What's your other account?
Why should people trust you? Maybe you're holding a big portion of SCSY and just want to get rid of it.

^This is just a scenario. I'm not saying it's true.

It would be better if you let people know which is your other account.

First of all I have said this many times in the other thread... This is my other account and this is my twitter account in the industry https://twitter.com/AllCryptoAllDay. I was working with the dev initially on doing some awesome things for SCSY before he vanished and want to see these things happen.

Please give details what is your future plan for this coin.

I have acquired a dev to take this over right now I want to put it to the community to see the direction they want to take scsy in. They were very active in the old thread just waiting for them to move over here.

I have a few other partnerships in the works however I was sick of the old thread and it's time to take this over and get everyone involved in its rebirth

I would suggest contacting their support to start if nothing happens from it then send a pm to scsy2.0 the dev will be taking over that account starting tomorrow :)

The easiest way to resolve a problem is through community involvement. I only said pm as the dev is offline now and he could answer it when he wakes up...

Hi all.. im looking into the source code to try to understand why minerjones is mining another blockchain (this is what it seems at a first look).. about longthu's issue, i think it's a pool issue so first try to contact them.. then, if they note the problem is into the source, well maybe hashhot is mining another blockchain like minerjones.. but i dont think so, since others people mined on hashhot with right payouts..

anyway, i just started to take a look into the source, give me some hours.

meantime, @minerjones: i need your entire securitysys folder located in Roaming.. please compress it and upload it somewhere and then give me the link..  you have this problem from launch right?

EDIT: @minerjones dont worry about the wallet.dat, your coins are already invalid and unusable.. im jut trying to understand why it happened to fix this problem

hi all, im back..

after a deep look into the source i recommend to all to temporally shut down both your miners and wallets.

The source code has a tons of problems and security issues, and it's absolutly not safe. Before starting the concret take over of this coin i need to straighten the source or a take over will be unuseful..

i dont know who old dev is but im quite sure he has never seen a coin before.. moreover, this coin comes from Heavycoin which is all but "easy" to code..

here are some issues (the most important things):

- missing checkpoints
- old coin's DNS seeds are in source
- merkleroot was generated with parameters of the coin forked (Mozzshare is the coin forked by the old dev)
- almost sure that there are corrupted noeds in the net..moreover there is a user (minerjones) who has a wallet that has a really strange behavior: it tries to create a new merkleroot each new block.. i hope minerjones wallet wasnt in the list of nodes.

I can confirm current supply is around 51 milions, against a 80 milions of Total Supply. Initial plan was get 160milions of total supply, but old dev cut it to 80m before vanish. I think 80milions are ok but if you want 160milions i can re-change total supply.

Now i sincerly ask you this:

do you prefer continue with this chain, or do you prefer a relaunch?

im able to fix source errors but all pools and exchanges must follow me with the new source, miners have to shutdown their miners and wallets and all nodes must be shutted down too. It's an huge work and i need collaboration because all miners/pools/nodes/exchanges must be completly shutted down when i publish new source.

Otherwise, we can simply delete all about securitysyscoin and then relaunch it.

let me know, im here

I vote for RELAUNCH of entire blockchain and wallet....... :)
I would like to be able to back this coin fully and want it to succeed!!!!

I agree we can also ensure that everyone who owns coins that can prove it with their wallet id will be reimbursed the same amount with a premine made only to pay off the people who have accumulated coins

That's just my two cents

I can coordinate a relaunch with everyone if that is the way people want to go. I can also create a google doc showing the peoples balances.

I will speak with the dev and see if there is no salvaging the coin if not then we will proceed with a relaunch.

Thanks guys

Dead is dead, why takeover shitcoin or scam???

1) it isnt dead, miners are still mining it
2) shitcoin.. maybe shitty dev, but he had a great plan together with AllCryptoAllDay
3) a lot of people lost their BTCs with this coin, rescue it can help them to cut losts or even to earn (mmh.. for sure to earn)

OK I spoke with the DEV we are planning to relaunch this coin.

I will in the next few days contact the major exchanges and pool operators and shops to ensure they are aware of what is happening.

Here is what we need from you the community to answer for us:

1. Do you want the same algorithm?
2. If not which algo do you want?
3. Do you want POS added?
4. What wallet features would you like to see?
5. Just give us any extra ideas you have that we could implement to this coin.

obviously we will premine the exact amount of current supply of scsy.. and then you'll send us your addresses, we'll check with the (current) block explorer your balance and then all coins will be re-sent to your new wallet (of the new coin). This is the fastest way i think.

I think keeping the same algo would be good.... good hash rate and can use only gpu/cpu no asics!!
and POS would be good, but maybe lower the amount pf coins???

And what is going to back this coin??
Having a dev that will work on technical development is great, but will it still be used to support security/safety systems???
I'm on board to support any project that has merit to it.
long live SCSY!!! :D

Develop security systems is a kind of thing stritcly related with old dev..  for sure we'll search someone who can go ahead with that part of the project, but im not sure we'll find him.. Arduino is really easy to program, but as the things are now it's impossible start to produce security systems.. anyway if we find some engineer interested in start this kind of thing, i would be happy to work at Arduino C code :)

about algo.. for me are ok both hefty1 or x13.. note that if you choose hefty1, you have to renounce to PoS.. coding PoS for an hefty1 coin is a thing never done before, it needs a lot of work but in particular a lot of time to test it.. and "a lot of time" is incompatible with our needs now.. this coin has already been stopped for weeks, now we have to work hard but fast or we'll loose a lot of miners/investors..

so hefty1 is ok (i will rewrite a big part of the code since is obsolete) but with no PoS..
if you want PoS no problems, but so i suggest x13 algo (which is all but power consumption friendly :) )

(I'll have to go buy more GPUs...lol)

This is what I would lean towards as well.

Develop security systems is a kind of thing stritcly related with old dev..  for sure we'll search someone who can go ahead with that part of the project, but im not sure we'll find him.. Arduino is really easy to program, but as the things are now it's impossible start to produce security systems.. anyway if we find some engineer interested in start this kind of thing, i would be happy to work at Arduino C code :)

about algo.. for me are ok both hefty1 or x13.. note that if you choose hefty1, you have to renounce to PoS.. coding PoS for an hefty1 coin is a thing never done before, it needs a lot of work but in particular a lot of time to test it.. and "a lot of time" is incompatible with our needs now.. this coin has already been stopped for weeks, now we have to work hard but fast or we'll loose a lot of miners/investors..

so hefty1 is ok (i will rewrite a big part of the code since is obsolete) but with no PoS..
if you want PoS no problems, but so i suggest x13 algo (which is all but power consumption friendly :) )

uh, X13 is sooo booring... every second coin is X13 .. Hefty1 was actually THE thing which separated this coin from others... :-(

5. Just give us any extra ideas you have that we could implement to this coin.
heavy coin so good  no  asic  , Power saving .I stay should retain this algorithm

Hm..I don't like it.I'm holding on exchange to .We need clear answer how to save our coins .I don't care what algo will be next I'm ready to mine with any algo. But in my two cents we should stay with X11.
Why ?? Because I spend many nights to improve X-11 special for R9 280x and my MH/s jumps from 3.850 Mh/s  above or close to 7 MH/s to each gpu .I wish to stay with  X-11 ...well if not  I can spend few more nights to improve  new algo  ;D ;D ;D ;D

obviously we will premine the exact amount of current supply of scsy.. and then you'll send us your addresses, we'll check with the (current) block explorer your balance and then all coins will be re-sent to your new wallet (of the new coin). This is the fastest way i think.
Now is more clear for me.Have a question.  I have all my SCSY  deposited to exchange wallet .Do you think that will be problem getting a  new coins?? Second..Where and when I can find info that you guys start exchange old SCSY to new coin.Reason why I'm asking  is because a few month ago I lost a tons of CAIX coins with similar situation.I'miss dead line time .I hope that with SCSY everything will be at the time.
My point is .Should I install wallet to my system or can I stay with Bittrex wallet?? Thank you .

About algorithm my thought is the same of ocminer.. i like hefty1,  even if i have to do an huge work on the code :) lol

There are only three coins with this algo.. i vote to keep it.

About coins on the Exchanges.. this is absolutly not a problem.. we have to ways to solve:

1) you simply withdraw from the Exchange to a wallet;

2) you send to my wallet your coins.. then post or pm the TX ID and the address of your New Coin's wallet.. then i send them :)

Make it automatic, someone send coin to your global given address, you send back to source address in new coin. so everyone can use the same wallet.dat on new coin (ofc, only keys are use, tx are useless).

hefty is good.

Rather, try to find/guess something good, whereby this coin will be more different and interesting as the others.

Should we contact original ICO people to see if they want to be involved or have an opinion on the new algo / direction of coin???

i think we need only a good advertise, i suppose almost all persons whom partecipated at ICO are still holding their scsy so if they see "SCSY  RELAUNCH" e.g. on twitter, they will come here for sure..

so, let's advertise this relaunch! give me only the time to update the wallet source..

just to explain what im doing with the source:

1) i downloaded the original soruce of SecuritsysSysCoin from GitHub
2) then i downloaded the source of 3-4 greats and recents x11/x13 coins
3) now im parsing file after file, line after line, searching obsolete or not safe code (e.g try to take a look at the checkpoint.cpp of Securitysys.............. :-[  :-\) , and when i find it....boom, updated ;)

this require a lot of time since a lot of functions are located or even named differently between scsy and most recents bitcoin-based coins..more in general, scsy code is structured a little different than recents coins..
moreover it has hefty1 algorithm, which has specifics functions.. the problem is conciliate hefty1 coin with more recent (and safe) code..im sure will need lot of time   ::)

will try to do this in a week, hoping it's enough

Clear. But when??I like to know deadline time  and of course address where coins can be send.BTW. I did test yesterday and I was trying to transfer small amount SCSY from Bittrex wallet to my desktop wallet but Bittrex refused to make transaction. Also when I've check out my wallet address at SCSY block explorer I got several errors message that explorer can't find address.Very strange because I'm one of the top SCSY coin holders from the block explorer list....I have proof from Bittrex I can dump all my SCSY over there to escape but I not gone do that. Please let me know if you can ,why BIttrex is blocking withdraw transaction SCSY??
I'll try again withdraw to make a second test.

Naah....Wallet isn't work either. You can download and get sync but you can't send or receive  coins. For today wallet is worthless.Make me upset cuz I'm sitting at six zeros +
Also developer looks like stepping  in one place and don't have idea how we can get back on the road.Very interesting for me is fact that at Bittrex Exchange you can buy or sell a tons of SCSY and is active.
Strange like a hell .Time will tell .

Could this have anything to do with old developer?? Could he pull this coin from pool and exchange??  ??? ???
Or stop them from making withdrawals/deposits??

Just an idea....
I don't think so .Right now smell fishy .Wonder why SCSY is still active at Bittrex Exchange.Maybe Bittrex will convert old SCSY to new coin by itself

What smelll fishy dude? We took the coin over... BittRex has not been contacted as of yet we are still handling the logistics of everything and want to present them a solution to just flip to the new source when it's available.

1) for people who have conis on an exchange: i can ask to echanges owners to tell me every account balance (after your permission)

2) for people who have coins on wallet, transactions must work i think.. i have an scsy walllet with few coins over, i will try.. anyway, maybe we could use private keys also

There is also another option. We could have each person pm me their balances on bittrex and they could tell me how many they are sending and i will mark it down and you could send them to my bittrex account.

Just a thought... We could do that at c-cex as well and coinswap if necessary.

If this is ok I will contact the exchanges and inform them of what is happening and get them to verify that they are aware we are doing it this way to ensure everyone feels comfortable with this solution.

I like to inform you  that I've found some strange Application Data inside of my SCSY wallet . I've never seen that before .Two wallet DATA with new addresses  and my old address desappered.
Thanx for God I have all my coins at BittrexExchange. Also I got news from Bittrex that SCSY is free to deposit after confirmation e-mail.
Should I delete my wallet ?? Funny and strange is that  one wallet data have correct name  ( wallet ) but second  is without one (l)  ( walet) but have two different codes inside.
Just like to let you know.

Get rid of the wallet.... new devs have found lots of bugs/bad code in it.

I try to use it and it eats up over 90% of my cpu..... bad wallet.
Thanx. Well...SCSY in next few days will be kick out from Bittrex (de-listing due to low trade volume and lack of user interest. It may be removed on December 19th ) So..very funny situation. You can't hold your coins in wallet and will be delisted ,dev are very quiet,We don't have place to go ???
it's over ???

Get rid of the wallet.... new devs have found lots of bugs/bad code in it.

As stated I have spoken to Bittrex that is an automatic message that gets posted by low trading volume I will explain to them again what is happening and see how we can work together to acquire the coins from everyone to start the new scsy properly.

yes as long as you are in contact with bittrex that is good start, i think with the correct knowledge scsy can survive ok. it will just be a little time consuming getting the coins of bittrex and accounting for everybody's holding so theres no mix ups.

keep us all posted sure  :)

Due to little volume and trade history, coin-swap.net (http://coin-swap.net) will be delisting SCSY. Please withdraw from your coin-swap.net (http://coin-swap.net) account ASAP. Thank you.

We have discuss things with AllCryptoAllDay and are going to see if we can help with the swap. No promises yet, but we're willing to look at it further.

Regards,

So just a quick update we are working with Coin swap to see if we can just do a straight swap of scsy so anyone who holds coins there. There would be an old scsy and a new scsy and it would be a 1:1 swap...

We are seeing if we can do this with c-cex and bittrex and I will keep you posted. If anyone has any connections there or speaks with either of the exchanges please keep me posted.

Thank you

Any info about new wallet?? .Dec 19.SCSY will be disable to trade at Bittrex. What will happen with coins.Reason Why I'm asking because I've deleted wallet from my system and I don't see any progress from dev to give us a new wallet.Maybe  over million coins of SCSY today is worthless but who's know what can happen with price after 1:1 if new team will be much more successful then previous team.So far looks like me and others we're in trap .No way to go.

There isn't going to be a new wallet there will be a relaunch. The dev is fixing the entire wallet from scratch.

If you want to help us be productive try talking to c-cex or bittrex like I am to ensure scsy doesn't get removed and they understand what is happening with a relaunch.

this state is ridiculous.. im sure when you will see the changelog, you will shut up in a second.

Im trying to rescue this coin and increase his attractiveness in order to get a good success. I could change hashmerkleroot and relaunch in 3 hours bro', but this would mean 0 interest in scsy by the community.

Believe me and AllCryptoAllDay.. give us some days to get the wallet ok and to figure out a good "rescue-plan" not only about the source code, but all around the coin.. and this require times and big efforts to find good partners, etc, etc, etc..

It seems your unique interest is have a new wallet that can double the price for a day, so you can dump all your coins.. well, this is not our goal..

Cheers

So this is an improvement on the algo itself??  :D

Should the name be changed to HEFTY-2 or something else??   ??? ???

Sounds very promising!!

Have there been any new developments about the backing of this coin??
Will it still be used for security/safety products/services??

At this time we are working on the new wallet and coin. Once we launch we can as a community figure out the best plan of action for it :)

The dev has a stable build and everyone will be impressed however he wants to do a lot of testing first should be soon though ;)

Looking forward to the relaunch. I have been buying as much as i can. Let me know if you need assistance with spreading the word via twitter. I can also make content such as roadmaps and infographics for the relaunch. I noticed that Bittrex is no longer displaying the warning for delisting so good job everyone. Lets get some content going and see if we can get the old community here for the rebirth of this coin 8)

Hi,

We would not want to change the ticker and we will do the swap.

What day would you like the swap to happen? We schedule swaps for 11:59:59PM PST.

Thanks,

Ryan

This now means that coin-swap and bittrex are in for a straight swap of coins on the exchange once the coin is relaunched no need to move them or anything it will just happen on the exchange. Just waiting to hear back from c-cex :)

This is excellent news and the dev is getting close to a really exciting new scsy :)

Stay tuned for some better news in the next few days :)

We are well on our way to having the new wallet ready for Windows, Linux and Mac.

We are moving slowly yet want this done right so all the initial investors and bag holders get rewarded by us releasing a quality coin.

I will let everyone know how we will be doing the swap closer to re launch.

Thanks everyone

And to those who replied and let me know how many coins they have and that they would donate that is awesome :)

We could really use a good sized purse to ensure the longevity of this coin.

Market in danger of delisting on Bittrex...

https://www.bittrex.com/Market/Index?MarketName=BTC-SCSY

We need make some big movements on this exchange (0.2 btc daily), or move all coins to c-cex and continue trading.

In my opinion is easier change of exchange and focus on one, because we'll got time to re-enter on Bittrex when scsy got stronger. If we lose both, will be difficulter join them again without market movement stadistics.

Here you can join c-cex:

I cannot state whether or not the relaunch of SecuritySysCoin will or will not be a scamcoin, but, what I can say is, the dev (Sciakysystem) is knowledgeable, humble and polite. He has come to me for pointers and assistance with the relaunch of the coin in terms of the coding for the new SecuritySysCoin as it is in fact a fork of Sterlingcoin with Hefty-1 added, which after our last conversation he had got PoW mining, PoS staking and minting successfully. Again I am not endorsing this coin but simply stating you do have a real dev working for AllCryptoAllDay and he is doing a stand up job. I hope this fills in some of the blanks.

Everyone we are getting very close to having the new improved wallet working with POS which will be the first Hefty 1 to have POS in it.

We have setup the following Bittrex account and address for SCSY donations.

You can see here it is a fresh account with nothing else in it. We would appreciate everyone sending over some of your stake as a donation to see this coin have longevity with the new dev team. This has turned out to be a whole lot more work than we thought it would be.

We also have a bunch of exciting things we have been discussing on the backend but those all will be told when the relaunch has a definite date.

Thanks everyone for your continued support and lets get scsy to the price it deserves.

We will also update this address after the relaunch with its new wallet address on bittrex. :)

I didn't mine this coin but I did make a decent chunk of it playing on the exchanges after it first launched so I sent you 50,000 to your donation address.

Hope it helps!

or
will it be "SecurityCoin"???

I like the second one...  :D

It will be called Security Coin :)

Ok everyone great news!!!! Bittrex and C-Cex have both confirmed they will be doing the straight swaps on their exchanges on January 9th 2015!!! So get your coins to one of those exchanges as that will be the only way to claim your new SCSY.

Side note for those who failed to receive from IPO I will personally send you the SCSY from the new Dev wallet when it is ready.

Big things for SCSY (Security Coin) in 2015 and honestly more to come when you get to hear the new specs.

also
the android app??

I managed to scoop the rights to the app since the old dev didnt do that. I do not recommend downloading it and using it but at least i have the code and use of it to give off to a new android developer when the time comes

If you don't like it don't join. Also if you don't know who I am in the industry then we don't want you.

FUD will be dealt with by us providing the utmost in promotions, coin development, features, services, exchanges and all the other wonderful things that a coin should possess.

When we launch anyone who has had anything bad to say will regret they didn't get in when the price was soo damn low.

OK everyone please move your coins to either bittrex or C-cex. We will be sending them the source before anyone else receives it so everyone who has coins there will receive their new SCSY.

Then once we have finalized all the swaps at both exchanges we will launch a new OP with the new POW launch time.

Looking forward to it stay tuned.

Sneak Peak into the new algo for the relaunch of SCSY

Securitysyscoin [SCSY]
The first Hefty1 PoS coin
First VPoS coin

Quote
HEFTY1 algo: low power consumption for miners, best security hashing function

(with "supply" or "total supply" we mean PoW supply)

Supply: original supply planned by old dev = 80 milions

Total current supply: ~54 milions
Destroyed coins: 24 milions

Current supply: ~30 milions
Relaunch supply: ~26 milions

Total :  56 milions

PoW reward: 62
PoW Blocks per day: 1440

Days of mining: ~ 291

PoS/VPoS

PoS % until pow's end: 100%
Normal % = 10%
2 weeks = 15%
3 weeks = 20%
4 weeks = 30%
5 weeks = 35%
6 weeks = 40%
7 weeks = 45%
8 weeks = 55%
9 weeks = 60%
10 weeks = 70%
11 weeks = 80%
12 weeks or more = 100%

We will be creating a new OP for relaunch of mining phase soon :) Just thought everyone should know what we did to this coin and why it took soo long to come out with the new wallet.

We will explain everything in the new op soon :)

this is great, but I think it's something to do with the small amount of long-term penny paid for the miners is better than 12 weeks pow large number of coins dead easy to make

Hi Guys,

Good luck with re-releasing this coin.  Listen, don't hate on me, i just tell it how i see it ok. All peoples views are good at the end of the day even if they are bad.

Its 2015.  The wallet has nothing new about it, it is way over-sized and the text only takes up a small space.  The background 'design' looks like something from windows 95.

In this day and age you really need to 'Raise the Bar' if you want people to invest in your coin.  This wallet is unimpressive compared to others out there.  Your OP needs re-worked, that font you use is hardly readable also, as well as the logo looks real amateur.

Remember, first impressions count and are lasting.

Also, considering your name is security coin, right now, this coin looks as secure as cake in a fat kids bedroom.

Think 'bank' people trust them (still) and think of them as being secure, this is the look and feel you need to give.

Yes, thats my website, clearly i have never made a website before and have no programming / coding skills. Thats why i choose to use the  pretty useless WIX website builder, but hey we got to start somewhere right.

But you cant compare a website to a cryptocoin lol.

And if you want to see a crypto wallet that raised the bar and is one of a kind.  See the i/ocoin html5 wallet.  no other coin in crypto has a true desktop html5 wallet.  Thats what i was talking about.

Regarding my website, it is hard to do much with wix to be honest and good designers are very hard to find.

Buy yeah, i will happily take all comments and criticism. I'm a man, i can take it.

PS: Regarding variable PoS stay away from it! Make it set interest. Or i can assure you 100% your variable  PoS will get hacked and people will mint a ton of more coins.

Just like they did with vericoin, just like they did with archcoin and just like they did with i/ocoin, but at least i/ocoin caught it early and took the lowest hit or around 80k coins.. vericoin and arch suffered bigger losses.

There are security measures in the code to avoid this already.

Well if you would like to compare websites ours is here.

www.scsycoin.com

As stated before we as a team are more concerned about making a quality coin then the graphics.

We will be having contests for the graphics of our currency as we did not see the importance of keeping this in house we will have lots of bounties people can take advantage of.

Thanks
