I have privately dealed with OP and have received the guide with all the methods described in the post. I am honestly surprised at the sheer amount of content provided inside this guide. There are multiple methods for both obtaining VCCs and phone numbers which I certainly did not expect. This is honestly one of the most complete guides I have seen to date on anything and there are pictures provided to guide you with the process. I believe that if all methods are fully working the current price tag for the guide is a complete steal.

Ok, to conclude after much trial, it does work with what they claim. Updated guide should be out soon with what we've discussed, hopefully at a more expensive price so it doesn't saturate the high quality methods (which is only possible if people just keep getting banned over and over for abusing whatever accounts). So take a look at what they've said it can work on, and it will work as of today.

Edit: By the way the seller is really great! ;) and it's probably the last chance to get this guide for cheap, which still works, but will have easier ways on the updated version and more detail etc.

I'm guessing they are all VOIP or the price for the guide would be much higher.

Well, of course they are mobile numbers if they accept SMS, but are some of them real numbers as in real SIM card mobile numbers?

How about other requirement, for example: you need to invest some money or you have to use VPN etc.

This guide is very nice but the VCC I've tried haven't worked anywhere the seller is claiming. The seller is very nice and responsive. Maybe he can help with that, but as of now EVERY service I've tried, including ones he said would work, won't accept these for verification purposes.

Is any personal information needed when doing this method? If so, is its accuracy ever checked? Do you need any money to spend to execute this method? You mention that the VCCs you get are free, but is any sort of upfront payment necessary?

About the phone numbers, what carrier are they registered under? Are they like the free text apps such as Pinger which are incompatible with some services or real numbers registered under major carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, etc.

What is required for this method to work? Do we need to provide personal information or otherwise have an already working credit card or virtual credit card? Do these show up as prepaid credit cards that are not accepted by some vendors such as PayPal and trial offers? Would it work for service trials like Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc.? SMS confirmation never shows up using suggested methods.

I'm pretty sure that PayPal verification methods vary depending on what country you are from. I know countries like the U.S. have somewhat high requirements to get their PayPal verified. Countries in the European Union also have somewhat high requirements albeit some not as high as the United States. If you live most anywhere else in the world, you should not be obligated to provide much else than a card or a phone number verification in order to get your account verified with them.

Updated my comment. The guide works mostly. Just need to figure out the receiving limits...

It worked in the end. The SMS confirmation does not work though. It appears the big SMS provider is blocking Paypal SMS.

All 6 methods don't require any fee for creating the VCC. Only the AWS + PP part may require it, as you need to top up!
Also: Azure, GC and DigitalOcean works here in Europe, but it may not be worldwide. Please PM me if you need assitance, will be glad to help.
