Endorphina providers lets you to bet 0.001mbtc(1000 satoshi/line) on their slots game while other providers may have bigger min bet like 0.01mbtc/line. Logically you will be able to withdraw anytime without wagering x time of your deposit if you do not take any bonuses. So if you deposit then play a little bit and you won nice amount, you should be able to withdraw it unless there is a special term related to anti money laundering where players need to wager at least x time of their deposit. I do not find this term in this site though, so I think you will be able to withdraw as what you wish as long as you are not trying to use the site as a mixing service site (deposit without play then withdraw).

Just wanna say my little review after playing on your site few times:
- Mobile version is better than your PC version, I can load all the game faster using mobile than using PC. Not really sure why, probably my mobile is better than my PC in case of RAM.
- The WINNING NOW feature to show recent winners is a bit annoying for me, maybe you can give us an option to disable it.

Suggestion:
- Deposit address changes after 1 deposit, loyal players usually save their deposit address on any sites so they can deposit without opening the site first. So it may result in wrong deposit address if they do not know that the deposit address changes. Give an option to use 1 deposit address only would be good IMO.
- Add  more providers, I think microgaming is a good provider with many games and has low minimum bet as well.
- Regarding withdrawal as what I've said previously, you can keep the free fee withdrawal but give an option for players to pay the fee as they wish.

Such big site do not even have instamt withdrawal? How are they going to attract people on playing in their site? Similar to what FortuneJack is doing to really big withdrawals where they take more time to process in the Fraud Assessment department . It should be undestandable as the gambling site will be sending a lot of money which is more than usual. But on the player's side it is translated badly as to thinking that they are giving for services. Althought future improvements is still an option to similar gambling websites, which I think what FortuneJack is doing now.

If this is for real then you should improve your bankroll or your hard wallet so everyone can enjoy it and you should replenish it regularly so people do not wait that long just to withdraw X amount. Btw how much is the limit before you do it manually? Been reading up issues are almost the same which its very unfortunate and this is just a new gambling site and now experiencing poor support features.This must really have a problem towards their deposit system since I have seen there are already lots of confirmation on such transaction or deposit which means it should be credited into the account.Account of btc spin is online last March 7 which is already 2 days. If you are doing this thing right, usually they do not play it after they make a withdrawal because there is two possibilities, first, you will win and of course you might win some cash more that you can predict. I made a deposit and made two successful withdrawals from it. I did not play anything in between those two withdrawals and the withdrawal I requested afterwards that has been pending for 2 months, so nothing has changed. If everything was fine with the first withdrawals, then everything should be fine with this withdrawal too.

I also have a 65mbtc withdrawal pending for more than a month now. Initially I preferred settling with the casino directly and privately but they have not been offering me much help. I've talked to the live chat support for countless times yet every single time without fail they give me the same exact answers like: "Your withdrawal is being processed", "I have sent a request to financial/technical department to speed up the process", "I have no such information on when you will receive it, you just have to wait", or "We will solve it as soon as possible" which don't answer my questions at all and is frustrating because they're essentially saying I need to wait indefinitely.

I made 4 withdrawals previously with the highest being only 80mbtc. I really don't understand why there's such a huge delay as compared to last time; I don't think my total withdrawals are a large sum and on top of that my current withdrawal is smaller than what I requested before.
The previous withdrawals is the only reason why I still have a little bit of faith. Nonetheless, I find it difficult to accept the live support's patronising answers and lack of transparency. Since I'm not the only one here with the same issue, I think it's time the casino give us a proper and legit explanation that makes sense? Alternatively, the casino can also choose to cash us out accordingly in 24-48 hours as promised instead?

I think you misunderstand it. As I understand, it does not mean that you should be able to cash out within 48 hours but it means that the bonus can be claimed for that period of time (4th to 6th).

Please get a proof to make sure that you are doing the right thing. And if you want to add some screenshot with it then it will be better. Do not just telling it is a scam site without any proof. I know they have some issues with the deposit and withdrawal, may be it is because they do it manually or they only have one support. It does not mean if they slowly response you that means they are scam anyway

I did not say indeed this was a scam site (which, by the way 99% is), I wrote to be very careful when dealing with this user because he tried to steal my acc... just look at his trust, not only from me.

And if a scammer tries to steal my acc probably his in his site he is trying to steal btc and will evenly stop paying

I do not really believe what that trust is use right now since I saw someone which has power to do this never act as the right thing though. I can give some example here, like duckdice, I tried their site as well, never have any problems as well but just because a little tiny mistake which has been solved they are giving him red trust and never remove

I made few withdrawals already and all were processed less than 24hours but all were small amount only. Are you requesting big withdrawal (over 100mbtc)? As I can see some users reporting the same issue with you, withdrawals takes days or weeks.
Nothing you can do except waiting and keep on asking them about your withdrawal and better for you to not continue playing to avoid losing your balance.

Can I have some more details on your withdrawal amount? How small is small and how many were processed? Mine is only about 40 mbtc or so...

guys. btcspin reached out to me via email cuz we have changed our contacts due to working propositions.
he said that the account is blocked right now because of a scam accusations of one guy here on the thread that btcspin neither I have ever seen before. he says that the scam accusation is a lie and as soon as he will get his account back he will show all the proofs with the screenshots that he had never wrote to that percon.


PS. As for myself, I think that this guy is a strange one because I have never seen him in that thread before and a very first comment is "this casino is a scam" without showing any proof. I wouldn't step in but i've got some reward for telling you guys what BTC SPIN said =) Lets wait for the account to get back to see what is going on=)

No matter whose the one is telling the truth or not then its not really appropriate for btc_spin account on not to logged in into his account and answer on pending issues or problems on people here on this thread.If hes not guilty then he would do such thing. Negative trust doesn't really stop you to post or reply into the community.Proofs should really be presented if theres a claim. Issues or scam reports without any valid proofs will be considered not valid.

no news/updates/reply since @BTC_Spin Red tagged by user . i still receive email for the 50% weekly bonus but i cant enjoy it with my 3 cashout still in Pending status over a month . with negative trust tag he can also come in here to make reply/update or voice out is he being falsely accused for phishing others . looks like most of us only can have successful cashout (24hrs ~ 2 weeks) for few attempts

It is really bad service imho, waiting so long time for just such amount is unreasonable. It seems that their bankroll is so low, maybe they need to wait for some other users to lose their money before they are going to process withdrawal request(s). The way they let users to use the balance while there is pending withdrawal is also a tricky method imho. It looks like that they are hoping for the users to keep playing and losing the balance so they do not need to process withdrawal.

So how long will they process this anyway, keep on waiting people to play on this site? This issue has been asked them lately because they always pending every withdrawals, no matter small or big withdrawals, whether OP have small bankroll to start this site or they manually process the withdrawals and deposits. We never know from the start what is OP bankroll anyway, we just hope OP will clear this up before get any red trust again

The way I see it is they are prioritizing small amount of withdrawals like what other members said that they received their payments almost instantly, if you find a way to create small multiple withdrawals I think you can manage to get them all. As the way I see it is they are putting this withdrawals first on the list. You could be right on your claim as small withdrawals could mean more customers being satisfied rather than one person who is claiming one big one which could instantly flush out their bankroll, this could really mean a problem with their money.

Another website that is probably running away with our crypto.. the most annoying thing being they still have the cheek to send bonuses via email in the hopes of getting depositors to fund their bankroll...

They are trying to get money from that bonuses which is they will use for paying others as well. But they never do it because they get too many pending withdrawals. I still got an emails from them about the bonus thing but I can't remove it until now. There is no updates from their OP for very long time so this is just being a dead site anyway, once you put money, it will be considered lost
