Last year I deposited USD funds into my account via international wire transfer and they never showed up in my BTC-E account despite many emails/tickets to support. My bank has completed a trace of the transfer and has confirmed payment of the funds to BTC-E. Recently, I was looking at a btc-e namecoin deposit address I created in 2011. It's neat to see they still have control over an address created so long ago, and through all the hacks etc that have happened. The last deposit I made was back in november. Some of those coins have been taken out but the address still holds a few coins even though I have none on the site. For months i've been trying to log into my account, and have been unable to. It says my password has expired and will not let me in. It tells me it's going to send me a link in email to reset it, but it never does. I've tried opening tickets with BTC-E and never get a response, i've even send them alternative email addresses they can send to, in case something is blocking them from sending to my primary email address. I'm really at my end with this, and not sure where to turn. If anyone from BTC-E reads this, please contact me. If there is anyone out there who can give me some information on how to contact someone at BTC-E, i would really appreciated it. I am having the same issue. Are you sure that you are checking the right email? or Junk Folder? I don't want to keep any money in this exchange (or any of them as long as i don't have to) because of the recent accusations but i am trapped in FIAT sadly. Another thing is that your account may got hacked somehow so the hacker may changed your email address, so you may not get your email ever... Do you use 2FA? So I was thinking the same thing, that i probably got hacked. But I still don't understand why BTC-e will not reply to my 100 support tickets I have wrote to hem in the past 6 months. I have also provided them with alternate emails that they have not replied to. I wish they would just reply and let me know what is going on, but doesn't look like that will happend. I have given up for now, have not sent a ticket in a while. Thanks for the reply

Update I finally was able to log in to btc-e. What worked for me is creating a login on they'd btc-e support page. Using my new email as the username and when I request support select change your email. I translated my message on google translate and was very polite. They replied next day. The problem with my old email was that @att.net servers blocked incoming mail from Btc-e. Many email providers do this. Hope this helps |
