks good. I would invest at least some on it.

If your in a country that has High inflation rates then it would be good to invest in real estate as the worth of it keeps on increasing over time but you need to always be alert, it's like trading but using lands so be aware of which places are going to have an improved levels of living in near future then buy it and once everything is good then the price of it is certainly higher as well and that's the time you could sell it... Other than that is of course BTCitcoin for obvious reasons ;)

Where I am - the best investment in terms of risk/reward without requiring a significant amount of skill and effort is just property. Property just keeps going up. Otherwise - you might be decent at picking stocks or if you're extremely talented (and this is edge cases) - you could pick your own stocks with your own capital. But honestly, no one is going to give you advice that works perfectly as all forms of investment are about getting an edge over someone else - in nearly everything for you to make significant money you have to 'take' it from someone else (exception is business where people freely trade money for your G/S).

I have 2 investment systems where you do not know the risk and ...you do not know the reward.
Not easy to divide the risk by the reward if you do not know both...

Something that holds/increases it's value over time.

There are many. However, my pick is:

1. Bullion (Gold, Platinum, Palladium, Silver.etc)
2. Precious stones (Ruby, Diamond, Emerald, Tanzanite.etc)
3. Real Estate (Farmland, Plots.etc)
4. Rare artwork (Paintings, Ancient coins.etc)
5. Bitcoin

Bitcoin is incredibly intriguing. Personally, I still don't feel like I can fully grasp the pros and cons of digital currency. Bitcoin? I would say yes.

Yeah bitcoin is the good investment option, but here diversification is the key to success and we need to diversify our investments in different products so even if suffer losses from one product we can recover it from other, So I would like to diversify investments into bitcoins and gold as I have more faith in gold as compared to the bitcoins.

Yes there is still room for learning. And from a good point there is always something new. There is also always that is happening and it is exciting to see how it the currency moves. Sometimes a leap though not just a step. Through rise and fall I love seeing it changing.

ok...but how do you calculate the "risk/reward"
I have 2 investment systems where you do not know the risk and ...you do not know the reward.
Not easy to divide the risk by the reward if you do not know both...

I made a generalization on the basis of a layman that doesn't have the skills to model other financial options accurately.

On a simplistic level - a basic analysis of market trends and historical values would be relevant indicators for risk (in general property is relatively stable). As to reward - you'd have to determine that based on locality (i.e shifts in local transportation, various construction projects). Given enough effort you could produce a reasonable model for local house prices in the next 5-10 years that would be reasonably accurate.

Stocks? Bonds? Bitcoins?? Real Estate?
Bitcoin or real estate in university oriented cities :)

Thats good but nowadays students live in campuses, or here they get free apartments from the government.

Better look for commuters, they are the ones that live in rent for the most part.

But always look what kind of young guys you let to stay in your house, because if the are young and party all the time, they might fuck up your house. One of my aquantences had some renters in his old apartment and the guys fucked up the walls, and needed a repainting after. He kicked them out after.

That could work in our country. Some wants the nearest to stay rather than always going to school where you might be late always due to heavy traffic. You can do some house rules, a curfew might work and no visitors besides family. It can work if it will taken seriously.

Hello,

The investment will be good in real estate, because day by day population is going on increasing, and the construction also growing on.

Sure that could work, but here there are too many free stuff, and many investment opportunities are ruined because of it.

I`m not saying it is evil, but it definitely distorts the economy.

Not all of them, most of them start to get independent from it by creating their own exchange systems and their own independent valuation.

Bitcoin might be the gateway to the crypto world, but NXT has also a gateway of FIAT <> CRYPTO.

Some altcoin has built its own exchange in the wallet, or are going to build one. I think it is difficult for bitcoin to achieve the same as there are quite a few organizations especially those exchanges do not want this.
Bitcoin is a gateway to many altcoins. However some changes also has used litecoin, Monero as base currency. For example, Poloniex uses Monero as base currency. You can trade Dash against Monero.

I`m not talking about tradeable exchanges. I`m talking about vendors that sell to you altcoins for fiat.

You pay directly with bank card or other PP and get altcoin directly without needing to register to an exchange and go through all the major verification steps, although basic KYC is applied.

I believe according to me the best investment is one which gives you some good returns for a minimal level of risk. I prefer investing in Fixed deposits in banks and Public provident funds which earn me a reasonable rate of interest ranging from 8-10%.

I also like to invest in Gold, Shares and  Bitcoins.

Silver is extremely undervalued right now, and by that I mean it has more potential than gold at the moment.

So definitely precious metals in the long run, especially with silver in mind.

you are luckily to have solid investment chance in your country. for my country, all the fixed deposit from banks and public/government funds etc are all 1-3% the most. even if u invest in investment fund, it is also about 5%. so the only way is to be risky and invest outside and on your own.

bitcoin isnt really considered a short term investment. only way i see that happening is if you expect the prices to go up tomorrow so you buy today.

Also thers traders that make money in the short term by buying/selling trading, not sure if thay counts as an investment though.

The bitcoin is not a good medium term investment as the price is too volatile. The volatility is over 40% a year. So  it cannot be regarded as a store of value. When the bitcoin is adopted more, its value will increase and the volatility will decrease, it can be a good investment.

Maybe bitcoin is not suitable for midterm investments. But those who have invested in bitcoin by 2012 December at the price of $12, must be in profit in 2015 November at least 20 times. So bitcoin is the best investment if you are ready to hold for some long time like 2 to 3 years.

Yes by 2012 end bitcoin prices were around $12 to $13.  2000% profit is not imaginable with the any other investment vehicle. I strongly believe bitcoin is the most profitable investment that to available to us. For those who were wealthy by the year of 1960's had the chance to buy shares of Pepsi or Coca-Cola cheaply. There aren't any best investment, it depends on many condition such as location, trend, hype, demand/supply, manipulation by whales/governments & other condition. So, you should pick which one is best investment for you.
HYIP, ponzi, MMM, MLM & pyramid scheme isn't form of investment, but something similar with gambling. If you invest/withdraw too late, most likely you'll lose everything.

I think bitcoin trading is the best & most risky investment, because you can get a lot of profit/losses with high bitcoin volatility.
yeah agree, although it has the risk of losing, but I think trade is the most safe and good to make money, compared with gambling, hyip, or other risky

The problematik is not to know what is the best investment but:
what is the best investment for you and what you wait from an investment.

if I talk you about an investment where you need 1BTC and you have only 10000 satoshi,it can be the best one among the best ones you are not interested or you can not profit from it.

it is impossible to talk about the best investment because it does not exist "in general".

You cannot compare too different kinds of investment it is why you cannot say that this one is better than this one.

it is why all messages here are out of topic...(except mine)(lol)

BUT...
this does not mean that all this "reply" are not interesting...

Pretty girl is  the worst investment if the beauty is her only characteristic. with time go on, she will  become less prettier day after day, ie devalue all the time, unlike bitcoin, which appreciates all the time. So it is better to keep the bitcoin and not to invest in a beauty only girl. Only invest in a girl with many good characters.

There is one old guy with last name Sorosh. Well i read interview with him, that was 5 years ago. He was talking about food. And how much food cost before and how much it cost now. So his plan is to buy fertile plains, and that food will just rise in future. So maybe u need to go in reality and make good investment there, cause for now bitcoin and alcoins is like carousel. Now u are up, now u are down... u need to have some knowlige before u get into internet invesmtents. Regards and i wish u luck.

It depend on what you are best at. For me, I will not invest in Real Estate. RE is a already large industry with a lot of experienced players. I would rather invest my time and money in Bitcoin since it is my generation. I am still young and I know if Bitcoin go mainstream one day I will have lot of money.

Unless you already own something, be it special knowledge, funds, real estate, a rich girlfriend or bitcoin it is very difficult to invest. This is the actual problem here.

Most people who need to invest urgently have very little to throw in. This is why everyone and their mother are excited about Bitcoin. Imo, this is a chicken and egg problem. There are no safe investments and a lot of investments are zero sum games or outright gambling. Even real estate. I believe it's a terrible advise to buy real estate right now. It's overbought. You will pay a hefty premium and the future is not a one-way street to ever increasing profits. Why? Unless people are able to sustain paying for increasing rents, the value of your investment could go down. If you were lucky to get an apartment or house in an auction, good for you, but someone else got burned. All risky investments are extra unsafe if you cannot afford to lose anything.

"Don't invest more than you can afford." What if you cannot afford to lose anything because you are out of luck (see line one). The majority of people should fall into that category.

If you are poor, you need some way to accumulate money and you hardly have a choice but to get an education and a job. A signature campaign won't cut it. Bitcoin won't cut it. Even if you can afford to buy one or two Bitcoins, this will hardly be a life-changing event. It doesn't create stable income.

If you have enough money to make a living and own way more than is enough, you could either go short-term trading (still gambling imo) or put your money to good use. Help a company to grow, or produce something useful. Maybe invest in a bitcoin business. Oh, I forgot, most bitcoin businesses are about gambling as well. Isn't there anything a little sustainable to put your money into apart from real estate?

Yeah, if sig campaigns payed higher, maybe I would consider it a full time job, but it's not worth it, it's an actual job, you are advertising someone's else business and getting a really tiny rate for it. An actual job is better, but it's very time consuming tho, it's hard to think about investments when you have a stressing schedule. Who knows, maybe a guy spending all day here trying to hustle a little Bitcoin here and there and saving all of it, may make more in 10 years than someone working a normal job for said 10 years.

Yeah and all the signature campaigns have reduced their rated due to price increase in bitcoins recently and spending whole day here doesn't make any sense.. it's better that we concentrate on our jobs as job is permanent and we are not sure what is the future of bitcoins. But at present earning few bitcoins from signature campaigns will take care of basic expenses.

Stocks in chemical weapons developers and manufacturers.  Do the math and look around you.

Unfortunately you are right. Let's hope a time where those companies seize to exist will come soon.

BTW, investments in banks and innovating oil companies (stocks) are also very profitable compared to the risk they come with.

There is no best investment between these options, with all of them comes high risk

It's best to invest into yourself and if you can, start your own business

Don't invest in any of these if you can't afford to lose, that's the best advice I can give you

Not everyone will only buy and hodl! Some people will spend, some people will hold, some people will earn and get payed in bitcoins, some people will just trade them and not even worry how many bitcoins they have.

All of the above are good for the Bitcoin community!

Stocks? Bonds? Bitcoins?? Real Estate?

1. Stocks - Depends on what company are you going to invest with. Automobiles and real estate companies seem to be the best places to invest your money right now (at least on our region, SEA.)

2. Bonds - Not so sure about that option. Bonds can sometimes be broken and with that, not a good option to invest if you don't know what you're going into.

3. Bitcoins - Long term holding of bitcoins can result to a nice yield/return if you play it well. Again, comes with high risks which is not suitable for the faint of heart investors.

4. Real Estate - A booming business nowadays, with space becoming lesser and lesser, real estate is a great investment opportunity to take.

At present, the price for real estate is too high due to quantitative easing. The running yield is just 2-4% a year. When the house price bubble burst, the price will drop dramatically. There is no good investment at present. There are too much funding available.

Gold would be the safest investment currently.

Gold has been slow in rise these past few years and if you only want to have something that holds value, gold is your best bet. Real estate on the other hand, has been booming in the last years. Income is decent with less risk than bitcoin.

Recently I came across 2xbits (http://www.2xbits.com) (no affiliation) which claims on their homepage to double your bitcoin within 72 hours. A friend of mine tried their service some time ago and deposited 0.0025 BTC and got back 0.005 BTC. However I would advise extreme caution and a lot of thinking if or when you decide to send a much larger bitcoin amount as ponzis are known to not pay back after doing so.

As for 2xbits.com, I wouldnt know but they look a lot better than all the others out there that claim similar things. For example: multiply-bitcoins.pw claims if you send them 1 BTC they will send you 100 BTC in 10-12 hours which is just freakin rediculous and you should kill yourself if you are stupid enough to fall for something like that! So there seems to be maybe some good ones and then ones that are just plain evil scams, just need to filter them out or try them out. Anyway hope this helps, and good luck!
These sites are not an  investment. They only mean to take your money to pay off others who are new to their program. Don't fall for there promises for quick coins, there isn't any.

Hey man as long as they double my coins and send me back double what I invested then I don't really care what they do or how they do it :P know what I'm sayin bro? :)

Buying a real estate is really a neat idea if the laws regarding taxation on your country is not that greedy or invasive compared to our country. It has a nice yield, but before investing take into consideration several recurring expenses such as maintenance before throwing off your money at it.

Invest where you will earn the biggest profit, after the fees and taxes and all stuff.

Bitcoin has the advantage of having less fees for trading and being easier to move and cash out(at least if have a local exchange).

Biggest profit means often biggest scam.
Ask yourself if the big profit is realistic.

As an investment manager (lol) I see that each satoshi is hard generated...

How much money do you have? If you have a big amount of assets, you should invest on Real Estate.
But if you just have $1000 or less, invest on Bitcoin!

I believe real estate and bitcoin are ways to go. If you buy houses around hospitals it is great.
Bitcoin is also nice since it has big potential.

my cousin actually lost quite a bit of money trying to buy/sell stocks, i really don't recommend that. i suggest if you want guaranteed profit go with gold ( it will be slow profit but pretty much guaranteed).

Real estate can be a good investment but you would need a ton of capital to get started, so if you have that go for real estate else bitcoin is the best option imo.

Comparing to stocks or real estates, bitcoin must be a best investments but of course in long term. Both stocks and real estates are good only in long term, same way we can expect very big returns from bitcoin compared to stocks or real estates.

Bitcoins doesn't guarantee you the huge profits in the future, neither stocks but yes real estates can give you some good profit in the future as the price of land, houses keeps on increasing every single day so I would prefer to invest my money in real estate and also some part of it in bitcoins and gold.

there's no guarantee that Bitcoin will stay around in the future. it's still a new technology, it's possible some other alt coin or something different takes over. point is Bitcoin is new so it's untested whereas property had been along for a long time so generally safer

Everyone wants to earn a huge profit, and that only real estates can guarantee you as those are big deals to make, So I don't think investing all your money in bitcoins is the right idea, I think diversifying our investments in different products can make it much easier, So I would prefer to invest my money in real estate, gold and some in bitcoins.

Yes, building a portfolio approach to investing is the best. Consider the percentage allocation to bitcoins. It should be in low to high single digits, depending on your risk appetite.
Another factor to take into account is your age. If you are young, you can afford to take bigger risks.

That's true, you can lose a lot of money in trading company stocks, just as you can lose everything in trading bitcoins. But gold? I'd say it only goes for holding your money and fending inflation off in the long term. It's not as good as an investment.

The best investment? Maybe a franchise or just like others said, real estate. Have it leased and you've got money coming in regularly.

Historically, stock market investment is the best. The stock index will beat the inflation in long term. I am talking about the US stock market. The index tracking ETF is the best, it will beat 80% actively managed funds.
In short term, the price will go up and down, very difficult to predict.

I will personally say that it is in real estate. One thing you need to know is that real estate demand keeps on increasing compared to other forms of investments. It is a good investment option if you have a good amount of money since the starting capital is always intensive. After that, you will always enjoy the fruits especially after having everything in place. trying to compare bitcoin and real estate, the bictoin investement is all about risk and hope that everything will go on well. For me I will go for real estate.

Yes, I think real estate is only an investment that guarantees you a success in long run, as the prices keeps on increasing on daily basis, you can earn a good profit out of it, the only thing you need to have is a patience in real estate investments, as it takes a lot of time for the deal to get finalized, so if you have a patience you can earn a huge profit out of it.

Try my U2cloudmining for free...one or twice...or few days...

The best investment to get rich fast - bitcoin. The best to locate your capital for the years to come, probably real estate market. The truth is - you could make money on everything if you have the right approach.
If you are not scared to exploit bitcoin volatility you could be millionaire from trading alone. And the most crucial info: how big bankroll do you have?

If you invest higher then your returns would also be higher, So if you can afford to make a big investment and looking for quick profits then I think investing in bitcoins is the best option available at a moment, looking at its volatility you can make huge profits if you have bought at the lower price even small fluctuation can make a huge difference if the investment is big.

If you have money on the side that you can without then invest some amount and forget about it. Like deliciousowl has said, this is a very long-term investment that's about 50%-50% at the moment but with a huge potential well worth a risk in my opinion.

This doesn't have to be a big amount, but get some.

The best investment is the doing of the things you do and know better. If you are expert in any or more fields as above you write that field (or fields) is (are) the best investment for you. If you are not an expert in any of those then there are to many the other possibilities but no one can tell you for sure who is the best. No one can predict this. Every kind of investment has its risks and everyone judge about those according to him's mind, him's ability to analyses those and to lay out conclusions. So you ma have several judgments for the same thing. To not forget that everything need even a little luck.

Me have two kind investments in my today's plans. An online site which have 5 years of life in market and 9 years of development. Which give about 0.5% profit every day and declare the source of its profits (if you want I can give my reflink with pm). Then *the second investment) is investing in the Horizon project. For the moment and mainly buying their cryptocurrency named Horizon (HZ) with the hope that it will be increase of the price of it in the future. Both are risky and I know that. But the amount involved until today are few. Then is another third but is very long term. Like bitcoin. Which I buy because I hope in its increase of price after to many years. This third is not counted because seems without end; has began three years ago and no one know where will be seen some profit from it. Then to see and to do.  ;)

bitcoin is always going up, by an "absolute average increase per year" view, to be clear, it was 0 in 2009 now 350 in 2015

do not look at the unsubstantial increases like 230(april 2013), 1200(december 2013), 500(two weeks ago), those count nothing

Real estate is by far the safest investment, the only problem is that you need to have the money to begin with and a lot of it too. Of course that doesn't mean you can just buy the first house/building/land you see in a ghost town and expect to profit. But it also doesn't require a genius level intellect to make a reasonably safe investment. Only a few factors to take into account and a little research before you buy and after that you can sleep soundly at night (at least better than those dreaming about the ultimate stock market crash  :D ) It can of course happen that property value takes a hit from time to time but the underlying trend is always up.

Then again something tells me that are not too many patient out there that are awaiting return to $1,000. Most of these people have sold and took loses long time ago!

At what price did you buy? Bitcoin market is too volatile and price fluctuations is a part and parcel of bitcoins, so when you feel that the price of bitcoins is higher when you initially bought your coin I think you should sell it, and rebuy when the price goes down, price fluctuation is a continuous process in bitcoins, remember that.

bare land is bare for a reason.
contamination, dedicated greenspot (no development allowed)

it takes alot of research and council meetings to change the purpose of the land.. however buying a property(building/apartment), your already 98% there. u just gotta buy cheap and sell higher.

most people can have very quick success.. if at auction, you see a handful of bidders competing against you, simply get your competitors contact details. and give them a call a couple days after u win the auction.. add a couple £k to your win value and then offer it to your competition for that new higher price.
usually all bidders give up £10k-£20k below their total budget if they think the competition (you) has it in the bag. so if u won by being just £5k higher. you have £5k-£15k of wiggle room in their budget for you to use to your advantage.
quick flip with no work done, easy money in the right auction house (enough competitors names&phone numbers)

if not, then just do what other suggest and tart it up a little, and resale to someone else.

Best investment for me is revshare program,, its trusted and earn a lot of money

If you have big bucks then you should go for real estate, stock and bonds. But if you have little to no funds then go for bitcoin investing.

I would be buying what Bitcoin I could and then saving for the future and even learning how to trade or getting some broker to do investments for you with bitcoin and getting a good return over the year and playing it safe at maybe 2 to 3% on return daily or every few days. Other than that maybe having an icer account and laving your funds in bank.

I believe bitcoin is a good long term investment and so is land/real estate. If you look at graphs for long term with these things, seems not to be look too bad.

probably, and maybe that's how they were grown... thats a big mistake If we are raising our child just to make sure that our future is safe...

Lolz.. It's something like that if you have a baby boy he would be become a soccer player in future and if she is a baby girl she would be a tennis star, and if they have that mindset then it's really ridiculous, as if the kids would not have good support base from their parents it would be become really difficult for them to grow in a proper way.

Why should choose Stocks, Bonds, Bitcoins or Real Estate?

If you are able and can, why do not you invest in all that you mentioned above. That is, fortunately with such capital investment you will not freeze in only one investment alone, but made like the network and it can co-exist and help the investment with each other. Even if there will be a loss, it will not lose everything

I think not store eggs in one basket.

Diversification of investments is the answer to above questions, you cannot afford to trust any single product and invest all your earnings into it, as the future is unpredictable and doesn't guarantee you the success so investing in all products by dividing your earnings can give you more probability to earn profits.

Yes, diversified of investment objective is that we put the fund into some kind of asset

True or not, the answer is depending from where we see it

There are some investors who are pro or disagree with the statement that investment, because if we invest in one type of investment, when we lose then we will lose the total investment. This causes the value of our investment will decline pretty much

But there are also investors who do not agree with the counter or diversified. Investors this model usually has the ability to control their investments, have education, experience as well as excessive money. Like warren buffet?

The big problem playing a game is you never know and it may die in moments but sure investing and having fun upgrading into the game will garantee you in the long or medium time a good extra, your example is just a proof of it almost half btc having fun.
