Hopefully it will rise again, and we know that there is big possibility that it will be more expensive in the next few years. Bitcoin is the most popular and promising cryptocurrency in the world, and I believe it had a big role in the future.

It's not 2019 but 2020 when bitcoin gets another halving time.  8) I would not believe any speculation because they have created thousands of speculations about crypto and most of them fail.
Don't take ETF and BAKKT seriously because this is a speculation market. Anyone will try to create their own speculation to get the profit.

Depend on what, you need more than faith. Calculate again with your indicator and share it with us, it will help to understand and maybe we need to fix our strategy and mindset. In this situation many strategy fail and I hope not with your faith. Keep optimist and see you at 2019.

I think the price of Bitcoin should rise at the end of this year and will gradually grow. And by 2020, the price of Bitcoin will be very high. The main thing we need to be patient.

People started saying and thinking that the bull market would come in June and now it's November. Of course bitcoin will grow, because every year it becomes more scarce. But to say that this will happen in 2019, I would not.

Sure, 2018 was a pretty hard year for all people that are involved in the crypto currencies industry. And we still have some time till the end of the year and I hope we will see at least 15k again till January and much harder pump in 2019.

Sooner or later it'll rise. Faster or slower. But when? Nobody really knows. Maybe when ETF is accepted, maybe when LN is fully operational, maybe for other "reason", maybe just because it's a deflationary coin.

Well said mate, predictions lookalike luck in my point of view. Because there are lot of trading experts in this forum and no one can say a similar value of the coin. Very hard to see the market is still red and I am hoping it will recover slowly, a lesson is learnt for sure that anything can happen in trading. Lets wait and have faith in this technology for a change.

There is nothing to think here, this is the crypto space, and one thing I have always known is never to assume what the future is going to bring, but just have one common mindset, which is the fact that based on the present moment, the long term seems bright and that is all that matters.

A lot of us always end up getting worked up unnecessarily when we place our mind to a certain time in the future, and then when things end up not working as planned or as hoped, we start whining and complaining. You will find it hard to focus on the future, if what you want to do is to have some high hopes and then whine when things don't work out. I think in the latter part of 2019 we might see some growth, both in the Bitcoin price and the price of altcoins as well. I do not see a rise in 2018 and as the silly season approaches, whales will be taking out a lot of their funds to fund their parties and gifts for the religious activities and their families that lay ahead. There is every tendency for it to rise to an appreciable price before this year ends and i can also see that 2019 is promising. Bitcoin will surely surge. Some people are truly discouraged, but only the strong and those who are patient will enjoy it most.

Almost all market signals are pointing towards a bull run.
The only way I can potentially see btc not pumping again is if a group of whales purposefully try to sabotage the price.
But the market has matured so much that I don't think it's that easy to manipulate as before.

Somehow I think, the price of bitcoin last month when I saw it on the coinmarketcap is arround 6300 dollars and now it is 6500, a big increase in dollar, I hope it will continue to rise to be the same as before spike.

i think bitcoin will return to $9000 to $10000 during this christmas season. the price change of bitcoin is cyclical . it will rise sharply at the end of each year . we have already experienced a long bear market . it should be coming to an end.

Yeah there's a lots of things that still influencing the market, we ain't sure if things will be okay after this year as we seen that many possibilities that will comes along the way, maybe yes it will comes again and much stronger next year or it can stay the way it is right now until massive adoptions will happen.

We are hopping for that to happen as this year is almost ended.  Bitcoin's progress has been limited by one problem or the other.  I think 2019 should be a year of recovery as at the end of this year we have started to see good news like end of 2016 that transforms to the bull run we have in 2017.  To me the future is very bright and we just need to keep faith with the system.

I disagree completely about the good news that will affect the price of bitcoin to soar again, we cannot always depend on good news and if we are aware of what is happening now is a stable market, is it influenced by news or issues that make it stable? I do not think so. So I personally believe there will be changes in the near future to welcome the new year, if it is a good move I personally believe we will see an increase in 2019.

So seeing the last news about France regulating cryptocurrency in june 2019, so it means that till 2nd quarter the price will not be going up in 2019 also. I also hope that in 3rd quarter of 2019 we will see the cryptocurrency market moving up and showing another ATH of all top coins.

I also observed that it give us more heartache upon seeing price fall down at very unpredictable trends right now. Even though it starts to pump several times, but it doesn't convince more whales to entrust the portion of their wealth with the current price breakthrough. They didn't feed confident with the recent news coming, it just give more frustrations to new holder and at the same time to long time holders.

It's very hard to make a prediction on bitcoins price.Because it is volatile and its price has been consistently changing as per the time.But we are hoping that it will be the rise and breaks its all-time high.And it is worth to hold it because it has high potential in its further growth.

Hey I can understand your frustration 2018 bearish trend continued all year round, and today bitcoin is down to 5k which is a creating quiet a stir. I know people are saying we should sell, but let's remember facts bitcoins was maintaining a stable price for the past few months, Bitcoins first etf is about to be launched. I feel once this madness is over we should see steady prices, and hopefully an upwards rally soon.

Indeed, the situation of the bitcoin price in the market today is very worrying and we really can think to sell our coins before it will become kore worst. This year 2018 I admit that its not a good year for bitcoin. We always experience the downfall and the rise of bitcoin price is minimal. Hopefully by 2019 it will not like this.

Since last December, we are seeing the dark times here in bitcoin market. people have lost their hearts on it and many have already left. But we are here, stood firm, determined and hopeful for a shiny dawn.

I don't expect bitcoin bullrun this year but there may be a modest growth for the top coin this year. There are still a lot of market uncertainty for this year starting with delayed BAKKT launching and the always postponed bitcoin ETF approval with some of them already rejected. This events might affects investors' confidence and market growth temporarily but I believe many of the altcoins are poised to go up this year with their own mini bullruns instead of bitcoin.
