Hello,

It looks like it hit support at 6000, do you think it was a bottom? I am considering to go from fiat into bitcoin heavily. Do you think it can jump back to 10000 USD at least or will fall lower than 6000 USD?  I dont like this negative fud around the cryptocuriencies now regarding regulations and India and Tether FUD. Its really hard to make any decisions now. ;( What are you guys doing? Just staying outside the market in February or go all in now?

What did I do? Turned off notifications on my Delta app(investment tracking app). The app was updating me that my investments were going down by 10% by pretty much almost every hour. LOL. Personally as I believe in bitcoin's technology, I would probably leave a buy offer at approximately $6,500 (if only I had more money left  :-[). But that's just my personal opinion.

You never know. But imho, you should wait some more. I think there is a risk that the support at 6000 will be broken in the next few days. 5000 is the magic border.

No I'm not buying Bitcoin for today, because I am waiting to get back the normal price of the Bitcoin value, I really hope that it will go back again so that I can do the things again which I did not do yet. With the use Bitcoin I can buy the things that I wanted , so I need to hold it a little longer to get back the Bitcoin that I lose.

No. I am taking a pause on buying and holding what I currently have.  Although they always say buy low and sell high, I am monitoring the bitcoin price for now due to the ongoing dip.  When the price stables a little, maybe.

Now one of the most terrible drawdowns in my memory, and of course I took advantage of it. I put all my free money into bitcoin, as analysts predict the crazy growth of the crypto currency already in mid February or early March. So you still have time to make a profitable purchase.

I came in late last year but have just bought 3 btc and 4 eth and some altcoins for long term hodle and trading. Also investing in masternodes which gives passive income every day without any other effort than buying the coins and setting up a vps server in the cloud.

Don’t waste your time asking before buying at the earlier time as it goes beyond 6000+$, now that your waiting for an answer the price goes up to 7000$. Decision on oneself and not dependent to others opinion is what makes millionaires different from the others. They won’t take advices they make risk and turn it to they’re advantage on many investments like in bitcoin.

It is not a possible price since the bitcoin price is going down quickly, but I don't think it will not go down through $5000. With the price this time, a lot of people of thinking that they could invest now since the price are still going down, but we still do not know when it will last since there might be some investors that could take this opportunity and might take the price up and continues that way, well bitcoin is a volatile digital currency, we don't know what may happen.

Bitcoin stepped to $7k rate this time, I wonder if it'll raise its value after this as we are waiting for that $4k entry point  ;D I was planning all day to buy BTC but the teller doesn't have enough funds for the exchange. So bad.  :-\

I don't really know if BTC has bottomed out or not(difficult to tell) i bought in at $6.6k. i got some cash laying around, just in case it goes below $5k(it probably won't). ignore FUDs, it fades away lol.

I may not buy bitcoin because I am using my saving now in bank for our daily needs as I don't want to withdraw what I have right not in my btc wallet and contribute to losing value of bitcoin. As much as I can I will hold it until such time that the price will rise up again.

I get paid about $1000 per month in BTC for services I provide online. Out of this I keep 50% in exchange and take out the remaining half. I have not touched the deposits so far and have accumulated these for last 1 year. Current value is about $35000. I am going to continue with the same approach and buy more in next month from savings.

nope its just going to drop more if we are going to buy more btc. if you dump your altcoins for btc then the more they'd dump their btc for usd. just stay as you were, hold your btc and hold your altcoins if you want to neutralize all these down trend. sooner they will buy btcs once again and thats when you strike  :D

I have a lot of colleagues, who sold their bitcoins for 18k USD and now they are attacking the weak 7k USD bitcoin like a flock of vultures :D

You cant predict tops and bottoms, thats why I buy regularly regardless of price when I have some spare money. You reduce luck if you buy regularly over very long period, at least a year.

Yes, i think it might be the right time to invest in bitcoin, even thought the price of Bitcoin drops again. Its almost 69% drops since 20th December.

Yes I started buying some amounts of Bitcoin, since the price is low actually. I think holding BTC will become more profitable in the few next months and years, because the price is expected to increase again in the future. Bitcoin then will be more expensive and that's the best time to buy.

Now I do not have the means to buy bitcoin, since the whole market is in a drawdown, and all my funds are concentrated there, and it is not profitable to withdraw any crypto currency for buying bitcoin. Therefore, I can not profitably take advantage of this drawdown.

I bought all the bitcoins i can when the price reached around $7000.I'm just holding and buying some when I can imo don't ever think of selling unless you need money urgently as bitcoins has always recovered from drops like this you would only regret later on when price again reached $10k or more around March ending or maybe even starting.I would be great time to buy bitcoins or any other crypto currency as all have dropped alot.

As you can see before some days the value of the Bitcoins was 14000 USD but now it is reduced to 7000 years day it is just half of the price it was... Maybe in the future the price of the Bitcoins will touch again to that value but till now I will say to buy Bitcoins because it will not fall down. Buying bitcoin now, may not be the best of ideas, as it cannot be confirmed if the price has reached bottom. It could still be that the price may go further down. As the case is, at the moment, i'm just observing the market to know when exactly to take a buy position.

For the past 7-8 days, the prices have been going down continuously. So I would say that purchasing any crypto-currency is quite suicidal now. I would rather wait the prices to stabilize before doing any sort of trading.

I am not buying now because I haven't good amount to spend actually, but I believe it is good time to buy, because the Bitcoin's prices are low nowadays. If you buy now with this rates, after some months or years your coins will worth a lot more, and you generate good profit.

Indian government did not changed their stance against the bitcoins, they did not banned it completely so such news should be ignored. If you are going to hold the coins for longer time then its a good buying opportunity at the moment.

Looks like the bullish sentiment are dominating now around the different forums, which is reflected in the current pricing of cryptos; with some FUD here and there by individuals probably hoping that they might influence the price to go back down so that they might enter at a better price again close to 6kUSD.

Yes I will continue buying bitcoin in these cheap prices. I take a break in september and stopped buying bitcoin once it overpassed 5k us dollar since this month. I bought at 9k and 8k. It decreased even more but this is not a problem, I will continue buying.
This correction was totally expected and normal since bitcoin price increased parabolic starting from october. I do think that price of bitcoin will be at least 30k us dollars up to 100k within 2018

Lot have been making large scale buying of bitcoin currently. This is the right way to make use of the dip. Users who has bought at the lowest dip could have gained for their investment. Almost a $1000 value recovery has taken place and the same will continue to reach new ath.

I prefer to wait for the value of bitcoin to reach 5k dollar in the market before investing. I am always looking at the price of bitcoin to decrease and it was a good news for me because in this way i can earn more profit.

Personally l would be very careful entering at the moment, this could just be a dead cat bounce. If you are keen to buy , dollar cost average. At least then you are not going to get run over , buying at the day time high. Where we are currently, is a 50% retracement on the last leg down (1Hour chart ). I alresdy bought bitcoin when price already down at $7000 . And now the price is $7700 so I gain some profit.  I believe the price will back again at $10,000 in this month so better to but bitcoin now and for sure you will ba happy in the futute for sure.  And possible the price become $20,000 this month or next month.

Bitcoin have a big effect to the market that the reason why all the altcoin are in the redline I have a two option in that case first I will stil holding my bitcoin even the price continue to fall second option I will buy more bitcoin until the price are in dump case and holding until the market recover because it sure bitcoin will back to normal anytime so dont be afraid and buy more bitcoin.

For now, I am earning bitcoins. I did not buy it. Maybe if I can already afford its value, there will be a chance that i will buy bitcoin.

The drop of prices are already a thing of the past. We are now on the opposite direction. The resistance of the drop was somewhere in the $6,000 figure. We might not be able to hit $10,000 easily but we are definitely going that way. The first target will of course be somewhere along $9,000. But the month of February is long. We can definitely see the $10,000 within this month. In fact, with all optimism in mind, we can even grab $15,000 within February.

Posted last comment 2 hours ago price was around $7650, been as low as 7150. My 45 min chart has now confirmed the sell position which means the 1 hours is not far away. If you are really keen to enter l would be looking around the 6700 mark, thats 61.8% retrace from yesterdays low to todays high.
Keep an eye on the volume , will certainly need to pick it up to bounce there, at the moment there is not a lot of conviction in the vol.

Now a days is the best value of bitcoins because it was down to 6k dollar, do not think of the downtime in the market right now as a bad news because everyone can invest very hard to earn more profit after the market goes back to normal.

Recently, I'm not going to buy yet. I'm still waiting for the price of bitcoin to drop to a lower level. I think the price of bitcoin will fall further. Many people speculate that it will drop to $4,000  but I do not think it is possible. Wait for $5,000 to buy again.

No, I am not buying Bitcoin at this point but I believe that this is the right time to get in Bitcoin if someone is looking for entry. One should either buy or hold during this period and it makes no sense to sell with a loss because in the crypto market such volatility should be considered as a normal phenomenon. I think this day is too late for me. I was too late for the fall. I think if I bought some bitcoins yesterday I would have profited by now. IIt already crossed the 10k mark since last week. I would suggest to invest now since its market value is still stucked at 10k. But surely it will eventually increase and that is something to be excited for in the remaining months of this year.
