It seems like everyhing turned into red and we don't know where the bottom is ... when this is gonna stop .. WHAT DO YOU THINK??

Oh my God, I hope soon, I really don't want to see that bitcoin drops to 1000EUR, it was 4799EUR this morning, dunno what will mean this for altcoins, but the price will go down eventually, now it's going down in FIAT, later will go down in price against bitcoin if not now, then later when bitcoin moons, alts become even cheaper, after that altcoins are raising, some maybe with bitcoin others later, etc...

I hope till 15. 2. or  at end of this month we should see green, in next month maybe a rapid growth but you are asking of us is only speculations...

Let's assume that the market will fully recover two weeks from now, so take all the funds you have and buy some promising coins as long as it is not too late. The market gave us a lot of opportunity at this moment, so better not to waste this chance. Goodluck!  ;)

Yea i know it might be a big opportunity now, but the ones invested in december or january have nothing else to invest, I know guys that have portfolios of 50k USD and had Ripple at 2.50$ ... other with over 25k USD with TRX bought on 0.16 $ ... it's a desaster for them bcs they also don't have other options then to wait or sell in such a LOSS .....

I think the market will resume in March,after the Chinese New Year, bitcoin prices will rise. Actually, we do not have to panic, the same is true in the U.S. and China stock markets. Now is a good time to buy, keep calm and HODL.

The minimum it can go is 3-4K USD and not below that for sure. We have seen the bitcoin starting from the few cents and it ended up ATH of 20K in the year end 2017. So im pretty sure that bitcoin will handle this situation pretty smoothly if given time for it to recover. Also, after reading all over the forum one thing is clear that this is just the effect of Wall Street fall and it Amy not seem related to the crypto world at all but there is always some connection between the two of them. So considering those temporary events we can say that bitcoin is going to be down only for few days or couple of weeks and then it will start to climb back agin. Its not FUD, no trouble or bans, nothing. Its just the Wall Street crisis, im sure about that one.

There are many speculations about market recovery. Everyone has their strong predictions. I think the best way to predict recovery of the cryptocurrency market is to look at the history of cryptocurrency market, the Bull and the Bear and the triggers for recovery!

I really hate seeing the low price of bitcoin it make me feel so crazy, almost all of the assets were in red. I guess the turning point of this red blood will turn into green after this February, for sure the month of march will be the month for all the crypto to recover.

I think from the end of March the prices will rise again. Unfortunately, we will probably only see red figures before.
But in my opinion that is irrelevant, as long as the prices rise again at some point.
That prices have dropped so much now is probably because they have risen enormously in the last year. There is a kind of correction.

When I bought my first coins it was around $1000 earlier in 2017, I bought a load of Alt coins for cents (Bitquence ICO for example) that shot up to $10 at their highs.

This growth was totally unsustainable as a whole, the market will probably hit November levels again, so around the 150-200bn market cap, before continuing at a more steady growth rate.

The main thing is to take some profits whenever you are up, then when it all crashes, sure it hurts, but at least you have taken out some profits beforehand.

The exact answer for this is,when people stop selling their cryotocurrency then the price will turn into green,but no one knows when it will happen and I am also hoping it will happen soon,but it looks like the price keeps falling and may have chance to go to the bottom.What we can do now is just hold our coins and wait fir the bump to happen if holds it the price will surely recover.

Only people who knows that are the big players,im not talking about the whales,im talking the financial institutions CME and Wallstreet because they are the one to blame with FUD spreading,they want to have a perfect entry thats why some FUDs spread a week before,the people panic and most investors get out from the bitcon's market that resulted to bitcoin's dumping.

A big correction, from 20k down to 6k now.
Somehow I'm glad I don't take part in trading since December because a lack of capital to begin with. I don't think i can handle the panic if I see all of my portfolio losing its value down to minus 80%, even though it may go green again.
I hope in March we can see more green candles too.


How can they predict such prices?

For now, I can only say that bitcoin is just going to pump a little and dump more until the end of February or middle of March, based on the 6h charts of BTC/USDT pair.

However, there are so many chances to recover by looking into the bitcoin price today was on the lowest price, I think this is the only way to recover its price:
It will recover once no one manipulating the market by spreading bad news or governments ban against bitcoin, aka FUD.
It will recover once all people from all the world bought bitcoins as much as they can, most people said that they will buy bitcoin in $4000, some of them were $2500-3000.

I want it to turn green like everyone but now it is very hard to predict whether it will fall more or recover. I think we should not sell our coins even it falls more.

I think there'll be more weeks of red marks on the cryptomarket in order for cryptos to start recovering from the continuous backdrops. For now, invest to cryptos which are potent to recover with this downfall in order to take advantage of the dump and to earn huge profit once its market price starts to increase. So just invest and hold in a line with patience.

I think it will revert from 6000$  if further down than from 4000$

I think the correction will be over soon. The most people are in real panic and that is good for me. People need to learn ow how to buy their own panic :D Maybe we are going to dip until 5,000 USD and after that we maybe will go up again.

I think the market  will fully recover after Chinese new year. I think there will be an impact. During the Spring Festival in China, people will sell some of the coins to cash in for their entertainment. But the specific impact is hard to predict because of the poor numbers, but i believe after that celebration  the value of altcoins will pump.

It is Chinese new year, they need money so they've sold all crypto, as usual they do every year and every year in January we have crash. Look at the charts from last several years and you will see what I am talking about. Every January the same thing.

The market will tends to go up and will recover. The most question really is when it will recover to green so for that maybe by the end of february or march. We cannot gave an exact time of when, when we invest in bitcoin we should know the risks and we should be ready of this huge decrease of price.

Don't panic, the coins have recovered from today morning's surprises. The prices are quite stable now. I think we just need to stop caring about the prices and worrying every day. We all new that there was always a chance to lose our money in trading and investments in coins. Now is the time to test our faith. Is the market important to us? Do we believe in currencies as means to revolutionize economy?
When the prices were going rapidly down yesterday night I was even thinking about selling third of what I have myself. But I decided to keep calm and believe in blockchain.

It is not easy to fully predict when the market will stop falling. But for now, it's still wait-and-see.

Color me optimistic but I wanna say we'll start seeing some growth after February.

TODAY ?! because the G20 summit has good news for all of us,the banks from different countries agreed that cryptocurrencies shouldnt be regulated or banned! so it means cryptocurrencies are going to be more massive today,holders will have their rewards few hours from now because it might be the reason why we have bull runs from today.

Market will recover when it's ready. Right now the market is flooded with cheap coins and scams. Therefore, it makes a lot of sense to weed out these cryptocurrencies and projects. However, in the long run, we are going to need to have a professional cryptomarket. Therefore, I think it’s natural to see a lot of volatility and confusion. Thus, in order to increase the chance of better investment, invest in projects with strong product, vision, and community. If they pay dividend, then that’s even better.

As of this writing, cyrptocurrencies are now gaining back on track and hopefully this will continue to surge towards the up trend mark beating the resistance  that has been hampering it's price growth consistently in the past weeks. Would suggest to hold your coins since I think the green that we are seeing now may not stop at this point where it will probably be going to hit the $10K mark until the end of this month.

Hard to predict it, in my opinion can be on april the market will change to bullish, because usually up trend and downtrend will take in a few month, like BTC price was soar from $1000 to $20,000 just a few month. Currently the market is recovering and green now.It seems that G20 gave a good impact to cryptocurrencies and after a bad weekend, Monday is making the market green againYeah it seems.

eveything regarding the price is unpredictable , except you are a bitcoin whales that can control the price but also it depends on the situation that can help the price grows or drops . many circumstances that can leads to price movement ,

That's correct, it is not that easy that it will back soon as other want it because we all know that as of this moment there are many cheaper price of the coin and probably it is one of the reason why the market value is too low as of this moment. The biggest pump of bitcoin and what will really make BTC stable is Lightning Transaction. When BTC will fully apply it and it will work stable bitcoin will be higher than 15k and that will be the lowest price. Hope it will be very soon. Till the end of 2018.

imo, I think that the market will 'try to recover' amidst all the FUD intended news, but will never be successful until we get a proper closure in terms of the real issue which is the possible or even probable regulation of cryptocurrencies.

I can't tell when market will turn green but I think something really big is going to happen in April. It will show what direction market will take for longer term. If you are using TA you will see this coming.
Regarding crypto regulation we can continue to have announcements thrown randomly. Governments spotted that negative announcements have impact on BTC and whole cryptocurrencies in a bad way. They are keeping or pushing price down. So, I think they will continue to attack crypto.

I don't think that TA works for crypto market. Most of traders predicted a short correction in February and then a new growth, but none of them was right. This market is manipulated and it's totally unpredictable. Of course everyone if waiting for a rise, but I have a feeling that we'll continue falling up to 3000-4000$ per BTC and 160-200$ per ETH. And I'd like to be wrong.

Its always hard to predict.many people predicted the market will up in late Feb or early March.None of them are correct.So stop predicting and hold what you have.And hope for some good news.It may take some time but it will go to the moon for sure.i have a feeling that from late April to mid may market will grow a little bit than usual.but its just a random prediction.

I dont have any idea, i dont know excatly when the market will be back to normal, i just doing many way to recover loss. I try to earn money by doing day trading and bounty program and can be this can help to recover loss. Many people was predict on april but in the begining of this month, any bad news again.

I know only about two events that can unfold the market, this is the G20 meeting in July, and tax payments on April 15.

We wait on April 17. The following boundary, also we hope that the last. According to the analyst Tom Li, this day taxpayers of the USA pay taxes for 2017. The exchanges and owners of cryptocurrencies got profit in the amount of 1 trillion dollars for last year. Also shall pay 25 billion dollars. At the same time most of them keep the equity in cryptocurrencies still. And for payments of taxes they will need to sell the cryptocurrencies. Therefore till April 17 a bigger fall of the market and withdrawal of capital is expected.

I am guessing that by July the market should start turning green again. It is not that it is red all the time since there are few days when the coins actually grow (more visible in case of alts since they are majorly pump and dump). The only sad part is that every coin grows by a smaller percentage but falls by a larger percentage and that is what breaks my heart. If only market could show the growth like it witnessed during Dec 2017. Hoping for the best.

This 2nd quarter of the year is better quarter of the crypto market because this time it recovers little by little but constantly.

Last year was my first full experience with cryptocurrency, there are some particular time when the space started to boom rapidly the last quarter of 2017 was good for crypto, nothing is certain though, you can watch out for same period in 2018 my guess.

When the time comes there will be no one who knows for sure. but for sure and remain patient and restrained what possessed the most secure way. many factors could cause the market recovered. like a lot of support from various countries as well as the current market demand. possible targets for recovered even more are the days years later.

The biggest catalyst for next bull run for market is the BTC ETF licensing, along with that lightning network is doing a lot more progress. I am no expert prognosticator but the technicals and general feeling in the market appear much better than just two weeks ago. I think it's great that bitcoin broke out of its range and I expect the last two quarters of this year to be bullish.

I thought I would recover soon. if everyone's predictions are correct, the market will recover by the end of this year. and the bull run will begin early in 2019. so be prepared because we will get the results of this long wait.

Nobody can now vividly say when the bearish market would stop. Almost every long expected a better market and even the beginning of bullrun, but nothing was forthcoming. So its more like the year would continue to have more of red than green.

I think the single most important factor for Bitcoin in the upcoming months will be how well the "store of value" narrative has been adopted. The next big move will likely determine whether BTC acts as a safe haven (similarly to precious metals) or if it'll be treated as a high-risk, get-rich-quick gamble people don't want to take in the upcoming recession. Violence of the bubble pop has scarred lots of minds so personally I'm leaning towards the latter, but ultimately it's up to the big players to determine which direction the snowball starts rolling.

If you follow the indicators on the market, they talk about growth, it's only a matter of time ! Tomorrow will be the result of the resolution of the issue of ETF ! Think by the end of the year will growth !

With the situation of the market now, i think the market can nly recover and get back green at March 2019.

in some time this market already looks pretty stable and of course, this is a good omen. but to be sure when it will happen then the market recovery will certainly be hard to ensure it. speculation that there is just as much as the end of the year would not necessarily be the right things will happen. but at least a better fit in this period while the price is still a pretty good chance.

I think soon, the market will back to normal,, now some altcoins have rise minimal but i believe before the end of this year market will green,,like last year many altcoins increase the price,, so i hope will happen again.

There is no way fo market to become green. Every wave of little growth is followed by huge fall. BTC had been growing for several weeks, and now it felt so hard!

I think the market will recover when the ETF is fully approved. because without crypto market ETF there will be no power to be able to return to normal. and many negative rumors added to the situation. so it's hard for the market to bull in the near future.

For some reason everyone thinks that by the end of the year everything will change, but this is not so. For the emergence and most importantly of intensive growth, you need more time, and most importantly more support and action. And so this is just an imitation.

It might take a while, maybe a couple of years if we are judging by the past bear markets that we have had so far. We might be able to see some kind of recovery this end of year but that will only be if there is an increase in the volume of bitcoin being bought and transacted. Right now the market is stable and hoping that it is building momentum towards the end of the year. December is a good period for green market where almost all investor are feeling positive about the cryptocurrency. Then, most likely early next year might be the expected bull run.

I am realistic not before 2019. And maybe in late 2019 or in 2020. We are not ready for massive adoption, cryptocurrencies need to be more secure, more faster and transactions should be much cheaper. After that, we can think about the price growth.

We can't determined only the market can decide when to regulated high because we're only depended in demand and supply .Wait for the moment to fluctuates agaim because this is an oplortunity to grow more your savings or earnings here with or without investment.

Well it looks like the highs are getting lower this week, and even with the losing streak gone, we are now back on another losing day, if it gets to another streak then we will not be seeing 10k for long more. Momentum is missing on both ends though as you say. But 15k is way optimistic for current timeframe.
