Hello, I downloaded the latest Golf wallet and made a purchase at coinexchange.io.  I then withdrew the GOLF from the exchange to my new GOLF wallet.  The exchange shows it went through but no sign of activity in my wallet.  I came here to look for any information I could find and saw this post:

Wow.  Not sure if you are making a joke or if your idea presented is just a ridiculous joke.
It only matters that people play golf and want to improve their golf game.  Those two conditions have been met
for decades already.  Golfcoin intends to offer something to dramatically increase the benefit of the practice required to
improve one's game while at the same time making it "relatively" inexpensive and much more accessible than any other
"self aid" or possibly even lesson in the industry currently.  Big claims, which is great.  If the goals and shown or claimed
capabilities are not big then you probably will go no where.  Golfcoin, when they pull this off, I believe, really is going to change
the game of golf for many.  I can envision much larger percentages of kids becoming interested in golf depending on how all this
goes down.  That alone would make the project worthy of my attention.  Anything to get the kids off their smartphones and getting
at least some physical activity is desperately needed, at least here in the USA.

From personal experience I can say that this project is very stable. From the Deposit of $ 50 I get my percentage every day. And so far, all payments have come on time and without delay.

We know everyone is excited to see pictures of our prototype, but we will have to wait another day or two before we post them. Given the problems with the wallet stuck in maintenance mode, it doesn't make sense to get people excited, but feel uncomfortable with trading. That would not be a good business decision.

We are waiting for our software engineer to fix this problem. Hopefully, that will get done tomorrow. As soon as it is complete and the wallet is functioning again, we will post the pictures.

Coinexchange wallet is out of maintenance mode. The problem was not with their wallet, but with outdated explorer software. Explorer is now up to date.

Now that this coin has been relaunched, I find the new information to be quite interesting. Even if the coins NEVER make it past 10c, 25c or 50c piece (~$100 to ~$500 million market cap,) it would still make a very large chunk of change for early investors if they are truly rolling out this new technology in a commercial fashion and of course IF the price ever rose to such heights. I think it's possible.

Let me share what appears to be the technology and devices they are selling, and while I'm not 100% sure this is the EXACT (meaning the brand) product, the website looks very similar to the golfcoin website and the locations are the same which makes me think they are connected to each other, other than being just the same type of technology. In addition, Golf Coin claims to have patents pending for this same technology with an (internal) expected annual run rate of at least 25M within 2 years of commercial rollout. This, according to the hiring page on the Golf Coin website which also recently announced what appears to be a new CEO hiring and appointment.

Both companies (ProSight & GolfCoin) are located in the UK, the technology by all accounts appears to be identical (from the information available,) and the websites are almost identical in many ways.

I am personally going to make a little investment, and maybe do some mining. I have little doubt about the usefulness of the technology itself but do have a number of questions for the devs which I expect to be answered sometime in the next few months.

There is nothing illegal about talking before the legal papers are done.  You choose not to talk before then and that is your right but why misinform us by saying you cannot talk about it.  That is simply wrong.

I will be more precise here. It would be illegal for a new, prospective team to talk unless they were given permission by the current team. We have not given that permission because the documents are not complete.

We are not the least bit concerned about the current price.  It is meaningless, especially given the current market conditions. Our lawyers are almost done with the legal documents.  When the new team comes on board,  excitement will spread in the community.  I believe everyone will be very happy with what happens at that time.

I believe that after regularization the project goes to the moon, of course have to maintain enthusiasm and avoid false claims. Yet why should a team enter? Should not this project have a team formed? I would like answers to these questions and to conclude that even with these doubts the project is standing proving that there is a basis.

The original team which founded the coin is being replaced. This will allow new developments to come to market.

The first " big announcement" was on May 10.
Then May 27 it was waiting on legal docs to be signed.
Then a MONTH later on June 24, a letter of intent was signed. Sure it was. And, for the uninformed, letters of Intent do not take a month to be created.
Now, more than another month later there's still no news or movement of any kind. And patience is still being preached. How about some action instead of lame half promises?

I see people questioning Golfcoin and cannot say I blame them.  I have done it a little myself.
I am not thrilled about the lack of information forthcoming but then again I am not part of the business, just an investor.  No business legitimately needs to listen to it's investors unless they have voting power so making demands seems quite foolish.
I hope for big things with Golfcoin as does probably everyone that sees this.  I may not like the lack of info but at the same time new people took over the reigns just about the beginning of March and they still needed to find people to fill spots so it is not in the least bit surprising that this will take a significant amount of time.  If it was done real fast then the chances of grave mistakes increases dramatically, so instead of freaking out and assuming or accusing them of being scammers or doing nothing, I will impatiently wait as I believe there is a greater chance that what Mr. Miller has been saying for a while now is essentially accurate.  They could not care less about value of the coin right now as it is not time for it to serve any purpose.  Once the program is nailed down and the device, devices, programs, and/or whatever else will be involved is actually in production or already working then I bet the emphasis on spreading information and the real world utility of the coin will manifest.
I could just as well be completely wrong but I see nothing they have done to create a disbelief in the idea, perhaps upset some people by not always answering our demands, the demands we have no legitimate right to place on the team.   If the current group of people had been in place since inception and we were still at this point then I would agree all is lost.  If these people are serious and I personally happen to feel that they are, then this project has immense potential.  Not too many people realize that there are billions of dollars spent each year just on golf lessons alone.  One of my perceived ideas of the device they teased us with is that if it really is good then it will replace a lot of golf pro lessons and hence the money transferring to Golfcoin.  I am not saying what their plans are because I do not know but that one aspect I just mentioned seems painfully obvious.
Anyway, to anyone that bothered making to this point, thanks for reading and I hope you can understand(not intended as an insult) what I am trying to say and also realize that I am just sharing my opinions.   Golfcoin, as with the majority of others, could be a scam but I have not seen anything that legitimately points to that.   Nothing more than slow or lack of information, not bad acts going on.  If it were my business I would not want to tell people anything until I knew exactly what my plans were.  To do otherwise instantly opens the door to even more criticism as things progress or change.

a dubious project, but I'll watch

Sorry "Golfcoin Team", you are going to have to do a lot better than this. It is very true that the space is full of sham projects. So far you are responding exactly like every phony project I've ever seen. Just saying "we're a serious project" doesn't make it true. You have to show real progress and you have to do it fast.

1. Community engagement is important? Maybe you want to spend less time tweeting about Tiger's swing and more time engaging the community with how to make this a success. An actual introduction of the team is critical. Right now my assumption is that there is no new team, it's just the same old one with a new profile name. There's zero proof to the contrary.

2. More claims of positive news "soon". When is soon? A week, a month, a year, end of the twenty-first century? There's no trust because you've yet to establish trustworthiness. You must establish project deadlines, and you must hit them. Website is a mess, wallet is woefully outdated and contains minimal functionality.

3. I don't see a lot of comments about price swings, what I see are a lot fo frustrated people that you don't appear to be leading this project forward in any meaningful direction. It's more of the same. Promises and requests for patience since things 'take time'. No one is looking for empty words, we want action and leadership. Frankly it doesn't matter at all how big the industry you are chasing is if you are unable to demonstrate the ability to do the most basic elements of business.

I like the theme, when it has not only positive feedback about the project. Apparently you really need to study the Golfcoin project in detail to understand whether it is worth investing in it or not.

So what is this ERC20 conversion? Why now? What could be the benefit? I thought the ETH chain had some scaling issues already and why are we trying to clog it even more? Can the Dev Team provide a comparison?

There are many reasons.  Of decentralized applications Eth has by far the biggest userbase. It also has the biggest developer community meaning that the cost to build Dapps are cheaper relative to other options. 

As for the scalability issues, there is a massive amount of research being done to address these concerns and to invent new ways to make smart contracts more scalable.  There are also temporary workarounds right now, but most Dapps don’t have the demand necessary to use them.

Appreciate the FAQ's.  Though you can't "lock" the wallet if it isn't encrypted.

I figured out a way for users like myself that isn't encrypted.

Quit GolfCoin app. Wait a few hours/day and then launch and the coins will unstake after the wallet syncs to the blockchain. Then transfer them quickly before it stakes again.

Being that at this point you won't have enough time as November 2nd is one day away....

Transfer whatever coins are available.  Don't worry about the staked coins.  After you see the confirmations go through then quit the app. Wait about an hour or so then launch the app and the staked coins will be unstaked quickly.  Then transfer these remaining coins to GolfExchange. Note you may see a dialog box after clicking the Send Transaction that the miners may need a small fee to do so. Not a big deal as it was less then one Golfcoin.

So the fucking golf coins currently listed for sale are seriously the new coins? seriously?

There's no Dogecoin market and the price should be 1/10th (I think that's right ...) of what it's listed for currently at 1 satoshi. Once this is fixed I'm interested in buying a few.

I was wondering if anyone knows how long it takes for those of us who put in the conversion form instead of using coinex? After sending to the burn address ofc?

According to the website, we were actually supposed to have until the following day to deposit to CoinEx before the exchange occurred but unfortunately when I went to deposit, CoinEx had already closed all GolfCoin deposits by 10-11PM CST on the day prior to the date mentioned by GolfCoin themselves.

There is no trading action without a Doge market.  I was making money trading this coin before.  

The only way a coin like this can now move is with an active dev team.  Perhaps coin names will become like domain names in the near future.

We are continuing to work to get on a few more exchanges, but as far as Binance or any huge exchanges that will ultimately depend on them wanting to list Golfcoin. Although it has been somewhat of a slow process the team is still in discussions with potential partners and if/when they become official it will be a major turning point. 

Golfcoin definitely has not been abandoned. There were internal reasons the statement of use was not filed, however it will not affect future plans. 

Last Reminder - CoinExchange.io will be deactivating withdrawals on Dec.1st. We suggest anyone with remaining Golfcoin still on their exchange withdraw as soon as possible. Can be sent to Trust Wallet, AltMarkets.io, or Altilly.com.

Appreciate the feedback. This video is focused on simplifying cryptocurrency for everyday golfers and businesses so they can understand what Golfcoin is. After speaking with dozens of companies and people in the golf industry over the last few months we found they are still trying to learn the ins and outs of exchanges and wallets and how they will work implementing into their programs or clubs.

While we know much of the community has expert level knowledge, the fact remains that for widespread adoption we will need to make it easier to understand for everyday people. This will subsequently improve volume and enable Golfcoin to be listed on more exchanges. The big takeaway is that more education, including what will be added to the website, will be needed for demographics outside the current crypto community. We hope this makes sense to our long time standing community since some of the new material may seem obvious, but just understand the reasons will be for adoption into the greater golf industry.

Regarding the rewards program, it is something still being developed with heavy input from real golf professionals that are now advising Golfcoin. This information will only become relevant once clubs and golfers understand and can utilize Golfcoin with the simple existing technology that already allows for Golfcoin to be used as a digital currency.

In addition, being that cryptocurrency is decentralized much of what has been discussed for the program are the new opportunities and also limitations it will present to businesses. Many are familiar with centralized apps for their clubs and rewards programs, so before implementing Golfcoin’s main program that the company will need to support we are working with these companies to map out how they will ultimately function to compliment their existing systems.

Lastly, the team would like to thank the community for all of your patience and continued support. Binance V Label and Bittrex Corporate Account actually refer to parts of their listing processes. Official announcements will only be made if those exchanges qualify and approve Golfcoin. Also, as stated we plan on making many web changes and updates so some of the 2020 milestones will be added and/or rescheduled.

While we thank you for your honesty and respect your opinion we couldn’t disagree more.

Maybe if mainstream adoption had occurred and every local and global business was utilizing cryptocurrency and all of them deemed Golfcoin had no use case, but that’s just not what’s happening.

While yes it sucks the markets for Golfcoin have low volume, we’ve continued investing our personal time, money, and efforts because we maintain confidence the use case is strong and has a future. Much of our faith comes from talking to international companies that have serious interest in integrating Golfcoin. However, their interest is more about the use case of how the technology will help their businesses, not the price on cryptocurrency exchanges. In time we truly believe this will change.

The hardest part so far has been conveying to the crypto community that follows Golfcoin that in the real golf industry companies are interested, but not all are ready to adopt the technology due to many factors; coming regulations, volatility, liquidity, mainstream adoption, exchange exit scams, lack of understanding of blockchain, or they are still blueprinting out how this new “decentralized” tech works with former centralized systems.

Furthermore, it’s important to highlight how much this exact same perspective has been held for Bitcoin. Many years went by where people talked about it failing, in fact some still do. We monitor many coins and teams on the market and it never fails. Hundreds of trolls call something a shitcoin for years and then a new opportunity arises and it becomes more sustainable and volume increases.

Welcome back Crypto-Dzayer. Everything you just mentioned has been addressed here or in the State of Golfcoin. It's unfortunate we're seeing a lot of threatening language like this in multiple projects recently. Including projects already listed on Binance. If you had an issue on Facebook you could've direct messaged us here just like many others have in the past and we would happily discuss it with you. It's your choice to open any thread you would like, but I'm not sure what sort of positive impact that will bring to Golfcoin moving into the future.

Crypto-Dzayer, although we’ve mentioned some of this before here’s a quick update on what’s going on and also the repercussions the Coronavirus is causing. Obviously it has created a ripple effect throughout the entire golf industry and to be forthcoming there are major changes being discussed. These are primarily in regards to public events and how the company will adjust in the case of long term industry wide decisions to limit or remove the normal large crowd sizes at professional golf tournaments. This would alter the main use case for Golfcoin, however we do not at all believe it will end our path forward.   

The reasoning behind this is pretty simple. Like many other industries, public events are currently being shutdown or postponed leaving services and businesses wondering how long it will last and how to survive without generating revenue. Our opinion is that this will ultimately create opportunities that were previously not available or focused on. With much of the world now debating remote and virtual occupations this could also increase time and money spent in esports and other virtual experiences. This was an addition to the Golfcoin ecosystem and will be part of the information that will be updated on the website. Timing on releasing these updates has changed due to many factors. As we’ve said before we pay close attention to other projects and how developments and announcements affect their coin prices. Many at this time, even projects listed on Binance, are being hit extremely hard and dropping to all time lows. These are also projects that had major investors or ICO’s which of course Golfcoin was not.

Secondary to the industry news, the fear this virus is causing is having an impact on global markets and as everyone here has seen lately a massive Bitcoin sell off. Many of us have experienced huge increases and drops, however the latest was not a prediction of any trading experts. As you know already, I am also one of those who have waited for many many months, infact more than 4 years now. Not only did I purchase GolfCoin at high Sats, I also had to go through several swaps, including one of 100:1 and  another at 1:10 etc... I don't want to calculate my cost, which is insane and then the opportunity loss which is colossal!!  

But I am here, still supporting you and hoping that you will deliver on your promise soon. We all understand the black swan event that Covid19 has turned in to, but everything that is happening now, is gearing for mass adoption in the Crypto space and please do not let go of the project or it's plans. Golf Coin could win big, if you would stay focused and I cannot expect and wish anything else for you and all of us.

I can understand the frustration we all feel. But as you have mentioned in the previous post, it is the same sentiment shared industry wide. I hope times will change and I wish to say " This too shall pass" and we will see the end of the tunnel.

Even with all time lows for coins on Binance it seems likely the next few months could bring some big changes in the entire industry. While some are choosing to keep their courses closed others have remained open, but it does seem likely that might change. If there is any light at the end of the tunnel it could be that this pandemic has brought about the consideration of a Digital dollar here in the U.S. It was on the table as a piece of the stimulus package as a new means of providing money to people and businesses affected by the coronavirus.

Yes we’re waiting on those things partially due to regulation, but also to see how our advisors and partners come out of this pandemic. It looks like the only liquidity is on AltMarkets DOGE and Altilly's XQR pair, but it's ridiculous to us if a person wanted to get rid of it for that cheap. I guess someone else would get a deal if they have their orders filled.

The second link gets into the complexity of state and federal laws the US is currently in the middle of. While many states are promoting blockchain technology and others with major restrictions there’s yet to be a consensus throughout the country for solid regulation. However, this does look like it’s changing rapidly. As stated earlier the stimulus packages (while it was later removed) detailed a digital dollar and digital wallet. This is a very good sign to us that this is an important topic to lawmakers.

But please consider we are in a global pandemic right now and the whole market and many companies including Golfcoin is uncertain what the next steps will be to recovery.

As you had mentioned, it might take some time getting through the pandemic. Two small updates; AltMarkets has re-opened deposits and withdrawals after over a week of re-syncing the Ethereum blockchain and ZelCore has updated their mobile wallet app so that should now include Golfcoin.

Hopefully we see some developments in the next few weeks as states are beginning to lift lockdown restrictions. There have been many companies that have had to shutdown and it will be interesting to see how the golf industry and sports in general adapt to this new normal. Thank you and the community for all of your patience through these tough times.

All these items were included in the roadmap (that was in the process of being updated) before the global economy was impacted due to the coronavirus. While we addressed this in multiple ways in response to your other questions we’ll make it clear now that much of this is on hold until further notice.

The team’s main objective is holding the company together to make it through the pandemic. Some of these golf companies, including even TopGolf locations like the one in Las Vegas, have been shutdown indefinitely or until businesses recover. It would be irresponsible and unprofessional to try and push or impose any company into making big announcements at this time since many are still trying to find a way forward. There is nothing that we can do other than be understanding since everyone is being hit hard. We are not considering shutting down Golfcoin at this time, but holding it together throughout all of this has not been an easy process.

For exchanges and partnerships not much has changed from what we detailed in our last responses. Although some of these things are on hold due to repercussions of the pandemic we continue to work to make whatever progress we can possible. The team is excited to see courses reopening and tournaments beginning to set dates so we’re looking forward to this being a sign of a return to normal in the industry.

Yes, the website will be updated, but timing on release hasn’t yet been determined. There are still many remaining changes businesses are implementing in preparation of any future pandemics and the team wants to integrate these new factors into everything that is updated. Also, the domain and host all auto-renew so the main Golfcoin website will definitely not be going down or be removed and is nothing to be concerned about.

Considering the long time feud with Binance and Poloniex it’s likely DigiByte was listed due to the recent announcement that it was being looked at by Coinbase for a potential listing. At least that’s our guess.

Regardless of the golf industry’s current state, the team has decided to move ahead with making updates. While the timing on the major website update has yet to be determined and there is a lot we want to add, there have already been some minor adjustments made. Much of these are from setbacks due to the data initiative implemented by CMC which subsequently removed price stats on the trust wallet. The ZelCore wallet (desktop and mobile) is up-to-date as it streams data from CoinPaprika.

After detailed analysis on markets, announcements, and the impacts these have made over a great deal of time with the project, we’re aiming to release quite a bit more content and tutorials for beginners to adopt Golfcoin. This has been the major gap for new businesses who have been interested. Even big companies that can see the same future use cases the current community does, have struggled to understand the technology (i.e. wallets, exchanges, e-commerce plugins, etc.) to feel comfortable integrating on an industry level with their own employees. Some of this has also been from volatility and mainstream good/bad news swings.

However, recently some of the news reported was what most of us in the community already saw coming with massive adoption. AT&T, CVS, RiteAid, PayPal, and Venmo released their plans for getting into crypto and although the digital dollar has yet to be announced this is still big news and a major milestone for the industry.

The team’s hopes is that this will increase the amount of users and exposure we have all been waiting for.

The best way to create mass adoption, is to start giving away GolfCoins for free to Kiosks and Golf Courses who are getting on board. When people know it's for FREE, then they start testing and trying it. It would create a sizzle and excitement. Also you should do the same what Crypto.com did, in offering FREE coins to those who share the news with others. Crypto.com gave away $50 to those who shared and those who registered for a new account. That way their message got out like wild fire and everyone started testing the platform. Very soon they had their numbers to be recognized by the leading CreditCard gateways like Visa/Mastercard. I am ware of the issues they are currently having, but their coin has not lost much ground.

This week the team is working on our application for CoinGecko so once listed we can begin repairing issues in relation to loss of functionality due to CMC’s data initiative. Other teams and projects have experienced this as well. We will then be able to make updates with MyCryptoCheckout so it registers the correct information.

We have also been writing a new Medium update that will detail how COVID has affected goals and objectives, and how the team will move forward to enable adoption in the future. Time to be released has yet to be decided, but we are working hard to make sure it’s very comprehensive and should answer all of the questions we’ve received from the community over the last few months.

The team still believes Golfcoin is extremely under valued and we’re looking forward to making some big updates and seeing what the rest of the year brings. As always big thank you to the community for your feedback and support.

We're now in the process of creating new graphics for ZelCore's mobile and desktop wallets so they can replace the Trust wallet on the website. These should be up some time soon. There will also be a big back-end update for the site's content management system, but we'll be sure to have a maintenance page up so nothing to be alarmed about if you see it. Should take less than a day if everything goes as planned.

Other than that the team is looking forward to the listing on CoinGecko so we can continue working on repairing setbacks in the last few months and making big improvements on the website too. Thanks again for hanging in there and for all of the feedback!

Quick update - We're awaiting CoinGecko's response to fixing the circulating supply and will announce once it's all corrected. Also we have been continuing to make minor adjustments to the website as you've probably seen already. The domain has also been renewed so the community can rest assured Golfcoin isn't going anywhere :) In addition to the new wallet graphics we'll be creating a media assets page so the community can have access to logos and Golfcoin branded images for different social media platforms. This has been in progress and once we have a good number of assets it will be made public.

Hopefully the fixes with CoinGecko will be made sometime this week so we can let the community know. If not we'll make sure to post and give an update on the progress.

Definitely agree with you! Especially with GOLF being so cheap on AltMarkets DOGE pair it is pretty surprising. We’re hoping that all changes as people from industries other than just the crypto community begin learning more about the use cases for projects like Golfcoin. Right now most marketing is still aimed at hyping up crypto Twitter with the goal of getting whales to load up on different coins. While that’s always nice if it happens it usually doesn’t help the projects gain any real traction for their intended use cases in the industries they claim to want to improve. That’s primarily why we haven’t given up even though volume has been so low. We are still confident all industries, including golf, will some day be using cryptocurrency on the regular just as social media is now utilized globally everyday.

Currently our plans are listed and being updated on the roadmap. Right now the focus is repairing the setbacks we've had the last few months.

We've discussed Uniswap, but to be honest it probably won't be happening in the short term as the team is working on quite a bit right now. Thanks for staying positive. We're definitely hoping the rise in Bitcoin and altcoins create some more volume on the smaller exchanges. While we continue talking to larger exchanges and applying, the listing fees are typically outrageous and even ones that claim huge daily volume have projects that barely move at all. Regardless we'll keep trying our best.

What about Trust Wallet? We have coins there, but we can`t withraw it, because they want to take transfer fee from transfer (less than $1) and Golfcoin has 0 value for them. How can we withraw??? Can we use other coins for fee payment while transfering Golfcoin???

Yes, since Golfcoin is an ERC20 token you will need a small bit of Ethereum (ETH) in your Trust Wallet for the transaction fee.

However, ETH's price has been rising and we've heard fees may be a little bit more than normal. If you have any issues we'll be happy to walk you though it.

With a bold name like Crypto-Dzayer You really should know more about how financial/crypto markets work.  Your naive questions and cursory replies are sophomoric and are quite frankly a waste of time.  Do you really think asking questions like if the daily volume will stay at $1 are an efficient use of anyone’s time? I would prefer the guys behind GOLFCOIN  use their time and limited resources to try and make something of this coin. (they are working for free at this point because they certainly are not selling any GOLFCOIN).

I have held this coin for a few years now.  I got my first 500,000 shares by mining with an old Spondoolies sha256 miner. When it got converted to an ERC token my shares bumped to 5 million and then this spring I bought 5 million more. Now I have just under 10 million pieces of the crypto with the greatest real back story AND I am going to buy more....

Sparky we really appreciate the support. You’re absolutely right that we haven’t left this project because the team has faith in it and see the huge potential in the long run, not because of Golfcoin’s current value.

Crypto; need to clear something up though. Trust Wallet didn’t “list” us, nor do they make any money from any of the coins there. And to say they dumped us just flat out doesn’t make sense.

Our team integrated Golfcoin into their wallet through Github. The only issue is that due to CMC’s data initiative the price doesn’t register unless certain levels of daily volume are met on a consistent basis.

However, ZelCore’s platform streams current data from CoinPaprika so the price is up to date if you’re using it.

Of course in the long term we are still working to be able to meet CMC’s requirements, but please be aware we’re not the only project this has affected.

Lastly, we do understand the frustration without seeing very much daily trading volume and would love to see this change just as much as the community would. As mainstream adoption continues the team still believes this will happen. We wouldn’t continue with the project if we felt otherwise.

With younger golfers starting to winner major championships like 23 year old Collin Morikawa did this weekend when he won the PGA Championship, it creates opportunity for GolfCoin to get a foothold. Younger people are familiar with cryptocurrency and not afraid of it. We should reach out to Collin’s agent and see if he would sport the GolfCoin logo while playing. Offer him a sum of GolfCoins to do so. That would be good publicity.

Thanks NGWM we’ll definitely read about this more, but from the looks of it ATARI isn’t launching this until late 2020. Recently our biggest concern has become increasingly high Gas fees. Since they will use ERC20 like Golfcoin currently does we’re guessing they might be re-thinking what platform to utilize. One of Golfcoin’s use cases was ticket authentication at industry held events, but for obvious reasons it’s impractical to be spending more in ETH to send transactions than what is being sent in GOLF. ETH2.0 is said to decrease these fees once live, however as massive adoption happens it’s still thought Gas could be relatively high. Right now we are researching and considering other blockchains that have been focused on these scaling issues, some of which seem to have already solved what ETH2.0 will. Unsure of the timing on any changeover, but we are following other projects and their proposed solutions for addressing these concerns as well.

The golf sector is in turmoil. It is nearly impossible to put together new funding and a new team now. The state of the elections, and COVID, makes this all the more difficult. Don't expect to hear of any progress until later in the first quarter of 2021, at best. But also know that I have been working on this project for nearly 20 years and will not abandon it. I have raised millions of dollars and hired numerous teams. I believe we will eventually be successful, but it will require considerable patience. Just being honest with you all.

I will give you all a deeper explanation of what is going on.

Golfcoin is only the latest iteration of a project I have been working on for 20 years. This project has gone through numerous incarnations, including more than six different teams and millions of dollars of investment. Since becoming a crypto project, there have been two different teams, both of which ended up throwing in the towel. The venture has fallen into my lap again.

I am 67 years old and dealing with Parkinson’s disease. Nevertheless, I am not giving up.  I have invested too much time and energy to walk away from this. But the path ahead is unclear at the moment. When I figure out the next steps, I will let you all know. Until then, please be patient. I am doing the best I can.

It's always good to have a goal, and looks like this project is yours. It's not always easy to reach your purpose, but the most important part you are trying to achieve it and it's reason to live. I believe you will succeed eventually. I have more than 70 million coins (for 3 years), i had chance to sell them for a good price, but i have seen that you are still trying and am still happy with keeping them and being part of your project. Even if it fails, it's not big deal, at least you tried and we had hope :) I wish you health, luck and better team ;)
