Is this really happening. I think this will be huge support for existing of bitcoin. Recently,I heard that Samsung started to accept Bitcoin on 3 countries. It is said that customers in Tallinn, Riga, Vilnius, and Kaunas in the countries of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania will be able to purchase Samsung smartphones, tablets, laptops, TV sets, and more with cryptocurrency.

This is quite interesting, when a large corporation interested in BTC  :)

I'm not surprised by the Baltic + Samsung accepting it. Those states are very friendly anything related to cryptos (ICO,blockchain). Yes its a welcoming news and this is just a small step for crypto acceptance. Perhaps this is just a experiment for Samsung and if they see it going a positive way then it might be rolled out to other friendly nations as well.

Wow! It would be a great idea if the samsung is trully accepting bitcoin in their company. It is another benefota from each other again. It was a good information and i am exciting to announce it. To announce by the samsung company that they accepting bitcoin as a payment. I am sure that the industry would be alive again.

I have also stumbled upto to the same article while googling on the same news. However, pleaser read the entire article. It is a fake news. Samsung rolled out a press release confirming the same. Also the admin of Coppay removed his Medium post after that announcement. It's a confirmed fake news!

Hope that Samsung will also accept crypto on different countries. If the Samsung acceptance of bitcoin is expanded to other countries such as US or China, then the price could be much higher.

This is a great new for a technology giant like Samsung to start accepting bitcoin for payments on their product this will further strengthen the bitcoin market because it will rase more awareness of bitcoin being flexible and secured and at the same time help the Samsung as a company to increase and boost their market since their goods can be paid for in a more faster and secured platform such as bitcoin.

Great news but it is not confirmed yet. It's just rumors. Samsung is stuck at legal barrier because Korea government consider Bitcoin as an asset but not a currency so Samsung can't accept Bitcoin or any cryptocurrency as a payment method. You could do that a long time ago, there are several shops accept Bitcoin payment. Now you can pay Bitcoin for a BMW because BMW now accepts Bitcoin as a payment.

You do not have to wait for Samsung to start accepting Bitcoin, most of the smaller ecommerce retailers already accept Bitcoin payments via payment processors, so you can buy some of the Samsung product via them. <Obviously this is not the ideal method to do this, but it is a temporary solution>  ::)

You can also ask someone on the forum to buy you the product that you want to buy and you can place the bitcoins for that in escrow, until you receive the product.  ;)

i think this news is a bit old and outdated . if im not mistakin i already heard this news before but until now , i dont see any significant gains that happen on  the price of cryptos . maybe they are still planning and they will release it by the specific date .



that wont happen . crypto wont be regulated and taxed because cryptos arent hold and wont be hold by a government due to the fact that cryptos are decentralized .  but let say cryptos are centralized , i believe there are still companies that will partner with it because they see that cryptos will become trendy .
