Hello! pending Order #3302 (since April 2, 2013) here again.

I have updated my account to reflect (and prove) that I can receive SMS from you. Under Fax number is the number you can send SMS to.
According to the email I received yesterday you sent me an SMS at the number listed on my account. This is my home number. That number is not able to receive any SMS. I am just writing this here just in case the support service in charge on that thread is in sync with the support service in charge for the email reply

I will update this thread with my experience many times until this little misunderstanding is resolved.

Take care BTCquick.com

the 1 btc private key only?
btw, don't you accept international phone numbers for verification? it keeps saying "invalid number"

I have bought 2 BTC from you.
The payment has been cleared 8 hours ago.
I did not get any Bitcoins yet.
I also wrote an email 7 hours ago asking to send me the Bitcoins as soon as possible.
What is happening? There is nothing quick about this.

I sent the PM and btcQuick has sent me the order.
Ok now but I wonder why my first email did not trigger any response.
In the long run It would be better if the process works more automated and with less problems.

A question regarding the price calculation.

I'm a bronze member so the fee should be 7.5%
But When I compare your prices and the current ask price on Mt.Gox I get a fee between 11-14%.

How do you calculate the price?

I agree with this post. Also, how long until more bitcoin are available?

Price is calculated on the Mt.Gox Average price or the last price which ever is higher.
Stock will be added tomorrow around 12:00pm MST

In the Address fields, there is no country option. Should I use State to put my country, or are you adding it?

Just wanted to post a review of btcquick.

I got verified very quickly (with great communication from the staff/owners about needing specific documents) over the weekend. Placed my first order and got it funded within an hour. Also got a subsequent order (after getting bumped up in the membership level) funded quickly.

Overall the turnaround was very quick, painless, and almost "instant" (comparing it with BitInstant).

The fees are high, but nevertheless you get to use your credit card and probably not have to worry about PayPal and the crazy eBay markups (or sellers never delivering the bitcoins).

I would highly recommend this to anyone just starting out to buy or having trouble at various exchanges. This was a great service for me over this past long weekend here in the US.

Looking forward to their bank withdrawl support as well as lower fees.

The daily limit increases as you continue to earn points through the purchase of BTC from the site. Below is the structure.

Membership Levels
Membership Level       Daily Transaction Limit   Fee - Credit Card   Fee - Bank Account
Bronze Member       $250                            7.5%                            4.0%
Bronze+ Member       $500                            7.0%                            3.75%
Silver Member       $1,000                            6.5%                            3.5%
Gold Member       $1,500                            6.0%                            3.25%
Platinum Member       $2,000                            5.5%                            3.0%

Bank deposits will be just about as fast. The delivery will be dependent upon the age of your account and other factors. The maximum processing time should be < 24hours.

On the private key decryption page there is a list of bitcoin clients that allow private key imports.

If you have an android phone you can use this app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mycelium.wallet) to import private keys.

oh well my wife got really upset, and rang the credit card company and canceled the card /  doing a credit charge  back
if im telling you i did not receive the funds, its because i have not.. i sent funds myself there by mistake thinking that withdrawing meant like i could withdraw from thatpublic adresss, so  basiclyi  withrawed 2.49 btc
into the public key....... and i was ike  -250 $ +   so i was like oops   big mistake,  when i  had impoorted your key there was nothing in it,  it said keys imported success or somethinglike that but no bitcoin ever showed up
seriously mate for 250 $ i wouldnt go through all this dramas,
but anyways  dont worry about it anymore, it cost 80 $ to cancel the chargeback

Sir, the funds we sent. Please give us a call to discuss 1-855-MY-BITCOIN

Not sure "how much" it helped, but it did help. This was easy for me given that I already use the social networks. With this and the CC/ID photo, I was boosted to bronze+ right away (< 12 hours of starting the whole process). Now I am just climbing my way through the next level via points.

This is a great/quick service (need to make sure there are enough coins when you place the order) and having verified with all these details will surely help you. I hope they add more of these verification to boost the levels as it is sometimes hard to just gather points by buying more BTC.

Issue has been resolved and it appears the issue may have been related to a long queue for confirmations.

Order Number: 9953
Payment Confirmed
Received Google Wallet email stating order has been shipped.
However my Private Key has not been funded.

This isn't looking good. Originally when I placed my order there was around 17 BTC
Now 3 hours later the site says.
We have: 2.71995634 BTC in stock.

I have to admit my order from yesterday went smoothly but some of these other posts and the fact I haven't heard anything for several hours has me worried.

I show that this order is complete and the private key has been funded. Let me know if you have any other issues.

Thanks,

The code that we have sent you 4 times is to confirm the order and is not the de-cryption password. The de-cryption password is something that you entered during the checkout process and as soon as you pressed the checkout button it would have sent you the de-cryption password that you entered via SMS/text message.

Order number is 10785. I've been waiting for a while now.

No BTC, no response, not even a response on the ticket I opened on their website with the ticket system.. for days.

When I placed the order, the bitcoin stock was 100. When I checked back after confirming payment, the stock was 0. I checked back today, and the BTC stock is 11.. But still no BTC? Hmm..

Things have been delayed the last couple of days due to the sheer volume of membership applications. What is your membership order # and I will take a look.

Hi Ascension, I'm interested in buying. Could you please address a little bit more about my concern? - How you gonna deal with your legal risk? As you are a Denver based company, do you have any clue about preventing what happened on MtGox happen to you? Thank you!

As I have said in my other posts we are working with a lawyer. We use a local bank, not a corporate one, we are also working on getting a business account setup with the Internet Archive Credit Union (a bitcoin friendly bank).

Ascension, I suggest that will be part of the shares transferred to BTCT, this will increase the stock liquidity, there will be more abundant funds.

What's up with the membership levels? I was at bronze for many months, placed enough orders to take my "points to next level" down to 0, and it subsequently reset to 50 while leaving me at bronze level with the same fees and daily limits. What are the membership levels and when does one move up?

6 hours later, still nothing. I've completed the SMS confirmation and even called the bank to make sure the transaction wasn't being reviewed or held, it's not.  There's just a pre-auth on my account for the full amount and the bank is waiting for btcquick to claim/request (process) the payment.

I thought this would be faster...

Thanks for the offer, I don't mind losing a little as long as the transaction processes. It's weird, the membership fee processed very quickly compared to this.  Have you seen this type of delay before? Would I be better off canceling and re-ordering in hopes of a faster processing time?  Is it likely the transaction will be processed in the next 24 hours?

Hi

I have successfully placed an order on btcquick and I'm at the "Bronze+" level of membership. I was casually looking around the site earlier trying to find ways to increase my membership level and clicked on an ID verification button which says "Proceed to verification questions". On this screen there are 4 questions, none of which have answers which even remotely relate to me. It references email addresses, phone numbers and educational institutions that I have no involvement with whatsoever. Should I be worried?

Hi, I've been waiting on account verification for 1 hour. I tried to verify my ID under My Account options but the verification questions had nothing to do with me. ??? My order is Order Number: 103649

Thanks!!

I've put in a support ticket via my personal email, as well as through the website help box. This is to repay on a loan seen here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=276416.msg2999981#msg2999981

I would appreciate steadfastness with verification ^_^ Thanks!

*Edit* With the guy above me waiting on $140 worth of BTC, would it be wise for me to just purchase BTC elsewhere??

*edit* was fixed asap after PM and btc went smooth and quick!! Thanks!!!

Order #14603 - my order is now showing "Complete", as it usually does when the private key is available and funded. However, it still says "Private key not yet funded" and the funds are not available. Just checking on the status, as I have not previously gone "Complete" without the transaction actually being completed.

Edit: resolved immediately, thanks again btcquick.

Your order is funded. Typically if you get the email saying the private key is funded it means that our system has been triggered to fund the private key and all you have to do is wait for it to arrive. We are working on making this faster and should be in a week or so.

The order pages for both say "Private Key is in queue to be funded.", but the email says that it was funded.

Edit: Got offline help. The blockchain site/API being down probably contributed to this. The keys were funded quickly, but the site couldn't show accurate info (or link to key). Now it is all sorted.

For those not aware, there's a place in the accounts page to provide your own wallet address (just need to prove you own it by signing a message). Use that for simplicity and quick access to the funds.

Order 15209, still pending, money paid through Google wallet, taken from credit card, I need this fulfilled please, time sensitive this morning.

This was resolved that morning, I forgot to post.  Google wanted to make sure it was me using my account because I entered my card number wrong a few times (was early)

Hey Ascension,

Have had a few successful orders now all within a dollar or so of the bronze membership limit, I linked my TrustCloud membership yesterday and it didn't upgrade me to bronze+ membership, filed a support ticket but have not heard anything? Really need to get around 2-3btc ASAP and these 24hr limits are killing me (as is the lack of stock), could you please have a look?

PS: I also attempted to sign up to miicard but they're having tech issues with verifying my bank account details etc, in support ticket line here aswell..  :(

Your trustcloud score has to be above 650 in order for the Bronze+ to be activated. Send me a PM with your email address that is on your account so I can take a look.

Bought BTC over 5 hours ago, and selected to have it sent directly to my wallet. The BTC still has not shown up in my wallet. Normally I wouldn't be so impatient, but I am trying to pay a time sensitive transaction today. My payment shows as being "complete". Will my BTC be sent shortly?

Order# 16218

Just went through. Thanks Ascension!

Hey Ascension,

I bought some BTC at 3:35pm EST today and never received them to my public address. I sent an email to customer service but have yet to hear a response. I hadn't seen sending BTC directly to an address until today so I'm guessing you are still working out the kinks. I hope to get the BTC soon so that I can buy more shares!

Order #16260

Thanks

With the amount of demand you're getting you should really start buying in 100BTC quantities instead of 50. I'm just a naive customer though so you may have your reasons.

This number is just our buffer amount on hand and does not reflect our balances on our exchange accounts.

Payment has been received but we are still waiting for a notification from google that the transaction was authorized and successful. As your account states it is a "Temporary Hold" which indicates that Google has asked for authorization of these funds but has not yet charged your card.

Okay so I found the root of the problem. Google put my account in review (without informing me) so my transactions were still stuck in "pending". Two went through and 1 was denied (because of the delay in the processing thanks to Google)

I called google via the help button in the wallet settings page and was able to get it lifted. Why they put it on there I have no idea.

Still need the keys to be funded tho.  ;)

Quick check with regards to order #16352‏

This was for funding a personal wallet address and not a private key ... Been about 10 mins and I don't see any activity on blockchain for my address. Both the confirmation email and order page seem to suggest that this went through (past experience, this was almost instant).

The btcquick's order page still has the same number of bitcoins available as before I ordered (which was substantial), and my daily limit didn't go down as well (should've reset to 0)

Just checking whether something else is wrong or a known delay/issue.

Thanks

Just to update, my order got funded after few hours. The delay wasn't normal from past experiences, no idea what happened. Did another similar order today and still waiting for the BTC after couple of hours. The wait (and no obvious reasons for it) is not looking good. I hope this is just a temporary issue, because the quick funding from btcquick is one of their strengths.

I just want to make some things clear. Your payment being processed is completely a separate issue from the private key being funded.

If your order is in a "Payment Received" state then we have received notification that a payment was submitted, we cannot fulfill the order until we receive payment confirmation. Once your order has reached "Payment Confirmed" it is processed by our system and the private key is then funded.

In this case, your order is in the "Payment Received" state.

Thanks,

Just noticed it as well, though it is strange. I've checked the google wallet as well as my credit card website and can't see any action I can do. I guess I'll just wait for the payment to be processed.

Private key funding hass been A LOT slower than in the past.  I waited like 12 hours after my payment was confirmed (not processing) on y last buy.  Is there a reason why its not taking 5-15 minutes, and now taking 12-24 hours? This is the best part of your service, if I am paying a huge markup for btc, I want them fast, as advertised, not slow.  If I want to wait, I will go onto coinbase, where I can get btc at a lot lower rate.

I got my private key instantly, however when I try to export to blockchain.info, the network propagation remains at 0% (Transaction Unconfirmed obviously).

Please fix.

I cannot fix this, the network must confirm the transaction.

I've been waiting since Tuesday the 24th on order #16416 for my private key to be funded!     Why am I paying a premium for "quick" btc when you're now apparently slower than a bank draft??

This is my 5th order, and was going to be my first of two last week.    But instead of placing my second order I've been waiting all week for you to give me the btc you've already taken my money for.     I've opened two tickets and not received a single response...     This is a bit ridiculous.

How long can we expect for private key funding today? Order #17213 has been waiting for a few hours now

I placed 2 orders today.  17217 was instant.  Now my order 17273 says under review.....this is like my 11 th order.  I called google wallet and they said all is good on their end.  So...either send my btc, or refund me so I can buy somewhere that willl not drag me along, I have needs for this btc I bought, and it is time sensitive.

You had order 17217 and it was filled instantly?  Now I am extra frustrated. Ascension, as a platinum member on btcquick, how am I still waiting when a later order was filled already?

Yes, literally instantly.  Fastest order I have ever had filled.  As soon as I clicked purchase, the private key was there.  Usually it takes a little bit.    Now, my other order is not moving at all though.  They need to get this together.

Well everyone steamrolled (155 orders so far today!) our servers this morning and our hot wallet ran out of coins... The network took forever to confirm the transaction in order to refill the hot wallet. Your order should be completed and funded.

Interesting, I have earlier order 17204 and it's still not filled since ordering this morning..  It claims complete, but transaction never arrived at my bitcoin address.  Can you look into this?

My order from this morning #17194 (over 21 hours now) still says "Payment Processing".  However, I have confirmed with Google and my credit card company that the payment has gone through.

Also, I have a note in my "Membership" where my status is still "Pending" telling me to link a miiCard or answer the identity questions, but I had already answered the questions well before this note was placed there.

Thanks,
Brian O'

I too have been waiting since around noon pacific time for my order to complete. It has been under "under review" since I paid. I'm sure it's not my bank because the transaction has already gone through them. I'm order #17335.

Yet another order of mine, #17458, going on 8+ hours now without being funded. I feel it somewhat odd that my orders keep taking so long to get filled, but are often filled within an hour of my posting here. I guess we will see...

I don't know what I find more surprising, the fact that people whose orders had clearly been placed after mine have been fulfilled by complaining here... or the fact that btcquick is clearly still taking even more orders before getting this problem sorted out.

Order 17531.  Yet again, paid in full, but not funded.

Getting old having to come here to get my btc after you take my cash, and having to wait hours, when you advertise 5-15 minutes.

We are still awaiting payment confirmation from google checkout. You may consider giving Google Wallet (1-855-492-5538) a call or calling your bank to ensure they did not block the transaction.

As I mentioned, I'd already done that and there is no hold or block on the transaction.  I'll give it until I get home from work, then I'll call my CC and tell them to cancel payment.

Did you call google wallet? Typically they are the ones that resolve the issue.

Thanks, that did the trick.

I apologize for my demeanor.  I had previously communicated with Google Wallet electronically and they assured me that everything was A-OK on their end, suggesting that I use their service to communicate with you.  When that, along with your ticket system, didn't yield a response I became a little worried.

Upon calling them, they explained that my account was "Under Review", because the same purchase had been made for like 4-5 consecutive days.  I did originally call my CC company and they had already processed the transaction and let it go through, wonder how that happened when Google wasn't letting it move on to you. :(

P.S.  Any ideas for my Membership status note?

Thanks, and again, Sorry for getting snippy. ;)

Brian O'

Although... it has now been nearly 5 hours and the private key still isn't funded.  I'm interested in making another purchase today, but can't proceed until this order is taken care of.

Ascension, having a problem getting past 'failed' when signing my Bitcoin Address with the message provided on screen.  I will PM you my results so you can verify it should not be failing.  Should I also open a ticket?  I think I am just new to this.  You can reference order # 18792

UPdate: I got the bitcoins.  I just imported secret key to blockchain.info account, and transfer from there.  Still don't know why btcquick bitcoin signing/verification doesn't seem to work.  Anyone ever had similar problem?

My order #18789 is complete; however, the sms confirmation code that was sent to my phone was a duplicate number that was used on a previous order from a few months ago; so when I try to send the verification code; I only get a response that the order was approved a few months ago and not that my order today has been confirmed. The link didn't work either, how do you request a different sms code?

Pretty hard to believe I'm losing a big % after buying in at .00011

The lack of updates and transparency, is disappointing, TBH. I realize some level of privacy is needed, but basic P&L should be a given.

At least with ASICMiner could track the hashrate and watch the bitcoin addresses, Just-Dice you can see the bets happening.

Edit: I believe we all trust Ascension is honest, but how can an investor judge an asset by anything but a dividend when that is the only information disclosed?

You must be special because I can't get any type of answer via PM, support tickets or forum posts even after a week has gone by. To top that off order gets cancelled with no response or reason. If you are going to pay a premium for BTC there are better options to say the least.

Here are the facts:
My original question still has not been answered.
No explanation whatsoever was given for why the order was cancelled. I followed the protocol including opening a ticket, sending PM's, posting my order number here.
If the order was "high risk" why have two more orders been processed since then with no issue with the same card?

I speculate with good reason that there was an issue with the order system and you are not honoring those orders because of the BTC price increase. If that is the case it should just be posted and be done.

You have a good service but the support is almost non existent.
Coinbase will be accepting cards soon enough, when there is more competition perhaps you will be reflecting on these times.

There are many things that go into fraud detection. The price increase has nothing to do with as we buy bitcoins actively with each order. Feel free to send me an email to continue this discussion.

If this is the email address  customerservice@btcquick.com I have already done that with no response. I don't see this getting resolved anyway. What is the purpose of having a support ticketing system if it is ignored? Like I said I already tried every channel I know of but it's pointless.
I wish you success because the service is good just giving feedback on the support. Basically customers better hope they don't have an issue with an order or it will be like pulling teeth to get it resolved.

My order since after purchase stated COMPLETE. Payment has been debited from my account. Now states PENDING.

How could my order be showing complete since purchase then suddenly now changed to Pending?

Edit: Order now complete and funded - 12 hrs.

Your order is funded. In the future use the Help/Support widget on the site as we check that very frequently.

I`ve been trying to contact btcQuick through all the channels of comunication you have open (mails, customer support, twitter) and I haven't had any response. Not even a "confirmation of reception" It really doesn't leave a good feeling when I've trusted your company in handling my money.
I need an answer to my Ticket #11989 dated 30th of Octuber.

Please inform me what you need help with so that I can help you. We are no longer using the old ticket system.

Thanks,
Ascension

Hello Ascension, my problem is that I can't decript my private key. This is because the system doesn't take the password I created during the check out process for decrypting the private key!!
I'll be waiting for your answer.

Thank you

It should be the exact same as the confirmation sms. Try letter next one, instead of D   use S or F next to it and likewise

They've been out of stock of BTC for almost 2 weeks.. unless you can still buy BTC when it says none available.

Something is up with btcquick. Not saying that to be mean, but it just doesn't add up.

I'm sillt waiting support for an order dated  Oct 30, 2013 4:39 AM. I've tried twitter, tickets, emails, posts!!!

Do you know how long you can get bitcoin from coinbase?

Do you mean how long it takes? All of my transactions with coinbase in the past have been super quick. The past few days they've run into issues because they've been flooded with new users, so I couldn't say if that'll slow it down or not. I'll be using them later today though so we will see..

Order completed #21047 on November 6, but has been "in queue to be funded" since.

I've posted two support tickets on the site with no answer.

I've called and left a voicemail with no answer.

I sent a support e-mail with no answer.

I posted in the feedback thread twice with no answer - granted I should have posted here first, but I did not know about this thread until now.

I'm hoping this can get resolved quickly. I really, really want to be able to keep trusting this service.

I'm in the same situation and we are not the only two...I just can give you another channel of comunication: @btcQuick in twitter.
Don't put to much hope on it. It's more or less the same situation....seems like there is no one there.
I'll just keep on poundig the door.

Ascension! Here you are online!

I am calling customer call center but nobody is answering , I am a customer from Turkey and I have some problems In verification process.

I can't pay that 1.99 USD TO verify my account , besides , I am going to use "Virtual Credit Card" Service that my bank provides to increase my personal secuirty , with this service , bank gives you a virtual credit card number , expiration date etc , and you deposit some money into this credit card from your bank account , and use it in online shopping. But with this service how I am going to send you Image of my credit card?

And Google Wallet is not working anymore.

I apologize... I replied in the Feedback thread instead of here asking for support.

I have been waiting for almost a month to get my membership request reviewed. It has been in 'Payment Received' state during this time.

I also opened a support ticket like two weeks ago and haven't received a reply yet.

Membership request order: 104983
Support ticket id: 12121

Any help from support?

Thanks,
- mess

So nearly two months later, and not a goddamn thing has been done, or even replied to regarding order #21047.

I do not want a refund.  I want what I payed for, what was in the "completed" order.

If I do not receive some sort of reply to my queries in one week, I will be consulting with an attorney. Fair warning.

I need an update on order 22986.  I have signed my btc address and it is showing verified under settings for the address .  The order has been stuck as pending for almost 5 days for “PENDING PRIVATE KEY REDEPTION.”

This address as already had the private key verified.     I am trying to be patient but this is getting ridiculous because no one knows what to do.

I've tried twitter. just sporadic responses, not like a channel of comunicatrion should be if you whant to give a problem solution.
The thing is that if we are trying to guess wich of all the offered channels of comunication is the one that they answer the problem is not ours is THEIRS!!!

EDITED ISSUE RESOLVED
I had an issue paid for .5BTC back in october and never transfered. I couldn't get in touch with the company for over a week and tried 3 emails and their phone number. I had success when I tried the twitter page and also when emailing Jerrod@btcquick.com. To say the least I am more than satisfied they gave me my .5 BTC now valued at $420 vs the $75 I paid for it. I am very happy with the level of service provided ONCE I was able to get in touch with them. They took care of me today January 16, 2014 so if you are having issues try the twitter or email.

I would love to know why I've been waiting on coins for well over a week since my account was debited. It looks like BTCQuick has been unable to keep up with orders yet keeps accepting payment. I have sent Jerrod a copy of the e-check that cleared which was used for my bitcoin payment and two days later still no response. It took him days just to reply to my original inquiry. If the supply dried up and we all have to wait, give your customers a heads up please. I used the service for months with no issue before everything was restructured. Personally, I just want my bitcoins before legal action will be taken. The order number that has yet to have been filled is here: 23433.

EDIT: It looks like my payment has finally cleared two weeks after my purchase. Hopefully I will see my private key funded soon.

more problem after problem that was supposedly taken care of has appeared again. Please check your email I've sent messages last few days. I can now view payments page, have added my credit card although NOTHING has appeared that my card was added. In fact, money has disappeared from my card account and still nothing appeared that I have any credit card uploaded.
FYI- This is also the same card I uploaded picture and my DL for you in September that must have not made the move when the change was made

Yea, thats the common theme. Disappear after a price drop. And we were told multiple exchanges would be involved so running out wouldnt be a major problem. They had 2 months to work on it

Currently BtcQuick is not accepting orders from US customers- no explanation. I'd think US customers make up most of the business, hell its operations is in Colorado, USA.
If this is anything like last time, I dont think we will see anymore bitcoin service from btcquick for a very long time
Hope I'm very very wrong

Buying bitcoins with a credit card or debit card.

Why wait 3-5 days for your bitcoin? We don’t think you should have to and that is exactly why we have made debit and credit cards a payment option on our service.

...

Where is this service available.

Currently we can accept debit and credit cards from around the world, but you must be in a country that supports our instant verification via miiCard. Currently these countries are available: USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Europe, India, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa.

Click here to see if you can get instantly verified.
I am a verified user wayyyyy before the miiCard, so does this mean i HAVE to do a verification again? even though my country wasnt listed in the miiCard supported

with the lack of updates on the thread or twitter it is now clear

U.S. Customers are no longer able to use the service.
The US federal govt has caught up with them as it has with other currency companies
