You can buy Sprouts now and stake with the Sprouts wallet. The PoS reward is very high at the moment, which is at the same time the reason why Sprouts is not an healthy currency and we are swapping to Sprouts+. If you wish to have more detailed information on Sprouts, the wallet and the swap, you can best go to sprouts.community to look into the forum. There are multiple topics which explain exactly what you can do.

Every Sprouts holder can swap to Sprouts+ when the new Sprouts+ wallet will launch. It will be as easy as downloading a new wallet. At least that is what we are aiming for.

You could also wait untill Sprouts+ is on the exchanges, and buy later. Choice is yours.

As part of the development team has been to Devcon3 and came up with new insights we still have to discuss more about the code and swap. Mining is one of the subjects we will discuss. The next conference call will be 12th November 2017. We will keep you updated on the mining possibilities.

When/if we need translations we will come back to you concerning a German translation.  ;)

Just get your wallet installed properly and send your Sprouts to the wallet, that is the best idea for now.

Stake reward is a % of bonus, a reward, for having your Sprouts in the wallet. At the moment this is about 10% after 5 days and 2% daily after that. I might differ now the total supply is huge.

It is ironic that after leaving Sprouts for dead people stand up when the spotlights are on Sprouts+ to steal the thunder. Of course it is very interesting all of a sudden when you know a movement is supported by so many, especially when you might have a lot of Sprouts yourself, to make a move. 

We have, the Sprouts+ development team, built a great following the last couple of months whom have been following our progress for longterm results for Sprouts holders in the name of Sprouts+. This community has been very active and has been in interaction with the team for the full lenght of the process. We, the community and development team, believe in the longterm vision which is doing real good to the world.

Sprouts+ is an altruistic green cryptocurrency with real functionality and a responsible development team. Not a team who is going for a shortterm fix or people whom have the "ok" of the person who left Sprouts to die in the first place.

Or did the previous owner keep investing in Sprouts and keep an eye on the extreme PoS reward and exponential growth of the total supply which has resulted in an untradeable coin? No. So it is near to hilarious that you feel your argument, that you have the "ok" from Mr.Eggman, is valid.

Besides,  this is a free world and everybody has the right to start a movement. No need to post anything about your "after the fact" project here. Don't get me wrong: everybody has the right to have their own revival of Sprouts, but after we have left the Sprouts ANN out of respect, when we got notified of the other movement, we would have expected the same vice versa.

Note: yes, I have made some assumptions about a quickfix, and shortterm goals. But do not think I am off by far, or am I? Hard to tell as you have nothing to show besides a comment in the ANN that you are all of a sudden going for an hard fork. Or maybe people have missed this message due to the childish "busted" and "exposed" messages, besides others, on the Sprouts ANN.

Anyways: wish you guys the very best in this free world. People are entitled to chose whichever side they want to support. We have never obligated Sprouts holders to swap to Sprouts+, as we also won't do now. Sprouts has the Sprouts ANN and Sprouts+ has the Sprouts+ ANN.

It is more than clear to everybody with a clear mind, pointing out behaviour on multiple platforms, that you and your team are very focussed on creating a fud, to spam and try to bring others down with false accusations in a manner that is not only childish, but also unprofessional and counter productive as it will only hurt the Sprouts brand.

After more than a year of "no show" and after months of us, the Sprouts+ team, gathering the community together and starting a business from the ground up, a different group with the "ok" of Mr. Eggman, who left Sprouts to die in the first place, start a movement and expect the community to follow them all of a sudden?...

Don't get me wrong, if they want they can. We have always made it very clear to the community that choosing for Sprouts+ is an option and not a must. We do not force anybody.

Please show us your greatness on your Sprouts ANN and let us have our Sprouts+ ANN. You are talking trash about our work we did so far and the future perspective while you yourself, and team, have showed us nothing.

Furthermore it would not hurt to read better, or look into Sprouts+ before you come up with wild implications.

Finally: why bother trying to pull us down while you know for sure our project Sprouts+ is worthless and will fail? Not the first reaction of someone who is confident of his own team and product. I would suggest you focus on Sprouts as we will on Sprouts+.

The real question here Milly6 that I think you need to consider carefully, is will enough people be willing to install a new wallet and trust and follow you and others like you, based on your incredibly persistent, childish and uninformed behaviour?

As none I directly asked, had the courage to reply to how old you are, yourself included (which no doubt someone like you, may argue is secretive and that such a person should not be trusted), my assumption will have to stand, which is to say, you must be really young kids more interested in casting aspersions, accusations and general fear-based negativity than actually doing something constructive that value adds to society.

As I've mentioned, I'm 40 years old and have very little time for your antics, continued accusations and childish behaviour.

Maybe rather than continue to behave the way you have, you should instead focus on growing, learning and becoming less ignorant for the purpose of then using those new-found skills for the betterment of your own revival of Sprouts and interaction with the community at large.

I'm happy to provide you with a handy piece of advice to get you started on your journey...

Adults generally don't use caps-lock, large fonts and lots of colours to get a message across within a post, they use cleverly constructed, informed and well researched words. Also as mentioned previously, they don't cast aspersions.

If you actually want a community of free thinking people (who are predominantly adults) to follow and trust you, you will have no choice but to adapt and grow in the ways I have mentioned above.

Do us all a favour and stick to posting within the Sprouts ANN or you will leave us no choice but to defend and advertise Sprouts+ in yours.

...and for the record, Mr. Eggman ditched Sprouts in favour of the 888 currency. Many questions remain surrounding why you'd build a currency with such a ridiculously high POS reward with presumably the foresight to understand that at some point, it would wipe itself out, decreasing steadily any value in the currency and erasing any value held by its investors.

Also, the community you say claim we've hijacked, did not exist until we came along but don't take my word for it, have a look at the 24 hour volume for the seven months prior to June/July and then add that to the fact that we started with a community of just 26 people which has since grown into a community of 356.

If anyone is attempting to hijack a community, it's you, Mr. Eggman and the rest of your anonymous team.

Yes, we from Sprouts+ as you can read did not start the drama. It started on the Sprouts ANN, so we created an own ANN and now they are back. Some people where not happy with the premine idea and started an attack on the project. They chose their own path, and we are more than ok with that and moved over to the Sprouts+ ANN out of respect for our different opinions. But as you can see: there is a bunch of people only trying to create a fud. A lot of shouting, false accusations, to spam the page. And like I mentioned earlier and you also brought forward: this is negative for the brands of Sprouts and Sprouts+. Sad that it is happening.

I agree. But we have very different views. As you might know Sprouts+ started in July and this other movement, supported by the previous owner who left the coin to die in the first place, started not long ago. As we have very different opinions we of Sprouts+ decided to change over from using Sprouts to Sprouts+ and create a different ANN to walk away from the fud.

Expect of the Sprouts team having the same respect and idea of what harm a fud can do to both coins, they followed us to this ANN with their hollow shouting. Sad to see so, because there is no need to do so as everybody has the right to create a movement and works negative for both sides... the fact that they do not see that says a lot...

We've been working with Sprouts as a team since June/July but inception of the team was back in May.

Not sure how long you've been investing in crypto or what your understanding of inflation is (looks as though you've been around for a while based on you profile, Twitter account, etc...), but if a severe reduction in total supply is not performed, you and all your readers will end up with a bunch of coins that you are unable to trade as at some point in the near future, the currency will hit the exponential curve and then it's only a matter of time until the currency is removed from the exchanges, rendering any coins you hold, worthless.

It would also appear you don't realise that a severe reduction in circulation should actually increase the value of your holdings, not diminish it. Scarcity creates demand as a general rule.

As for your comment, "You don't get to just come in and take our shit." I believe we were here before you, and before us there was very little activity as shown by the 24 hour volume graphs prior to June/July of this year, which is when we started advertising our efforts.

Fear not though for the forum channel you're in, is for Sprouts+, not Sprouts. Sprouts+ is a new currency launching soon and has nothing to do with Sprouts other than to those who wish to swap their existing Sprouts for Sprouts+ when the time comes.

There is however a new dev team who recently have taken on the task of severely reducing the total supply of Sprouts for the same reasons I've mentioned above, in order to save it from extinction.

The official? If official is initial I am very glad not to be part of the team of Mr.Eggman who has left Sprouts to die.

Thanks for the support. Like you say, a large and still growing community supports Sprouts+, and have been doing so for months. We will proceed with our mission to do real good to the world, and will not, still will not, force anybody to join us. It is an option which a lot want to take due to the open, transparant community and interaction with the development team. No spamming, shouting, childish behaviour, slandering, etc.. We keep our focus on Sprouts+ which is best for all Sprouts holders.

We would love to stop discussions of negativity, because we of Sprouts+ development team realize that this will only hurt the Sprouts(+) brand. But we also feel we have to set things straight, as we are no scammers and only have the best intensions for Sprouts holders. We do not force anyone to join the Sprouts+ movement, or swap to Sprouts+. We are open, transparant, honest and keep everything factual instead of coming up with false assumptions, alternative facts or false accusations to slander people we do not know. Seems like Milli6 and Mr.Eggman, the key figures, are a match made in heaven.

Milli6 leaving his STRB (SuperTurboStake) to die since 2016 after making a lot of promises (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1301615.0), and Mr.Eggman leaving Sprouts to die (which is a well known fact by all Sprouts holders):

1) Both created an extremely high PoS coin;
2) Both came with a lot of promisis to keep people believing and buying;
3) Both left the scene when shit hit the fan, because they could not follow through with their promises;
4) Both coins are not successful or healthy in any way;
5) Both coins have nothing to show for besides promises and an outdated wallet;
6) Both developers now try to spread negativity...

The current state of TurboStake at the moment: the coin is inactive and delisted from all exchanges/markets.

Sprouts is a very interesting and funny coin, is true that it is no healthy due to the high POS, but I thing it is mainly due to the poor support from its team, hope Sprouts+ team take better care of the new version

We shall certainly do so. We are taking our time to make sure we do not miss out any details in the process. We want longterm goals as we would find it fantastic to do real good to the world and support environmental, humanitarian, fair trade, etc. projects and charities. First of all the premine is a 40% premine, not 60%, which is stated very clear on all platforms. Second of all 24% will go towards research & development to invest in Sprouts+ for the first three years. 16% will be held in escrow for at least two years. After that period we will discuss with the community what will be done with this reserve Which are both also mentioned very clear.

So we really are talking about 24% premine so Sprouts+ can really stand out as an altruistic green cryptocurrency with loads of features and functionality.  Not just another coin with nothing but a wallet. You will not really succeed in crypto, or any other business, without capital. You can not create a competitive coin with just a wallet change.

Sprouts is not a protected name as it is a common word. We have all the right to use it. If MrEggman was working on Sprouts and investing in it, instead of leaving it for dead, we would have never seen the need for the revival in the first place.  

At the time we have had contact with the Sprouts ANN admin. He gave his ok and also contacted MrEggman who was busy on 808 coin and gave his blessing via a Slack channel member "jd" at the time. Eventually we saw Sprouts+ as the best option for a revival, an option (not an obligation) for Sprouts holders to join.

Besides, again: we do not pretend to be affiliated with the Sprouts team. We are Sprouts+ developers.

So if you do not want to join Sprouts+ I suggest you support Sprouts, on the Sprouts ANN instead.

As I understand it, the holder should have 30,000 Sprouts+, not 18,000...

I think the correct swap ratio should be 1000B : 500M, not 1000B: 300M

The 0.6 in the calculation stands for 60%, the 60% the community will keep of their Sprouts, because 100% - 40% premine = 60%. The mistake in the calculation was the "300 million" in the ratio calculation instead of "500 million".

In everyday work humans make mistakes, and we are not affraid to acknowledge that we are humans. We continuesly reflect and evaluate in the process, and like in this single case we correct if needed.

No worries: the wallet has been checked and the swap ratio is fine, as it was in several different cases like the documents we have presented and could have been deducted from our information given on multiple platforms.

Like lordgoth already mentioned: you should quote what someone said. No wonder you have a negative trust rating. This action says a lot about what kind of untrustworthy person you are.

Besides, not only do you falsely quote, but also falsely accuse people you do not know at all. If you do not want to swap to Sprouts+ you can just stay with Sprouts. No problem. Maybe you should support Sprouts on the Sprouts ANN rather than to make a fool of yourself with this childish behaviour on the Sprouts+ ANN.

We, the Sprouts+ development team, made an honest and transparant statement about our typo. Like we have been transparant and honest all the while. We have nothing to hide. @CryptoWiz420 Gonnabetya already fixed it. Everyone can made mistake. The important thing is they recognize their mistake and fix it. Not abandon it like someone.

The Sprouts+ wallet will have greater compatibility. Windows, Mac(book) OS and Linux users can hold their Sprouts+ on their desktop or laptop! :D

While the Sprouts+ development team is coding, the Sprouts+ Ethereum code PoS wallet and smart contracts for the necessary functionality, we are also working on (...)   behind the scenes:

- Whitepaper V1.0 (nearly finished)
- Marketing campagne for after the launch of Sprouts+ (finished)

You should contact BLN the Bolenum exchange thier launching a beta version of there exchange on December 15 th and are excepting up to 5 new coins without charge I beleive.

You have been ever so patient. And we thank you for all your support. As you know we have been working very hard on Sprouts+ behind the scenes. Step by step we are coming closer to the launch of Sprouts+, the philanthropic green cryptocurrency.

Which exchange would you prefer, and why :)?

We will start with 500 million total supply. And will have a maximum increase of 8% yearly.

Personally, I quite like coinexchange and cryptopia myself but they may appear to a bit on the sketchy side of exchanges. If reputation and stability wise, I would pick Binance.

I do have a few questions regarding the swapping, sprout+ release and the new wallet. First, will we be swapping before the new sprout hits the market or after?

Second, does my old sprouts have to be in the new wallet for the swap? Or can it be in an exchange like coinexchange ?

Finally, since you’ve mentioned before that most of these are scedualed before the 1st yesterday, and it’s already the new year. Would we see a couple days delay?

The reason for me to be hesitant to transfer my sprouts to the wallet is 1. It’s on windows and I have a Mac (any way I can get it on my Mac now lol?)

Could someone please shine some light on the wallet situation? I really don’t trust the current wallet lol. I was like heeem I have to go to the sprouts website (created by me.egghead and his team of cloak and daggers) and download their wallet 🤔  Will I lose anything if I don’t put my sprouts in the wallet? How much risk are there? Also if the community support the swap, will there be like processing delays when everyone is trying to swap out for the +?

Well I’m not an expert but in my mind there is no way sprouts+ would be lower than your sprouts. Because the biggest aim of sprout plus is to cut the supply there fore pushing up the demand and the price. Please any one feel free to correct me.

The wallet is ok, it is old, but works and is more safe than keeping it on an exchang. With Sprouts+, the coin we are developing, we will have a complete new wallet also for Mac users.
At the moment Sprouts only has a windows wallet.

We have to check how to handle the swap for Mac users, as Sprouts does not support that at the moment and the exchanges on coinmarketcap do not seem to have wallets that are full 100% in control of the users.

10M would make 3 thousand (approx, as it depends on total supply at moment of swap).

We can not give an estimate on the price, because Sprouts+ will be a total new coin. Nobody can tell what a coin will be worth, nobody can look in the future. The value is based on the valuation by the Sprouts+ holders; demand and supply.

We are lowering total supply and lowering the reward, implementing the newest technology, launching a website, creating a strong community through social media and the forum, creating new wallets for multiple systems, work from a businessplan, aiming for real functionality, etc. We expect the total value of your holdings to be the same or higher after swap. That is the most likely. And from that point on we will have to see where the market brings us.

If this 'parallel Windows' lets you install and run the wallet, then: yes, that would work.

We are going to do the final test. After that you will be able to swap. Swap period will be 2-3 weeks approximately.

If you would put as much time in reading the above latest update we have posted as you do in commenting your questions I think you would have had all answers collected by now ;-)

As you can read we are going to perform a final test with real life participants to ensure the code we have ready now is good to go in everysituation situation. We aimed on finishing the code and the wallet 1st of January, and we did. Now we are creating a final testnet. After that, if everything has been tested and approved, we will have a swap which will have an time interval of about 2-3 weeks, so everybody has the chance to swap.

Then after the answer, he connected the dots for me. Then I was curious and went on Sprout.community and realized how active sprout+ really is. Well it's pretty damn community driven when so many ppl are signing up for the Beta (lets call this test beta test to make me sound smart lol).

I also posted on a thread and was promply replied by the dev of sprout+ and I'm actualy in the proccess of developing a waay for mac users to use the shitty old sprout wallet lol

We have had this discussion before on this ANN, and I think it has been made very clear Milly6 that you, and others affiliated with Mr.Eggman, only try to make a "fud" on the Sprouts+ page. We always have been transparant and honest to everybody following our project. Unlike you, who has at least one failed coin, and amongst you, Mr.Eggman and others supporting at least 3 failed coins (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2376396.msg24456252#msg24456252). All high PoS coins which where left. All coins pumped by the community and then leaving the community with nothing. Same with Sprouts.

We have been busy for 6 months now and have worked from the ground up. Step-by-step coming closer to creating a fully functioning business. First clearing all the mess the Sprouts developer(s) had left behind and informing people of the possibility to swap to Sprouts+. We have in the meanwhile left you, and your team alone, and given you all the time and space to work on your project; if you are even working on it...because there have not been any updates for weeks now.

The Sprouts+ development team has finished the code for the Sprouts+ wallet and is going to perform a final real life testnet for the community to make sure we do it right and do not disappoint.

i am not interested in stating anything thats untrue so not sure what you mean by fud. Anyways, I am also focusing on the positive.. and if Sprouts+ is an actual project then I wish you good luck. Why not just use Expanse network? They already cloned Ethereum... thats why I am not sure what you are trying to do by making another clone of a severely flawed and problematic coin (Ethereum) instead of working together to make Sprouts great again.. but I digress. Sprouts will continue on its own chain through the official Sprouts deveopment team. Mr.Eggman has said he supports us, but is not actually working on Sprouts... The only association we have with him is a thru the forums via messages we have gone back and forth with. Mr.Eggman is still currently trying to stay out of prison although the details I am not sure of. His SO is controlling his account from what I can tell. Anyways, Id like to know how you guys are burning the Sprouts coins that are swapped in and I hope we will be able to see the proofs of this as it happens.. otherwise we would be very concerned with your team "double dipping" and dumping coins. It will not be an ICO.
It will be a swap from Sprouts to Sprouts+ (two different coins). There will be a premine of 500 million Sprouts+; consisting of 60% Sprouts+, 24% Research and Development, and 16% Reserve (held in escrow). You will be directly given your Sprouts+ after the swap platform has verified your amount of Sprouts.

To be more insight, I'm not the expert, please correct if i'm wrong. But based on my research, Sprouts+ maybe the first fork of eth with POS. Since there are not many clones eth out there and eth just supported POS with their Casper release this November. And they even haven't moved over full POS yet. They just announced their Alpha Casper Testnet recently ( I'm not sure if this is related with sprouts+ testnet or not ). So it must be tough for the sprouts+ dev team to clone eth here but very promising.  ;D

Sprouts holders will be the first to have the chance to obtain Sprouts+, because the swap is only for the Sprouts holders. After the swap we go to the market and everybody can obtain Sprouts+ by buying it against an higher price per coin. This means that people holding/buying Sprouts now have an advantage, because: 1) the price of Sprouts is very low, 2) staking with the Sprouts wallet is possible to increase holdings before swap, 3) be the first to swap to Sprouts+ (with a lot of positive effects and high(er) potential.

I would never tell people what to do with their money, because no coin has a 100% return of interest guarantee. Although, you can make your own decision based on this reply and information you can find in for instance the whitepaper, social media platforms, etc. Sprouts+ will be an huge improvent relative to Sprouts (at the moment), but we can never guarantee this will show in the marketvalue of the coin, although it is very likely.

I extracted these files to a directory I created for sprouts.
(The wallet’s data files end up at: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Sprouts)

But the above exe file didn’t work, it crashed at some point, so I found the latest

Just to make it clear for everyone wondering.. You need to place sprouts.conf in appdata sprouts roaming folder. If you don't know how to get into appdata shortcut is windows button + r (run) and type in %appdata%. Then find roaming folder for Sprouts and create sprouts.conf there. After this you can launch wallet and it will start sync.

You will never get stuck with the swap.

Sprouts most likely can be transferred from the exchange to the swap platform. When reaching the swap platform they will be transferred to the Sprouts+ wallet which is compatible for windows, mac/ios and linux. If you can run windows parallel to your mac it is possible to install the windows wallet; this has been tested.

Sprouts+ will be transferred to the Sprouts+ wallet for windows, mac/ios, linux. You will need to be able to download this wallet. If that is the case you can participate in the swap. Only having a mobile phone might not do the trick. Do you have a friend or a family member who has the opportunity to download the desktop wallet? After the swap we will go to the exchanges. You can then transfer them from the desktop wallet to the exchange(s) and logic through mobile phone.

Sprouts+ is not the original Sprouts (SPRTS) coin. Sprouts+ is a new currency. The Sprouts+ development team came together originally to attempt to revive Sprouts, with the intention of altering its interest rate and total supply. We then started to get serious about operating a global effort to help others in the world and in line with that, we felt the Sprouts technology was too old and out of date.

We put a vote to the Sprouts community, asking whether they'd like to stick with Sprouts code (Peercoin clone) or clone Ethereum so that we get instant access to smart contracts and newer technology.

The community voted in favour of going with an Ethereum clone and so we needed to create a new currency. Sprouts+ was born.

We are a week or two away from launching the Sprouts+ TestNet, where community members are able to install the new wallet, get Sprouts+ TestNet coins from the faucet and help us test the stability and reliability of the new network.

We have also built Sprouts+ with POS, which is likely to be the first Ethereum-based clone to offer POS rather than POW.

We've been testing and debugging the TestNet for some time now and are just about to open it up for community testing, before release to the public.

All in all, very exciting as the Sprouts+ team is firmly committed to affecting real change in the world, for the better.

We will not burn swapped Sprouts as it will not benefit in any way, the Sprouts+ community. We are instead going to hold them on the off chance Sprouts is ever revived by anyone and actually worth anything.

At which point, we'd choose to hold a vote within the Sprouts+ community, to decide what to do with them.

It would likely include a portion of them being sold and the proceeds going to a number of charities Sprouts+ will support and the team has also discussed, giving back Sprouts coins to the Sprouts+ community.

For anyone concerned, the Sprouts blockchain is publicly available to all. The community can monitor the Sprouts holding addresses to verify we're sticking to our word.

Why would we burn the swapped Sprouts? If you and your dev team with backing from Mr. Eggman, are successful in reviving Sprouts by lowering the interest rate and total supply, Sprouts may once again be worth something.

Makes a lot more sense for us to hold the swapped Sprouts just in case you're successful. That way we can reward the Sprouts+ community with even more good news.

We can't really compare Sprouts with Sprouts+. The Sprouts+ team started out as Sprouts community members who were interested in reviving Sprouts. We took on the role and began making progress but as the team began talking about it seriously, we decided to get more serious about everything. We decided to focus on building a globally used and recognised currency with a focus on philanthropy and green related projects.

We felt that smart contracts would likely come in useful and so we put a vote to the Sprouts community to either stick with the Sprouts (Peercoin) code-base, or to clone Ethereum so that we had access to smart contracts and newer technology.

The Sprouts community voted massively in favour of Ethereum and so we set off down that path.

We re branded just before the vote as we wanted to stand out and away from the original Sprouts dev, Mr. Eggman who, for one reason or another, ditched Sprouts and the community in favour of the 888 coin.

Sprouts+ was born.

Our goal is to do real good in the world, based around philanthropic and green endeavours. We have premined Sprouts+ in order to get access to the capital we will require in order to get the organisation off the ground and to compete with other blockchain organisations with dedicated capital, staff, etc.

The swap will occur after the launch of the MainNet and hopefully, the listing with one or more exchanges. We're close to launching the TestNet for community members to jump into, to assist us find bugs in the POS implementation we've written to replace POW. POS fits within out philosophy better and is a nice gimmick / achievement to have made. We're aiming to be the first Ethereum-based currency to have launched with POS.

The TestNet will run for 21 days and following that, if there are no major issues, we will launch the MainNet, etc, etc.

So, all being well, the swap will take place within the next six to eight weeks, or sooner...

We've apportioned 300 Million Sprouts+ coins for the swap. Sprouts total supply divided by 300 Million, gives ratio.

The Sprouts+ wallet is not yet public as we're still working on test scenarios with Geth Node and the wallet. The wallet will be available at the time we launch the TestNet and is available in Mac, Linux and Windows versions currently.

A new dev team has taken over Sprouts now. They formed because they were uncomfortable with our premine and direction we're now heading.

Thanks for you interest in our project. Seems you have seriously looked at the projects and seen it's true value. I will try and answer your questions as good as possible:

First I want to state we are busy with the whitepaper V2. The whitepaper V1 is from begin December.

Q: If the new public total supply will be 300 million, then everybody will swap it according to his holding in sprouts? to whom ia ma lending then?
A: We are premining 500 million Sprouts+ of which 300 million will be for the Sprouts holders so they can swap their Sprouts to Sprouts+. This means when converting 40% of Sprouts will relatively go to the 200 million (which is 40% of 500 million) Sprouts+. This 200 million consists of 120 million for funding research and development for the first 3 years (to seriously have a chance of compete on this highly competitive market and have the funds for for instance marketing to create awareness on a global scale, which was otherwise never possible without serious funds), and 80 million is held as a reserve (in escrow) to make the market more stable and give Sprouts whales swapping hardly any chance of manipulating the market. This reserve will likely be burnt if we conclude, after analyzing the market, that this reserve is not needed any more. Everyone's relative amount of Sprouts+ will increase due to eventual burning of this 16% reserve.

A1: We have 1) a calculation and 2) an example of calculation. Yes the ratio has increased since then, and yes you will get less Sprouts+
A2: But this does not mean you will have to buy more Sprouts in order to obtain the same value in Sprouts+: it is all about the quality of the product and not the quantity of coins; less coins makes an higher value (basic rule, see coinmarketcap for examples of this rule as you can calculate that total supply is very closely linked to the value of a coin)

A: We have been putting more time in coding the wallets as we have added extra tech besides that we decided to go with an unique and innovative Ethereum, PoS and Smartcontracts combination. Which nobody has ever done before; not for a coin on an independent blockchain. Also we put some extra time in to make the wallet fully compatible for Windows, Mac and Linux; plus have the proper translations. We have been testing the code a lot to make sure we would launch a finished product rather than finding bugs after launch. So yes, we have adjusted the aim date. Again: quality over quantity.

A: Well not everybody seems to want a swap; the mass majority will. So in order not to obligate anybody to swap we have Sprouts+ as a very good opportunity for those who want to swap and see the quality; which extra thousands have been seeing the past month. We have a new blockchain so are keeping the Sprouts after the swap, as we are not obligated to burn them in order to start of with a much lower supply. Burning them would not have any effect on Sprouts+ and would not benefit the people who swapped, and shown their faith in Sprouts+. How will people benefit of Sprouts+ keeping the Sprouts? We will make the address of the Sprouts public, so the transactions can be followed, and every time we see an opportunity to use these Sprouts to benefit the Sprouts+ Community we will make a public announcement on transferring funds. As we do not know what the value will be for Sprouts after swap, and do not know exactly what will come across our path after the swap (nobody has a crystalball) we do have ideas to use the Sprouts, but are not going to speculating about the exact use as some people tend to change a "maybe" into a "certainly"; we do not want to give false hope. But one thing is certain: if we can reward the Sprouts+ Community we will.

Dear community,

As many of you may be aware, the Sprouts+ team formed originally as the Sprouts development team. Our intention was to rescue Sprouts from its projected trajectory towards death due to hyperinflation, looming exponential curve and lack of its original developer, or any developer for that matter.

At the time we formed the Sprouts development team, there were fewer than 25 active Sprouts community members.

We worked hard to help prevent the entire Sprouts community, ourselves included, from losing out on the investment we had each put into Sprouts.

After a number of discussions, the team then started thinking outside the box and began to talk about launching a global initiative utilising blockchain technology to affect real change in the world for the betterment of people, animals and the environment. A green and philanthropic currency and organisation.

We started to discuss upgrading the technology, namely, the Sprouts code-base, to something more modern and with added features built in. We decided we liked Ethereum and felt smart contracts would be integral to achieving our goal and so we opted to put the idea to the community in the form of a vote.

As part of this process and speculating the community would vote to use the Ethereum code-base, we decided to call the new Ethereum-based blockchain, Sprouts+. The idea was that we were Sprouts, +, new technology, smart contracts and thirdly, we wanted to separate ourselves a little from the original developer, while still keeping the brand alive.

The community overwhelmingly voted to change to an Ethereum-based currency as we had anticipated would be the case, and so we set about building Sprouts+.

A handful of vocal Sprouts community members were completely against the 40% premine we opted for. 16% apportioned for the security and integrity of the new currency, to ensure a fair and level playing field for all, and 24% apportioned as capital, in order to get the organisation off the ground and on its way to achieving its goals.

This group of unhappy community members broke off and formed their own Sprouts development team.

Due to the ongoing confusion regarding the boundaries between Sprouts and Sprouts+, the hostility shown by a handful of Sprouts community members towards Sprouts+ and team, and general entanglement, we have decided to re name our brand, to Auxilium.

Auxilium is a Latin word (pronounced /au̯kˈsi.li.um/) meaning: aid, assistance, relief, help, backing, resource.

We feel the name Auxilium is a perfect fit for the intended goal and philosophy of our platform.

We will begin updating all our platforms to reflect the name change from today, and hope you feel as we do, that a clean break will help build greater strength and a healthier and more creative atmosphere that’s less confusing and more unique.

We will keep the new logo and colour scheme recently unveiled.

Have you considered that maybe everyone involved in Auxilium (the community at large) is simply less fearful than you, and more willing to take a risk in order to try to achieve something good and worthwhile, on a global scale?

Fear is a completely reasonable and rational emotional response to have and it's great that you're very cautious, but there are markers the majority have presumably picked up on, to make them feel more trusting of us that it seems, you have not.

Things like, openness, sincerity, longevity, track record, demeanour, communication style and your own instinct.

We have been around now since June/July as a team. None of us knew each other prior to joining to help the Sprouts community. The team has stuck together, bonded and strengthened in this time. We have further defined our resolve to make Auxilium a success, for us, for the community, and for the world.

Your views and opinions of how we should operate Auxilium are only viable with a currency that aims to be nothing more than a trading commodity, with no real organisational structure and no real capital backing it.

No big dreams...

We have no interest in simply being like the thousand other currencies out there that are nothing more than a trading commodity, with no real direction, motivation and financial backing.

We cannot cancel the swap as many have only bought into Sprouts for the swap. As discussed above, when my team and I formed the Sprouts dev team, there were fewer than 25 active Sprouts community members.

If you and your team are successful in reviving Sprouts and are able to clear the sell wall and create real demand, we would discuss our options at the time, and none of those options would include dumping onto the Sprouts market.

You and others who have spoken out against our cause and methods have continued to assume we're not actually nice people with good intentions, but rather that we're in this for ourselves and that we don't care about others.

It is a deal, I invest Sprouts, they will take 26% for funding and 14% for prevent the dump. It already wrote down over and over everywhere. As already mentioned, there were fewer than 25 active Sprouts community members when my team and I decided to take over the Sprouts development role because Mr. Eggman, the original developer, left Sprouts for dead, in favour of his next currency, the 888 coin. Few were interested in Sprouts until we came along.

It could be argued that as we had amassed over 300 community members at the time you decided to jump ship because you weren't happy with the premine, that you were taking advantage of our efforts.

The use of the word 'steal' implies we're doing something illegal or unethical and as we're not doing anything illegal and our intentions all along, have been ethical and also, people are free thinking, the use of the word is misplaced and misleading.

We have over 5,000 community members, the vast majority of whom, are adults and presumably free thinking. They have all read our goals, plans, methods and proposals. If any are unhappy with what they've read, they will decide to leave our community as is their right.

The fact that since the 300 community members, (around the time you jumped ship) we have amassed 4,700 more community members and each of those is acutely aware of what Sprouts+, now Auxilium, intends to do and how we're going to do it, suggests the vast majority disagree with your views.

You knew our intentions at the time you decided to form a new Sprouts team and that all those interested in following Auxilium, would jump the Sprouts ship when the time came.

Look on the bright side, now that you've formed the Sprouts team, I wouldn't be surprised if some of our 5,000 members continue holding an amount of Sprouts as well as swapping to Auxilium. Auxilium Team has on many occasions says sprouts is worthless.

Why are you even bothering with a swap, since it is apparent many of the sprouts coins holders want nothing to do with you.

Would it not make more sense to just turn Auxilium into a standard ICO and take LTC or BTC or Doge for purchase of said coins.

That way you start your coins and any sprouts users can just sell their sprouts and buy your coin , if they so choose.

This way you avoid the hard feelings that your current stance has caused with the sprouts holders.

Also your ratio in price could be much higher than the 40% if the initial ICO price is higher, and it is not like you can't grant yourselves a premine to cover your costs.

Seems like a simple answer to a simple problem.

We're continuing with the swap because it would be unethical, show a lack of integrity and a lack of caring for our community if we did not. Many people have invested into Sprouts for the sole purpose of then swapping to Auxilium.

You need to apply the correct context here, which is, there was no Sprouts development team at the time we announced to our community, that we'd hold a swap from the currency with no future and no development team, to what was Sprouts+, now Auxilium.

We offered the swap so that people holding Sprouts coins would not be left with nothing, due to the lack of a developer / team, hyperinflation and extremely large total supply.

It could be argued that anyone who now suggests we should not hold the swap as we said we would, even condemns us for it, is highlighting their own hypocrisy, lack of integrity and lack of loyalty.

People have invested their money into Sprouts for the swap. We can't now cancel it. That goes against everything we stand for.

Once again, people are free thinking. People are free to choose to swap or not to swap.

I am a Sprouts holder and I am not able to understand the developer of the coin left this coin to die and comes back with the roadmap. It is written that the between Feb to April wallet will be launched and coins will be swapped. Time is almost half through and Dev is not updating the post.

My question is Why Dev does not find it necessary to update community with dates or time when roughly those tasks will be completed Or will it be like it was when he left the coin to die.

I have invested and want sprouts to grow but there seems to be less confidence as per the community apart from the big sprouts holders. If this is not true Dev should provide a update for us as a community to be confident in the coin.

Can you point out at least one example of a legit cryptocurrency that has a 40% premine?

(And you may call the 40% whatever you like. I know that parts are divvied up different ways. But at the end of the day, 40% will be controllable, and in wallets of the "team".)

Obviously, the project team has been a little weak. There's not too many people to pay attention to.

We have not been using this ANN any longer, but check it now and again to be sure all questions are answered anyways.

We have rebranded to Auxilium, and have been active on a lot of online platforms updating the community.

@shaw1: there is a total of 40% premine yes. But 16% will be held in escrow, which is a very important element of information you left out.
Looking at the top-10 cryptocurrencies Ripple and Lumens are extreme examples whereas both have a premine of 90%+, also cryptocurrencies Cardano, IOTA, NEO and EOS have a premine, one higher than the other.

We have been very transparant and clear about the premine, and will remain so. We feel the premine is the only realistic way to compete on this competitive cryptocurrency market. If you do not feel this is necessary, and think Sprouts will do good (after 3 years), you can always stay with Sprouts. No obligation to swap, just an opportunity.

@Ricsung "the project team has been a little weak", is a statement that has no solid ground. We have been working on altering the PoS for Ethereum with PoS combination. We already have successfully stakes with Ethereum which is a great accomplishment.
